Staff is rude, service is bad, place is unhygienic, food is alright, pork belly was too salty. Did not let us study the menu and took away the menu basically forced us to order what they were willing to serve. Staff cleared our plates before we were done eating and still had food on our plates. Chased us out by shouting “走啦！走啦!” before we had finished the last piece of meat. 一樂燒鵝，米芝蓮下話，一打開個飯盒，廚餘咁樣，最好食就係一隻幾肯定唔關佢哋事嘅鹹蛋（而鹹蛋係好少機會唔好食）。轉鵝胸轉雞胸加我12蚊，成盒飯盛惠92蚊！菜都無條！仲有呀，雞皮呢？？！！！！

我去過一次，佢哋態度唔係好，叫碟燒鵝飯，唔加錢基本上就係食骨，最差鵝胸都要加十幾廿蚊，聽講熟客會有肉食嘅，唔捨得俾人食就唔好賣啦！仲要成日排隊，都唔明點解咁多人排！

啱啱行開中環呢頭食飯時間經過又落雨咪入去試下味囉,一入門口個樓面啊姐問靚仔幾位？用手指同距示意自己1個人，個啊姐就帶位目測店內大部分都系游客居多，有講英文既老外亦都有講普通話既國內朋友，望左望墻身既餐牌就叫左碟叉燒鵝脾飯多色，幾分鐘後碟飯就拎黎(唔記得叫距多飯)(淋上飯既免(豉油)甜甜哋好怪！完全無燒鵝汁應有既香味陰肉比人扣起曬仲少左一舊被扣位置綠色位，叉燒得6小片仲加幾舊燒肥肉碎嚟 叉燒一般街邊燒臘鋪貨色無驚喜入口好柴口感似咬紙皮囉)，而鵝咬落皮真系脆既但鵝肉質唔掂系好肥好油，鵝肉完全無味食唔出有腌制過既味肉質就超失望淋糍糍梅梅地既感覺(已經大打折扣,米芝蓮🤮唔系吓化! (可能平時返燒鵝既發源地新會：古井/潮蓮/杜阮 食得正宗既靚燒鵝多)呢間野真系唔識欣賞囉❗外國人口味既野我地對飲食同味道有要求既廣東人真系識條鐵咩🤑……)又系得個名! 去深水埗街市果頭是但一間燒臘鋪既出品一定好食過距! 清完碟飯樓面啊姐即刻9秒9嚟收碟抹枱🤬(洗唔洗啊？)都系走人138咪當買個教訓囉,行返出去香港最旺既馬會幾步路途中個口開始超口喝，買張六合彩再落地鐵站走人。一落到中環站即刻去七仔買支野飲解喝先得!🤮🤮

老板服务态度极差，来吃饭的都给他当儿子教育，有话不会好好说真的恶心人，也就是米其林评了几次分捧火了这么个大爹，烧鹅的味道也没见到有多稀奇，也就忽悠忽悠没吃过的人

一到中午就好多人揀外賣，打開一睇加咗錢要鵝胸但份量真係嚇一跳另一盒係同事既感覺偏燶或者中環應該有更多選擇但呢個飯打開我會覺得唔合格睇返都多劣評，味道一般般，叉燒比鵝好一點

燒鵝皮不脆肉不嫩，油菜overcooked，跌腳的地面，擠迫的座位，－般的食物的水準，價錢亦比其他同類型燒味舖貴，還要加上超級差的服務態度，令人感到非常失望😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨剛剛開始飲叫了的檸檬茶時被不停要求收碗，拒絕後staff/owner發脾氣破口大駡，超級驚嚇😱😱😱原來嚟呢度食嘢，要抱着隨時被駡的覺唔！其他主打燒味的舖頭比這𥚃好多的是，真的不會再幫襯。睇返其他負評，惡劣的服務態度佔很大比數， and it seems the owner don’t care at all about people not coming back. 聽就聽得多，去過幾次都被門口條隊嚇走，今次撞岩有位即刻走入去，鵝脾飯同鵝脾瀨，脆口多汁，唔斬口撕，原始暴力最過癮，同事話一隻唔夠飽想打包，但又唔想叫外賣怕無咁正喎。百幾銀嘢物有所值。正呀

上星期與友人逛完中環街市，便在中環找東西吃。大家都沒有什麼頭緒吃什麼，又有想過去食蛇羹，蠟味飯。。。但行下行下，突然間見到一間外貌普通的中式細餐廳，外面堆滿人群等候，我們也因應好奇心而走到店前，細看那些「報章」及寫明是米芝連的食肆。我一眼見到一碗燒鵝髀瀨粉盛為$158大元！我不禁「嘩」。咁貴嘅！但友人話，未試過，都不妨試試。我們便入座。我哋坐在兩對不同情侶中間，好擠迫。打算試下「普通燒鵝瀨」，但店員話賣晒！店員建議我們點一個「下裝」，再另叫兩碗瀨粉。我都覺得合理，便聽從意見！ 店內整速上餐，絕對跟得上佐敦某間出名的「牛奶公司」的速度！哈哈😆！先來碟「下裝」，外皮香脆，很有光澤，一口咬下去，肉汁鮮嫩多汁，真係做到外脆內嫩！真的是一碟好好食😋的燒鵝！之後再上兩碗瀨粉，本身沒有期望什麼，但飲了一啖湯，便覺得十分之濃郁！不錯！真的不錯👍🏻！是晚堆單$300有找，放棄食西餐而變了食中餐的這一晚，我覺得我們的選擇是正確的！絕對會再幫襯！☺️☺️

I walked past this place thinking I’d found a hidden gem somehow missing the Michelin signs! Today I came back and managed to get in for an early lunch dining solo with no wait. The food was delicious, not overly salty but seemed a slight cut above the other BBQ places I’ve tried. Pricing was reasonable for quality and location, staff were friendly. My only request would be to offer an “everything with rice” option so I could try the bbq and roast pork, goose and chicken in one dish. Will go
