第一次幫襯,咁我同老婆入去首先一人嗌個餐試吓啦,一分鐘唔使嘢飲就到啦,但杯紅豆冰少豆又冇味,出街飲杯紅豆冰六成係白色奶四成係紅色豆,呢度啲紅豆冰成杯都係白色奶,仲衰過飲奶水同埋杯凍檸茶維他都好過佢,直入主題,帶咗個雜扒餐,鐵板餐塊鐵板唔熱嘅,薯條淋既,最好味係隻煎蛋,仲有個所謂嘅招牌鰻魚叉燒當飯,條鰻魚又腥又唔熱,食一啖頂唔順吐返出嚟,擺到明一早整定,啲叉燒話咩梅頭整,真係街市買盒叉燒飯都好食過佢又瘦又乾又奀,冇汁乾啃,食乜鬼依間叉燒丼飯吖,落去街市$30買兩盒油雞叉燒飯好過啦,不可一不可再幫襯!

This new take on traditional Cha chan Teng food was very refreshing! Located on the ground floor of the main streets of Kwai fong, this restaurant was so comfortable and convenient! This restaurant is recently opened, located in Kowloon side mainly (they have quickly expanded to three shops). The one we went to day is located in Kwai Chung, opposite to a new cinema. first arrived was the Wagyu beef don, it was huge! The rice portion was definitely more than enough for two people, the egg was cooked perfectly as it was a pouched egg. It blended well with the medium cooked beef and the sauce of the rice.

second arrived was the fusion burger. The char siu inside the burger was cooked nicely as it has a some sweetness and crunchy bits which makes it perfect combination with the crispy onions, cheese and tomato cheese. The fries served on the side was well cooked too.

this was so yummy, although it’s evil but i highly recommend everyone to try this sandwich, it’s unlike anything else with butter and chocolate spread. A perfect dish to end the night.

今日收早少少 又唔係好肚餓 所以嚟食個下午茶 上次食個肥叉燒煎蛋飯 覺得唔夠肥同 唔夠甜 ,所以今次 就試下佢哋嘅 細蔥油 炸豬扒 煎蛋飯,果然冇叫錯 有驚喜 份量足夠當晚餐 豬扒味道同脆度都一流 豉油同蔥份量都夠 但我覺得, 每個人調味份量都唔同 應該調味料要分上 好啲

黯然銷魂叉燒飯簡直係所有人既共同成長回憶,見倒呢間鋪頭同另一家出名既連鎖茶記一樣推薦叉燒飯就試下啦。叉燒可選瘦差或肥差,價錢相差小小,同友人每人叫左一款叉燒,結果令人好失望,無咩特別,但係價錢成幾十蚊一碗,質素除左多左隻蛋就同燒臘檔無分別咯

After watching a movie nearby, we randomly stumbled upon this hidden gem, their newly opened 3rd location. The tomato macaroni soup not only had a strong tomato flavor balancing acidity and sweetness, the herbs added made the taste quite unique when compared to the typical tomato soup found in cha chaan tangs (see our previous posts).

We couldn’t resist ordering the condensed french toast, which was super thick and even had a layer of egg and peanut butter in the middle! It came with honey for dipping, but the condensed milk on top was already sweet enough, so we didn’t really use it

For the drinks, the ovaltine had whipped cream, crunchies and an Oreo on top, which gave it a sweeter aftertaste. The horlick with whipped cream and red beans was not as sweet, making it more suitable for those who don’t prefer sugary drinks.

Although the restaurant is named master of char siu, they really did master all of their non-char siu dishes! Definitely worth a try although their locations may be a little remote.

