Michelin-experienced Chef Marcello Scognamiglio just opened shop at Ship Street, taking up Rosita’s space, serving no-frills hearty modern Neapolitan dishes that pays homage to his grandmother’s cooking. The small bites (Carbonara egg,Frittatine (bucatini pasta rolls, bechamel, cooked ham and beef ragut) and the dolci that we ordered (tiramisu and pistachio gelato) were all noms 😋
Too bad we were too full by the time we finished the pasta, otherwise we would have ordered the cast-iron yellow chicken too 🥹 Will certainly pay another visit to try the other items on the menu!
