好明顯,這小店是唔太在乎客人的。尤其是午餐時段的客人。我們一行走到這家位於上中環附近的串燒店,其實在東京時,我倒是常常光頋同名的店的。我點了燒青魚定食,等了近半個鐘,近1:40,才上菜到台,如果我是一個正常的返工時間,只有20分鐘的午餐時間是不足夠的。時間管理上是要改善的。燒青魚上來時,魚身下面的油彼多的,混有酸汁,應該是魚肉直接放在酸汁上,咬落和一般平凡的日本小店一樣,肉質很"鞋",有魚味但魚本身油份過多,幾啖下去已經很油,而且燒得唔夠干身。配著有冬菇肉碎飯,冬菇肉碎味道稍咸,飯沒有粘度,而且只有肉碎極小量,令人不禁覺得是否不樂于招乎來午餐的客人呢?!配搭午餐套餐的還有3串串燒,今日是燒冬菇,燒雞皮雞肉串,和燒茄子。燒茄子一口咬落去是很咸的調漿,及茄子本身過份油的質感,我最後沒有食啦。雞皮雞肉串,不知道是否真的有這樣的菜啦,只是本人見到有雞皮和雞肉在一起而這麼稱呼的,還好雞肉的肉雖然比較干,除了軟曬油淋淋的雞皮外,雞肉還是比較好的。烤冬菇是永無失手的菜式,雖然沒有落鹽,但咬落夠乾身而且有冬菇香,是這餐午飯中最滿意的菜了。希望有改善吧。

夜幕降臨,我們飲左一𨍭,見有D餓,而很考地,南亭有位。點了燒鱔,鱔本身很新鮮,咬落十分彈牙,而且無骨,入口肉質有彈性又多汁。燒雞羽燒得很乾身,雞味很出,咬落肉稍實,很香口。燒飯團稍失望,叫了蟃魚燒飯團,但燒得太乾身,好硬,而且吃不出鰻魚肉,敗筆!

It was one of my favourite japs skewer restaurants but not anymore: Quality has dropped. Food: beef tataki was the chef recommedation but it came very disappointingly. Poorly thin beef with very salty sour sauce, huge amount of raw onion, while the slice lemon is dipped inside the pool of sauce; it was an ugly picture on the plate and everything isnt right. Chicken wing was ok, still juicy when it came but too salty again. The two fishee were the best of night , both the eel and cod fish were co

, both the eel and cod fish were cooked correctly with soft and smooth texture. Some more dishes came and they were so-so. I think the chef should relook at the amount of salt he used or try some skewer occassionally throughout the night as to make sure its not over added. 

Service: bad. 3 staff were so busy chatting. They sometimes yelled to the kitchen over 4-5 meters made me feel like in the local tea restaurant. Their cell phones rang and were annoying, please switch to slient mode when you are on-duty! 
 Only 1 boy in the restaurant was hardworking and serious enough, he came to serve and refill our tea efficiently.

Overall quality of both the food and service had dropped a lot 
and store manager needs to monitor and take action immediately. Staff need to be retrained. If im to choose, def i'd pick the happy valley branch instead of here. 

Additional info: please call to reserve even on weekdays. I saw customers walked in, checked, but were sent away.

Dishes were delivered in good sequence, they let you have food one by one.
Most dishes are in line with nan tei's standard, except the 雞肉軟骨棒 (my must-do order!), they had it with some peppr and salt on top instead of the brown sauce I used to have at other nan tei.

but if were to choose, i would prefer to stick w nan tei in cwb and happy valley, honestly.

last note: suggest nan tei to enforce on hygiene measure, as i was seated at the counter area, saw a "chef" was having cold, he sneezed with a tissue but then he did the "cooking" without washing his hand or wearing gloves. and he even touched a sweet potato skewer with his hand to measure temperature. having seen this, i immediately checked and left.

