A group of 5 went to lunch today with some expectation. It turned out to be too high expectation.We arrived at around 12:30 and was the first group of people. Arranged to be sat by the window and served with hot water which was good . Menu was displayed using iPad another fancy idea.Nightmare came .......5 of us ordered (3 sets of sirloin, 1 set of fish, 1 set of ribs).When 3 of us nearly finished the sirloin, the fish arrived. Nightmare came .......5 of us ordered (3 sets of sirloin, 1 set of fish, 1 set of ribs).When 3 of us nearly finished the sirloin, the fish arrived. And when 4 of us finished the lunch, the ribs is still not being served. We asked the waiter again and again for 4-5 times and being told finally the ribs is overcooked???!!! We need to choose another lunch from the menu. We had asked which will be served in the shortest time and decided to take that. Then another 10 mins, 20 mins gone, while all tables had been served, the so call "fastest" set was still missing. We asked again and waited another 10 mins.........finally we got it at 13:50.None of the waiter ever got back to us how long we need to wait.......and one of the man not in uniform which I guess is the manager or someone in charge even told us if your dish had not been cooked, it can be cancelled without even an apology.
Lastly, the air conditioner!!! One of the table had complained the air condition is too cold so the restaurant had decided to shut down the air condition with full house of guest. You can imagine how stuffy to be sit inside. Instead of entertaining just a few customers, the restaurant staff should pay more attention to the majority and make sure the restaurant is in good condition for having meals.
