After understanding your comment about our food and service, I can not stand for one minute to write a response.
First of all, we are so sorry about the coke is not cold enough because of the refrigerator is new buying and there is still a lot of setting have to do in order to make the soft drinks colder, and this problem fixed by refreigerator provider already.
Second, we put our ice inside a ice box under the air, everybody knows that the ice will melt under the air, we feel terriable sorry about that we gave the ice glass with water as this is their careless. And about why that two foreigners have bigger glass of ice, it's because this is what they ask for. They come always and ask for TWO BIGGER GLASSES OF ICE for the beer they bring with. That is the only reason they have the bigger glasses and you have the small glass. I am sure that we give all of our customers the small glass of ice EXCEPT they ask for bigger one.
Third, please let me say again, WE MAKE ALL OF OUR FOOD AFTER ORDER to ensure the food is fresh and tasty, there is not doubt that chicken wings is a kind of food takes time to cook. And I am sure your friend order the Doner Kebab food, that's why he/she could get the food faster, and I am sure if you order the same kind of food, you would get it faster and much faster that another two forigner,because they are also like your friend order the Doner kebab, so they got the food faster. Moreover, we will do our best to give the faster dishes.
Fourth, I am so sorry about my colleagues are not understanding enough your cold and your in hurry without you telling them as well as their rudeness, but I asked her again what she said to you the night before you going, she said that your the first customer who cancelled the food because of the food is given late when the food is almost done. Please forgive me that what she said is correct, it's true that your the first customer did that from the early beginning until now, this is the truth. But we will make sure this is the last time and avoid this happen again.
Fifth,I never been to shenzhen and checked if that turkish restaurant is really run by the turkish chef/people. But we have no right to stop customers/people comparing two different restaurants or compare the restaurants in two different places, but we will never compare our other customers if they are good or not, and that's not good to do so. What we do is just to do our best to provide our food and services, in order to let our customers get a chance to taste the turkish.
All in all, thank you very much for your comment, we know there are still so many rooms for us to improve and learn, and I also understand and learn more about Hong Kong peopele's character from you. Thanks again!