久不久都會閒日在中環用饍, 今次就book 咗南亭, 聽d 同事講話好似唔錯咁, 不過地點就真係不是太方便, 如果是夏天的話, 相信去到南亭時, 已滿頭大汗, 好在, 坐落的時候, 冷氣都好夠, 可能係因為此餐廳是以燒物為主呢.我和一位同事, 我點了牛肋骨拉麵, 同事點了燒牛肉定食. 接著, 我的拉麵套餐, 有三串燒物的, 是菇,茄子, 和雞, 味道都ok 啦, 好快我的拉麵就到了, 我先行試食, 但味道好普通, 同埋我expect 拉麵有好多配料架ma, 但點知得玉米同d 菜咁, 不過最重要係好多油 搞到碗麵好" 拎"看著我同事的燒牛肉定食, 我就感到後悔不已 牛肉燒得不錯呀.中中等等咁啦.. 後飯甜品係一粒雪糕糯米滋, 有芒果和荔枝味(是日午餐約每人九十元, 包括加一收費)

跟同事聚餐, 想找個地方聊天. 就來人不多的蘇豪蘇豪應該差這日本餐就全攻略 就來試看看!環境挺像樣子的, 有居酒屋的味道.午餐由68到110, 加一就75到123, 中環蘇豪算幾抵食都點了雜錦串燒定食, 一看午市定食最貴+最多就不用看了醬是韓式黃豆醬跟海鹽蔬菜好爽口, 不錯食白飯煮得不好, 也不是日本米鱈魚燒得幼嫩多汁, 正!其他不過不失, 雞翼也沒想像中好.牛肉過熟, 豬肉好乾, 蔬菜反而有水準, 蔬菜汁說過不停.甜品是雪米糍, 沒什麼誠意下次來一定要加支生啤!

如果想食燒雞軟骨和鹽燒雞翼,我通常都會去南亭,雖然我唔係熟客,所以waiter也不見對你會熱情,但這些食物可以保償。我喜歡吃這裹的雞軟骨和雞翼,喜歡他們燒得香口熱辣調味對板,此外,也會叫燒紫蘇豬肉串,牛脷,羊鞍,露筍豬肉卷等。質素是不錯的。我極喜愛紫蘇的味道,似乎加在什麼東西燒都會好好味。偶然清清哋時就會叫個冷烏冬,烏冬軟硬度不錯。雖然見佢裝修巳經有啲殘舊,但反而帶有日本居酒屋的韻味。咁多年佢搬咗幾次,仍然在租金極貴的soho立足到,佢啲食物質素還是可以的。

雖然見佢裝修巳經有啲殘舊,但反而帶有日本居酒屋的韻味。

南亭, 通常我都係去食銅鑼灣果一間無他, 方便約埋其他朋友, 地點就腳不過今晚 OT, 做唔完既工作, 最起碼都想食返餐好既來慰藉下自己行左上去 soho, 行下行下就見到呢間南亭都好, 未試過一個人食呢 d 居酒串燒, 入去感受下日本寡佬既感覺先一個人食串燒, 唔需要試太多野, 簡簡單單叫兩三 round 燒雞翼, 紫蘇豬肉, 栗米, 露筍豬肉, 再來多個燒飯團咁就已經好完美前菜, 往往係我最鍾意食既野, "點"埋佢個海鮮醬,好味到極(encore度極高)燒雞翼, 大部份男仔都鍾意食既野火候控制得極好, 兩條骨細心地幫你分開埋燒栗米, 好甜既栗米, 輕輕掃左浸蜜糖上面, 一食再食值得讚既係呢度既燒飯團(三文魚), 比坊間既燒得香好多好多面層既焦, 亦唔會燒到過晒火位, 用來"埋尾"的確係完美

I understand that it wa a Friday night in HK, everywhere are busy. So I made the reservation to avoid the line up. So we arrived there 19:40 and the table is GONE. I have called the store, and tell them that we will be late for 15mins. The "staff" picked up the phone said np. However when we got there, the owner said due to the 10mins late, the table was taken by other group. I told him that we have called to say we will be late. He asked the store staff did anyone pick up the phone, no re

Of cuz we were not happy with the arrangement, but since it is the ONLY japese skewer in soho, we wait...

45 mins passed, still no table, there is big table in the middle which is empty, he said it was booked.... Fine, we continous to wait, another 30mins passed, we were really upset and said we ask why holding the table and no one showed up. He said they called to hold the table. Fine. Finally a table for 4 is really for us. We order 4 beef and 4 chicken to start, when it arrived on the table, it WAS COLD. Yes the satay source is tasty but COLD skewer? I can get one for $8 in MK or SKW which taste better and HOT. Yes, they looked clean because it is open kitchen, but there is a dead mice outside their shop!


By the way, the late customer came, and it seems they were the owner's friends......


I am not gonna go there AGAIN, no matter it is the only Jap skewer in SOHO.