今日同朋友係葵芳學畫畫,學完六點令鐘,打開openrice有咩食先😌發現呢間餐廳都bookmark左一段時間,咁岩佢好鍾意食叉燒!咁就岩晒啦😏


搭車上去石籬,我地都未黎過😂😂比想像中多人熱鬧喎。七點左右到左餐廳呢邊,都坐滿七成人,環境幾大,座位都好闊落,坐得舒服既😊二話不說order左兩個飯😋😋


⭐️鰻魚叉燒丼飯(少飯-$1)
Order時指明要瘦叉,出到黎9瘦1肥👍🏻賣相幾靚又吸引既😂大大舊既叉燒有五六塊,肉質稔係稔,但一啲都唔香🤨!!邊位雖然燒到少少燶邊,好似好香口🤦🏻‍♀️但真係!真係!!真係!!!一啲香脆感油甘感都無🙈如果佢只係普通餐廳有既叉燒,你可能會覺得幾好味既🤣🤣不過佢講到叉燒丼家,即係叉燒係佢地既專業,咁我又覺得未到家喎🧐至於鰻魚,同我手掌一樣長😆😆但都係得個樣🤣鰻魚偏硬得黎,我覺得仲有少少脆tim😂😂😂😂😂細骨明顯,但都吞到既,而且都係一啲都唔香!啲飯偏乾身,我地都唔太鍾意,成碗飯都只係微熱🤦🏻‍♀️咁就已經扣左好多分啦。


⭐️叉燒丼家(瘦叉)
朋友叫既,我無試過,但我諗同我果碗都不相伯仲😂😂😂叉燒有成六七塊,雙蛋煎得好靚,仲有燶邊位👍🏻又係賣相滿分😂😂但都係得個樣,朋友認為普通偏伏🙈


🥺因為飯太硬我食唔飽😅諗住比多次機會餐廳平反,所以叫多左個⋯


⭐️蔥花炒蛋脆多士
幾分鐘後多士黎到,賣相都係好靚仔!不過咬落完全失望🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️蔥花炒蛋係成個多士既精髓!!蔥花分量係慷慨既,但真係炒得一啲!係一啲!!真係一啲都唔滑唔香!!!炒得又乾又硬😭😭😭牛油又唔曉融!完全勁失望囉!!


職員服務值得一讚,殷勤有禮👍🏻價錢都算有良心,少飯可減$1👍🏻胃口細既記得講聲😊而質素真係要改善下,我地食野已經唔奄尖🤨但今餐飯真係令我地跌晒眼鏡⋯⋯勁失望!!

見到有新鮮蕃茄肉係湯入面,所以飲落真係幾開胃。另外,湯入面既香草令到成個湯既味道唔會過份單調,配埋通粉食真係唔錯😋。不過,香草味略嫌比蕃茄味重,如果後者的味道可以更濃郁,一定會更加好味😋。

Boyfriend and I were in this area of Kwai Chung to meet up with an old coworker of mine who lived in the area. I haven't seen here in a while so she said to just meet her at a place nearby her home. 叉燒丼家 (English name: The Master of Char Siu) was what she chose because she remembered  I love char siu. Menu is in English and Chinese.  There is no 10% service charge. The sets include a hot drink with options for upgrades.

Red Bean Horlicks ($8). For $8, you can upgrade to a fancy drink. It was a better deal than upgrading for a cold drink so boyfriend and I went for this. Boyfriend ordered the red bean Horlicks. This was topped with plenty of whipped cream. The red beans were soft and there was plenty of sweet coconut milk.

Crunchy Ovaltine ($8). I had this. It was topped with an Oreo cookie. It was topped with lots of whipped sream as well and was fairly chocolately. There was some chocolate cereal on top for the crunchy part of the name.

Char Siu and Eel with Rice ($82). I ordered this as he had never heard of this combination before.  Curiosity will always be the death of me. The eel was ok, nicely layered with sauce and no bones were detected. The char siu was definitely the star. Sweet and not too fat. But still enough fat to keep one happy. Portion size wasn't too big as the rice wasn't a lot. I could finish it on my own.

Rich Tomato Char Siu Macaroni Soup with Ham, Scrambled Egg and Butter Toast ($45).  Boyfriend played it safer and ordered a classic cha chan teng item. The tomato soup was fairly rich with a touch of Italian herbs found in it. the char siu was a bit more fat than the one but just as good.

It came with toast, scrambled egg and ham. The ham was fine and not overly salty. The scrambled eggs were soft and fluffy. Oddly the toast was very thin and not buttered. But at least it was crispy.

Condensed French Toast ($22). My friend had the French toast. This was topped with condensed milk and syrup was placed on the side. What was surprising is there was peanut butter in it! So many places have started to leave out the peanut butter now. I had a bit of the French toast and it was pretty good. Not overly oily.
