I have visited the place for several years, it always served nice oysters and fine food.I always visited with ky partner so we got okay service but not the case when I visited it tonight (11st Oct 2019) with my colleagues.We were a party of 5 ladies and the waitress come over and asked if any of us thrown out in the toilet...We said no and she gave us a dubious look?!I noticed that she never asked other tables which are mostly a dating couple... so we are discriminated because we were a party of

The dinner at Fridge is probably the best one I had in a while, superb location at Soho, the decors are awesome and one of a kind. Loved the parma ham with melon and the fois gras toast, great for starter. The steak with fries are served sizzling hot right out of the grill. Price is slightly high but the food quality definitely compensated for the high price. Both the food and the restaurant interior are very special so if you’re a foodie, it’s a restaurant you should visit.

話Fridge係中環區嘅一個hidden gem絕對唔係誇張. 呢間餐廳主打生蠔. 雖然筆者唔食生蠔, 不過同行嘅朋友一致認同呢度啲生蠔非常新鮮. (聽老闆講有啲住中環/半山嘅朋友會直接喺Fridge訂嚟開party). 呢度嘅磨菇湯夾集住濃濃嘅鮮磨菇同黑松露香味, 一試愛上! 芝士火腿拼盤亦份量充足, 喺而家百物騰貴嘅香港有咁慷慨嘅份量實屬難得, 啱晒一枱四五個朋友一齊分享.Fridge嘅旁邊正正係一間以牛扒作主打嘅餐廳, 但係無論肉嘅質素, 廚師嘅烹飪技巧, 到擺盤心思及附送嘅薯條, Fridge呢間小店都贏九條街. 最後我哋仲order咗一個看似簡單, 但係要做得好並唔容易嘅橄欖油蒜片意粉. 意粉剛剛al dente, 再加上濃濃嘅蒜香味, 好食到停唔到口. Overall, Fridge係一間同區少數高質素而且value for money嘅餐廳. Highly recommend it, 同期待喺不久嘅將來再嚟試埋佢哋其他菜式!

Fridge 室內佈置簡簡單單，但食物很有水準。晚餐前先點了一碟芝士火腿拼盤- 三種芝士兩種火腿，橄欖、餅乾一應俱全！質量份量都是上等。頭盤是蘑菇湯和帶子沙律。蘑菇湯用上幾種蘑菇，味道層次分明，好！最喜歡是帶子沙律的調味汁，帶有少少芥辣味，黑醋Balsamic vinegar 是厚身的，很好的配搭！主菜是豬架和羊架，沒有驚喜，但就是老老實實，肉汁豐富，味道也好。不可不提的就是甜品梳乎厘- 色香味齊全！伴隨甜品送上是雪糕、忌廉、煉奶、朱古力醬和花生醬，非常有趣！Fridge - 值得推薦！

感恩, 愛出外旅遊去找尋美食的我，今晩不經意地也意外地找尋到一家用心做菜的西餐廰在我家香港，它的名字叫 “FRIDGE”， 蠔很出色、加上主菜羊架,恰到好處的烹調, 極力推薦給大家， I will be back again and with friends, love it 😋😋😋，必定再試加再食。

I am always down to oyster. My gals and I planned check another oyster place out but it is closed on Sunday. So we bet on our luck and ring Fridge for reservation. luckily there were not many people on Sunday. First thing first, OYSTER!!!!! 即使在中上環上班，也很少踏足蘇豪區。蘇豪區餐廳給我的感覺價格都較高。是次團年飯局，朋友介紹位於蘇豪區的fridge，朋友來過幾次，人均大概＄300左右，而且生蠔新鮮好吃。是晚我們一行7人到fridge。建議由扶手電梯，再經史丹頓街到這裡。我們7人點了兩款蠔14只。我們都愛吃蠔，這裏的生蠔不但新鮮肥美，而且餐廳會把蠔肉起得乾乾淨淨，入口有更大的滿足感。我們都不熟悉蠔的品種，所以餐廳為我們選了兩款蠔，也特別提示先吃哪款。48元一只，超值。麵包配上炸蒜十分可口， 黑醋有淡淡的果味。Grain fed pork 我認為是全晚最好吃的，有無花果醬及blue cheese，煎焗後表面香脆，又不會太油膩，而且份量多。燒春雞也不錯，雞肉嫩滑。三款甜品之中，pancake是最讚的，淋上朱古力醬、花生醬、煉奶。特別是配上奶味重的cream，滋味。人均300左右（不喝酒）高水準的法國菜，環境及服務一流！推介！

和幾個女友們禮拜五晚上吃飯，選了這家在蘇豪區Peel street上面的Fridge，這家餐廳在我最喜歡的牛扒店La Vache旁邊。大家來之前可以先訂位，餐廳裡面不大，禮拜五晚上幾乎坐滿。店員安排了一個自成一角的Sunny room給我們幾個女生，非常適合我們小聲講大聲笑不怕吵到別人（笑）。餐牌是手寫的，只有一版，字體非常漂亮！餐廳主打生蠔，有來自全球各地的品種，如果想吃哪種口味的就讓店員介紹就好了！我喜歡肥美厚身的，店員介紹了三款來自不一樣地區(南非，Irish Rock和Scottish Rock)的生蠔。其中一款真的很巨型，差不多有2/3個手掌般大！！我記得其中一款來自南非的生蠔很肥美，味道不算很重，但很鮮甜，而且洗得非常乾淨。回來香港生活後，我已經很少在外面餐廳吃生蠔了，因為試過幾次吃完拉肚子的遭遇，所以盡管我愛吃也儘量避免。在這家餐廳吃完我沒有拉肚子哈哈哈，所以可以放心！頭盤選了black mussels in white wine sauce ($228), 青口新鮮，幾乎全部都有開口，肉也蠻大粒，白酒汁很多，味道清甜。我們還點了scallop salad with ho
