首先天氣太熱企係門口睇餐廳menu既時候打開左對敞門一條仔罅隙 然後女店員已經即刻好差態度同你講麻煩關好對門係門口睇左一陣menu見到入面有客人走 (店入面得兩張枱) 就諗住坐入去order食物 女店員話已經有人等緊枱 (我企左係門口大概有8-10分鐘 但店員從來無同我講過有人等緊位) 到我想轉order外賣既時候 女店員又完全無視我最後我係餐廳逗留左十五分鐘左右完全被店員無視及無禮物對待既情況之下就離開 一心係銅鑼灣揸車過黎想試 但完全勁差既體驗 唔會再試了

It is not our first time ordering here and we usually do pick up and pizza was good. I ordered two pizza for delivery last night and I don’t know if they change the supplier of the sauce. When I open the pizza the tomato sauces is too watery after cutting it picking up the slice all the sauce and cheese fall right off from the slice and same as my other spicy one that all the topping and cheese came right off which I don’t know what I was eating. I think you need to change your box bc from the heat trip inside the box too long making your pizza too soft plus the top 4 holes not even open up.

🍕 I was very lucky I tried it out last night and it was absolutely amazing!!

🍕Pizza 1: Diavola - the San Marzano tomato sauce 🥫 was so well balanced and delicious. It wasn’t particularly sweet or sour, but had a very smooth and comfortable flavour, amazing. The mozzarella used was very fresh and of high quality, and the salami gave a tangy and savoury punch which made the whole experience phenomenal.

🍕 Pizza 2: Funghi - This did not have the tomato sauce base, and although I preferred the Diavola as a whole, this was also a very satisfying experience. Once again the mozzarella was very fresh and high grade and the mushrooms were chunky and generous.

🍕 But what makes a great pizza isn’t just the toppings it’s also the crust itself, and the pizza dough here is amongst the best I’ve ever encountered. It’s chewy but yet soft, and even when it turns cold, it doesn’t harden. When it’s reheated, the crust texture softens and feels just like when it was fresh again.

Little Napoli is a new pizzeria that opened in my neighbourhood recently. I was originally attracted by the beautiful copper colored pizza oven. The chef was friendly and informed us he was from Italy with hopes to bring a more authentic Italian pizza experience. And that his oven, shipped from Italy can produce a pizza in 90 seconds. People waited hours for their pizza and did not accept phone orders. After so much frustration, I just gave up on the place.

Then one day, a coworker asked if I'd eaten there as I lived so close by. He had read it was mentioned in the Michelin Guide. Again it had peaked my interest. I noticed it now has dine in service and it is now opened regularly every evening. They also had a lot more staff working. I decided to order take away pizza that day when boyfriend decided to pop over for dinner.

There is a small space for dine in. But it's mostly geared for take away. The golden pizza oven is placed in the corner where everything is baked quickly.

Menu is in English and Italan only. There is no Chinese and not 10% service charge even for dine in. However, for thos that are lost, they have a set of photo cards with pictures of all their food so you get a general idea before you order. Plus, the cashier speaks Cantonese. The menu is simple. The pizzas are divided into red sauce or white sauce with the simplist of toppings. They also offer sandwiches and fried stuffed pizzas along with one type of dessert.

We did takeaway and the very sturdy box had an instructional label inside. The pizza wasn't pre-cut pizza places. Instead it was served whole an you are to cut it with scissors. They do this for you if you dine in. Then you lift it up, fold it over and eat away. I, of course, own a pizza cutter so ... that's how I cut it.

We ordered a Diavolo ($208) as boyfriend had horrible experience with white sauce on pizza in Hong Kong. He also wanted some meat instead of just plain tomato sauce and cheese. This was a spicy pizza but as I was afraid it would be too spicy, they were able to remove the chili for me. Otherwise it would be drizzled with chili oil and topped with chilli flakes.  This was a pizza with a fresh tomato sauce seasoned with fresh basil and topped with lots of buffalo mozzarella.  Some Pecorino Romano was lightly added on top and finished with a drizzle of olive oil. It was good and very much like the pizza I had in Italy. The crust was fluffy and soft. It was more like a flat bread with topping and that is exactly how Italian pizzas are like. Not thin or Chicago style. Not crisp. But fluffy and soft.

We added a dessert of Sfogliatella Riccia ($58). You can choose the puff pastry version or the butter brioche style. We did the puff pastry version and I remember having this in Rome but it was a lot bigger. This was exactly as delicious as the one I had in Rome. The pastry was so light and crisp, you could hear it snap as you bit into it. Inside it was filled to the brim with a soft custardy sweet ricotta cream. It didn't feel heavy at all. This was something I'd go back for again and again.

Definitely a very Italian pizza. Don't expect the pizzas you are used to. You won't find it here. Service is very friendly and relaxed. And now with more staff, orders are now faster. I waited only 15 minutes and they told me they would give me a ring to pick up so I could go home and drop off my things. Definitely be back and try a sandwich or somehing else.

呢個名簡直當之無愧!新鮮熱辣就唔洗講,即叫即焗即上枱,香濃既芝士味馬上撲鼻🧀
店員亦教我地最好品嘗pizza既食法係要將pizza左右對接食,滴出黎既汁可以用包邊沾黎食,食完第一塊終於明白點解要咁食😂因為麵團就算焗完都係比較軟熟,pizza如果就咁拎起,上面既茄醬或者溶左既芝士一定會倒塌😂😂😂

我認為最好食另一原因就係個餅底,真係好軟熟!顛覆左平時既想像🤯再加埋芝士半溶拉絲既質感,係完美配搭!

同埋都可以幾肯定pizza既材料係冇味精😂當晚本想叫拿坡里啤酒,可惜餐廳暫未有酒牌,所以冇叫,本來諗住食完要拿拿林出去買野飲,始終都係熱氣濃味食物,點知食完行返出去銅鑼灣,可能又掛住同朋友傾計,竟然一點點口渴既感覺都冇👍🏻👍🏻

個人覺得用嚟煮嘢食嘅水始終對食物嘅原味有好大影響,喺香港夏天潮濕嘅環境食醬汁都會覺得好膩,陳AA認為啲茄汁太濕,我地覺得同喺歐洲食Pizza嘅感覺始終有啲唔同,但係喺香港來講已經叫好好食。

We ordered the “Vesuviana” this time, which has pork sausage, turnip green, Agerola mozzarella, pecorino Romano, chilli flakes and olive oil. The pizza was put into their huge stone oven, and it was ready within a mere 90 seconds!Credits have to be given to their beautiful patterns on the takeout box! We also loved their pizza toppings and condiments. The pork sausages had subtle hints of herbs, while the mozzarella was soft and creamy. We were however a little disappointed at the crust as it was a little soggy. I wonder if it would be better if we eat in. The dough was wonderful though, super chewy and soft. This is definitely a nice choice for some house parties or gatherings!
