Bread: 好味, good! 面包條脆口.白酒汁蜆肉意粉: 少少spicy, 有白酒味, 蜆多亦好入味. 食過咁多次白酒汁蜆肉意粉, 這家做得很不錯.牛扒伴沙律(唔記得個exactly菜名): 我地 order medium. 幾入味, 因為medium所以有d紅,但食上去又唔覺生! very good. 不過我同朋友都唔鐘意食草 (個種沙律唔係生菜個d, 係葉), 所以無食到. 蕃茄好新鮮. waiter好好人. 個晚想飲iced chocolate但個menu無，個waiter話幫我做杯．而且絕不馬虎！有上cream同朱古力粉，非常意外的細心．朋友點了杯juice. 2人消費共580元．但環境好，服務好，食物好，抵俾！不過好意外，個menu無pizza, 或者另外有menu有？不清楚．．．

今晚我約佐3個friends去食飯，大家都話想食意大利餐，且想找一間有傳統意大利風味嘅餐廳，所以，我哋就先瀏覽佐open rice，最終就選擇佐這間意大利餐廳, 想試吓究竟係唔係咁正先，結果，果然無令我們失望, 且有驚喜添！Salad - Insalata di Oriana - 菜好新鮮，味道都OK, 但如果有埋洋葱仲正D。Bread - OK! 不是太硬, 且有2款選擇, 不過我哋無叫添加, 所以唔知佢俾唔俾Drink - grapefruits juice 好有西柚味, 仲有Ｄ果肉, 估計是鮮搾的。HK48/glass pineapple juice 就太甜 HK$48/glass 白洒(in glass) -有3種選擇, 2種比較清, 1種帶甜, 但全部都屬易入ロ的, 且價錢為 HK$68/glass, 不算太貴 Soup - Minestrone - 因為Menu上寫明為"Grandmother"style, 所以我哋叫佐1個試吓, 果然有"home made" feel.Main course - 1

Went there twice for dinner, while the pasta was and deco was nice. However, the food quality is not that stable, especially their lunch offering is far below standard. The bread, salad and main course are all below standard. Bread - Hard & Cold Salad - only if you like rocket veggieMain- Pasta was ok, not many choice, but don't order the veal with scallop/ lemon sause. (2 pcs of non tender beef in really sour lemonade)

Incontro上星期日去睇DT，所以一早去左尖沙咀帝國中心，本來想食日本野，但係又唔想食鐵板燒，結果决定食意大利菜。一入餐廳都幾驚，復活節六點幾得兩枱客，加埋得五個人，又見到老細好煩咁一個坐係度望住個門口，不過裝修幾好又清靜加上趕時間，所以冇再去揾第二間。坐底後女朋友好快决定要個Chef Salad同海鮮湯，本來想試下個炸牛仔扒(Veal)，因為以前睇過電視介紹，話呢個係傳統意大利菜，但過後來發覺個湯係二人份量，所以取消左，怕吃唔晒。麵包得Bread Stick，好單調，個湯真係好大，要用個碢上，都算好足料，青口(Black Mussel) 又好多隻，唔算非常新鮮，但都可以，有兩大塊Sea Bass，好新鮮，好鮮甜，加上個翻茄湯，酸酸地，好開胃，再有D蝦同Clam，不過好細，特別係蝦，好似好小家，唔落都冇乜所謂。湯本身有好多Basil，非常香。除左個湯本身，重點係有兩塊麵包乾，嗅落去先知係Garlic Bread，本來都冇乜特別，點知當加上湯後濃烈嘅蒜頭味道完全散發去個湯，一啖湯一啖麵包，極品，問個Waitress追加麵包乾，點知佢話一般佢地唔可以加，因為一夜預備嘅唔多，最後都加多再

昨夜和男朋友去吃了它的情人節晚餐, 氣氛很浪漫, 食物的賣相又好, 前菜的生牛肉聽說入口即溶, 味道不錯, 最愛是pasta, 蟹肉天使麵, 很好吃~ 主菜只有牛排和羊架可供選擇, 但由於本人不吃牛也不吃羊, 雖有點可惜, 但侍應十分好, 她幫我轉了魚柳, 而且也很好吃, 甜品對我而言則好像太漏了, 但是如果喜愛芝士產品的絕對會覺得十分好吃!餐廳的服務其實不是大家說得那麼差啦! 侍應們的態度很好呀, 而且又很勤力的幫我們收東西, 算是不錯了~

三個人叫了:Meatball linguine: 一般, 沒什麼特別好味, 唔juicy肉質較硬, 份量只得6粒太少Seafood Risotto: 米比較硬一點, 但味道不錯, 海鮮都okhomemade pasta with sausage: cheese味重, 喜愛吃cheese的朋友要trytry, 正!Dessert:tiramisu酒味重,軟及濕度高, 很新鮮好味!

