My suggestion for them is to just omit the gravy as they already serve it with hollandaise sauce. (With the gravy there, you can’t really taste the hollandaise sauce anyway ). They could also do better on plating.

Service: Service was very poor. We got there at about 8:30pm. A friend was late and he arrived at 9:00. There weren’t many people that night and there were still many empty tables. We finished our meal at around 10:00pm, a server came to collect plates and was like rushing us to leave. Instead of politely asking us for help to pass the plates at the far end of the table, she just pointed at the plates at the far end and said “Can you give me the plates?” with a poor attitude. When we left and walked towards the elevator, that same waitress who was walking around stood right in front of us and said “Excuse me” with a rude manner as if we were blocking her way when she could have just let us pass or walk through another path. Maybe it was just not her day but then it made me feel that the place wasn’t really welcoming.

3. Peanubutter milkshake ($44)- This was probably the most enjoyable item we ordered. We could taste that they used actual peanuts in the drink, but even though we shared it , towards the end, it was just way too sweet and heavy.

Egg Norwegian with smoked salmon($81)：點菜後才後悔配菜選了沙律和焗豆，因為自己本身不喜歡吃蔬菜，加上另一個餐已有焗豆，我理應試試別的食物呀！唉，只怪自己有選擇困難症，下次我一定會選Lyonnaise Potato和Tomato Soup。幸好沙律新鮮爽口，令我的後悔程度略微下降，至於那一刺即溢出蛋汁的Egg Norwegian更令我忘記煩惱，除了又滑又香的水波蛋，那蛋黃奶油醬也很好味道！我本來已很喜歡吃煙三文魚，簡直是錦上添花呀！
餐飲是果汁，味道選擇亦多，有蘋果、橙、紅莓、蕃茄、西柚、檸檬、芒果、菠蘿、荔枝。我們沒有加錢轉大杯一點的，小小一杯橙汁和菠蘿汁已有助消化。
整體而言，The Flying Pan食物有質素，價錢亦合理，真的值得一試。

野食幾好食.個EGG BENEDICT係流心既
那天和同事們去吃午飯，他帶我們去吃乜野flying pan，是旦啦都未試過。上到去他們講左一大論 "dodododododo" 之後有個人又 "dodododododo" 我都吾知佢地講乜，跟住我叫同事幫我叫，我就話是旦啦乜都好，來到我枱上，我發覺只係將個早餐變在做加大版，有6塊面包4塊朱柳，3隻太陽蛋，一杯生果，一杯萍果䀝，一杯茄汁焗豆，一大砌伴菜，一細杯我喜歡的Lemonade（我諗唯一一樣我識得叫既英文）。其他東西我都吾知佢地講乜，不過作為咬野既我都要試食的。個面包吾熱不過都幾香，見到有個嘜寫在 "Strawberry Jam" 吾知係咪自家制喇，搓D上去試下，不過一般啦。朱柳雞蛋都係一般貨仔，其實我相信都係做好晒D食物，只係加上去隻碟度，你話有幾好食，杯Lemonade仲細個杯水。一飲就知係濃縮果汁加水啦。其他同事叫D乜乜物物我都有去試，但我都吾覺有乜好食，
It was my boyfriend's craving for French toast that made us come for dinner. However, he ordered a breakfast burrito instead. The breakfast burrito tasted beyond my expectation. The scrambled egg was so fluffy and rich. The chili beans added richness to the burrito. I would definitely come for the burrito!
侍者先送上一杯小蘋果汁，這蘋果並不是鮮榨的，是類似果汁先生般的果汁。味道當然不及鮮榨的美味。
Egg Benedict w/Grilled Ham 雖然是簡單早餐，但是都算是幾多嘢食的，計有Muffin ，Muffin上有鋪滿了荷蘭汁的Ｅgg Benedict及火腿，另外有茄汁焗豆和蕃茄湯。Muffin是烘過的，有烘燶的跡象，班尼迪蛋為太陽蛋，可是有一邊卻是全熟蛋黃，而另一邊卻仍然有蛋汁流出；火腿煎得較香而且煙靭，但有點硬。蕃茄湯酸味十足，味也較濃郁。
整體來說不錯吧，服務也較好。