I am sorry to release my anger in this way, but I hope people are mean for business, if they just want to operate a shop and hang out with their own friends. please make it a private club.

今天吃早,決定去買好出名的日本麵包Bo-Logne,途經南亭便試一試,進去時空無一人,時間約十二時十分.叫了幾声才有一女侍應出來, 一坐低有熱茶一杯, 睇下menu有幾款set lunch, 得知是日本鰻魚,就叫左燒鰻魚定食($68),有麵豉湯, 豆腐粒幾滑、紫菜, 唔係好鹹, 幾好飲.接着有冬菇和茄子串燒, 冬菇燒得較乾,茄子加了麵豉醬所以幾好味,但都唔熱, 只係微暖.主角上場-燒鰻魚有兩串加了鰻魚汁和夠肥美所以好好食. 白飯有冬菇絲同肉碎係面,還有一串雞肉串燒很嫩口,好味. 配菜是海哲也好味但得很少.一個人食已很飽,仲有飯剩呀!餐後敬送雪糕糯米糍, 有兩件, 荔枝和芒果,正!真是意外及回味的午飯.

這裹的串燒好食就不用多說了^_^但今曰要介紹的主角是"芝士年糕" - 外表好像燒餅! 極重芝士味但又有年糕的口感,味道又鹹又甜,非常有趣新年期間必定要食之年糕

這裹的串燒好食就不用多說了^_^
但今曰要介紹的主角是"芝士年糕" - 外表好像燒餅! 極重芝士味但又有年糕的口感,
味道又鹹又甜,非常有趣

自轉名後, 水準下跌了一些, 某些串燒比較多水出, 不夠乾身, 但整體沒有大改變, 仍然美味. 但服務非常差, 尤其一女待應, 不瞅不彩, 禮貌欠佳. 本人多次光顧, 發現店中的廚司非常高傲,了不起和大師傳的態度. 有時候, 慾想轉換set中的串燒,須廚司的"特許". 本人覺得他們能夠去一去元朗街邊的串燒店逛一逛, 就會清楚自己並沒有甚麼了不起

最近喜愛吃串燒, 喝喝酒, 慢慢吃, 好可惜o係南蠻亭唔適用!!!!大支裝Asahi 好抵飲, 50蚊一大支, 不過食物質數就麻麻哋雞翼 - 燶到苦雞肝 - 一樣係又燶又苦又乾南蠻燒牛肉 - 好似無乜燒過咁, d汁又唔係太特別, 牛肉又太生茄子 - 只要燒到軟身就會好好食, 不過佢個茄子硬到好似生食咁煙肉三文魚 - 舊三文魚好似食緊煲湯豬肉咁冷烏冬 - 仲話自己係稻庭烏冬, 同壽桃牌烏冬有乜分別?銀鱈魚 - 叫做最好食雞肉釀冬菇 - 好似呀媽整d釀冬菇咁, 無乜特別牛舌 - 還可以啦, 雖然都係太熟枱櫈比較迫, 肥d都坐唔落, 望落仲好似好殘舊添又唔飽又唔好食, 要去第二間再食過

We are long term customer of Nan Tei that we went to all their branches. But i have to say the central branch is the worst restaurant i hv ever been to. I went there with my bf last night and we ordered several dishes. The waitress' english was so poor that she didnt understand most of our requests.The most terrible thing is the waiter put a wrong order (beer tenderloin) on our used plates and then we told them that it was a wrong order. The waiter surprisingly took the beer sticks aways and put

I went there with my bf last night and we ordered several dishes. The waitress' english was so poor that she didnt understand most of our requests.
The most terrible thing is the waiter put a wrong order (beer tenderloin) on our used plates and then we told them that it was a wrong order. The waiter surprisingly took the beer sticks aways and put them on other customers' plate. When everybody cares abt the hygiene under the shade of swine flu, what the waiter did really scared me and pissed me off.
Also, all the waiters kept eating while serving. How could they serve when their mouths were of food and kept chewing. So disgusting!!!!
The size of the food is way smaller than that of the other branches. We ordered two sticks of cod fish. The size was terribly small. We asked the waiter why the size was much smaller than that of their other branches. He said " I dont know".
The other problem is the cooking skill of the chefs. The chicken wings that we ordered were 50% burned and all the chicken taste was covered by the burn taste and smell.

I was so pissed of their poor service, poor hygiene and poor food quality. Please, everyone, do NOT go to this restaurant. It's a nightmare!!!!