老闆請食飯, 不如就近incontro, 午市時分没太多人惠顧, 全場只有四枱客其實set lunch的價格合理, $70-120不等, 是次先試一個$88的meatball linguine, 頭盤的凱撒沙律, 菜蔬種類多且鮮甜爽脆, 雖然汁醬少了點, 但是蔬菜的鮮甜足以補足。Meatball linguine的鮮茄醬汁咸酸適中, 没有港式西餐的一貫甜味行先的慣例, 吃進口裏便感到濃濃的芝士味道, meatball有2粒, 但大粒得很, 而且肉質口感都是軟綿鬆化, 令人吃得津津有味, linguine烹調時間適中, 剛好做到al dente的口感, 不錯不錯甜品時間, waiter自動為我們四人送上一客甜品platter, 四款不同的口味讓我們一齊品嚐, tiramisu太軟及濕度太高, brownies味道濃郁, 但都是太濕, choco mousse味道太甜, cr鋗e brelee的焦糖烤得太久, 味道苦澀, 都是來一杯香濃咖啡好吧!!

The food isn't too bad, lets say, just on the average...but, gosh...what a service!!!...only one word to describe it: awful. No further comments needed.

約紅顏知己來這裡食lunch, 因為自己未試過, 一入舖頭又一個客都冇, 都幾擔心唔好食. 好彩, 坐左一陣, 不少外國人/義大利人三三兩兩0甘入黎.午餐serve italian buffet, 但係款式唔多, 唔吸引, 都係同知己一人一個set lunch.starter: mixed vegetable salad with balsamic vinegar. D菜好新鮮, 好味.main course: 我叫左fettuccine with chicken breast and mushroom on cream sauce. D 粉好煙韌, 個sauce雖然係cream base, 但係唔漏, 份量恰到好處.知己叫左risotto with seafood in tomato sauce. 味道很濃, risotto 略嫌煮得軟左DD.dessert: creme brulee 同napoleon with rapsberry sauce, 兩個都超級好味!這餐很滿足, 價錢亦算抵($78-98 per set lunch). 值得再來!

雅緻而帶點古典味的裝潢，與antipasto被火馨著載著肉丸與zucchini的大盤，有分蔚為奇觀的感覺。午市餐牌上竟然寫有咖喱，又看看full menu，原來與銅鑼灣的Sergio是同一集團，避開了咖喱與加多百個大洋換來的地中海buffet，叫了茄汁意大利雲吞，minestrone與salad之間選了前者。激心的是set好的擺位在轉個頭回來時被侍應來個180度大翻轉，又要重新執過，服務周到卻不夠醒目。餐包的器皿與Giardino同出一轍，餐包硬得要命質素亦是同出一轍，反而是加了用橄欖油浸著加了白酒的蒜蓉sauce不錯，塗了又塗，又吃了兩件包。Minestrone被放在antipasto counter被火馨著的大鍋中，心中一額汗，是清澈的菜湯，加了螺絲粉，加了少少辣椒，感覺仍是一碟稀稀的菜水，後悔無點salad。ravioli，只見「home made」就叫來試試，總好過吃交來的Penne，被稀稀的鮮番茄汁浸著（內含芝士），又加了Parmesan芝士上面，微微軟熟的皮，但澱粉與蛋未全無，ricotta加菠菜餡味濃，不算差但並不特別，亦無回憶。餐後玻璃茶壺的紅茶，都是Twining的貨

I went to Incontor on Saturday evening before 630. The whole restaurant was quiet and my friend and I could get a good table for chats.We ordered two pasta - traditional linguini with ham and cheese, and a spaghetti with clams in white wine source. 本來想去日航酒店食法國菜，點知星期日唔開，結果去咗隔離帝國中心食意大利菜，總算無特別失望。首先叫咗2set意大利菜湯(minestrone)，menu said it's a "mother-style", 都真係幾homemade ，材料都算豐富，70分。主菜pennette　granchio 長通粉with crab meat and tomato sauce有好多crab meat, 幾homemade, 70分rack　of lamb叫咗medium, 啱啱好, 幾"林", 唔太瘦, 有羊味, 80分Desserttiramisu酒味好重, 芝士味唔夠, 60分成間restaurant 都係遊客, 連waitress 都係外國人, 所以價錢都係鬼佬價--幾"貴"loo..........
