銅鑼灣 Delay no Mall 結業後改咗做食市,地下係鼎太豐,二樓係富聲魚翅酒家,鼎太豐已經食過,所以今次去富聲試吓。11點上去,因為早所以比較小人,魚翅是上等食材所以魚翅酒家啲價錢一樣上等,同利園差不多,小點 21 中點 26 大點 29 小食 60,同樣無特別優惠但送咗糖水......有紅豆沙、湯丸、楊枝金露,都OK。今餐盛為..........$291.00.........早荼都算貴,大致都算好味,可以再來。

My first time to this CWB restaurant and I think this is also my last visit too!Unacceptable attitude & unbelievably messy orders....1) we ordered 8 dishes, 2 turned out to be sold out AFTER almost 1 hour of waiting!!2) of course, we had been waiting for more than 1 hour for the remaining 6 dishes (1 came after dessert!!!! amazing!!!!)3) in the middle of dinner, our plates are full of bone and i asked for a change of plates, and the waiter looked extremely, unwillingly to do so and he stared at

My first time to this CWB restaurant and I think this is also my last visit too!

Unacceptable attitude & unbelievably messy orders....

1) we ordered 8 dishes, 2 turned out to be sold out AFTER almost 1 hour of waiting!!

2) of course, we had been waiting for more than 1 hour for the remaining 6 dishes (1 came after dessert!!!! amazing!!!!)

3) in the middle of dinner, our plates are full of bone and i asked for a change of plates, and the waiter looked extremely, unwillingly to do so and he stared at me angrily before he changed 1/2 of the plates on the table and left the rest unchanged!!

4) messy bill...... they only showed a lump sum amount without breakdown. we asked for breakdown and of course since they're so badly organized, they charged us a dish that we didn't even order!

5) before we left, we asked why they're so badly organized and their reply was: " Because you guys visited us, that's why we're so messy! " This is really ridiculous and unacceptable attitude!!!! I'm sure I won't visit them again!

What a way to ruin a great new year evening...First of all...wait for 45 min for our soup only. But the worst of all is the service from some of the waitress there...totally not acceptable...when we left we tried to complain the frustration we received and u know what the waitress said..."we are like that ga la...it's like that because you guys come here tonite!!!". What the hell was that! Never will go CWB again...NEVER!

相信好多人都試過灣仔富聲, 喜歡佢既點心同叉燒。一知道有間新店喺銅鑼灣開咗,第一時間去試,心裏希望地方會比灣仔寬倘,服務會更加好。永遠都係期望大,失望更大。一入到去,心知不妙。啲枱同灣仔一樣超窄,枱枱都係背貼背,環境好差。都算,諗住食好野啫。點知惡夢開始...我地四位,有一位未到但位已經擺好,點知有個女侍應叫Sandy突然拉走張櫈,我地即時阻止,哈...佢居然怒啤我地!佢冇野呀?!不滿事件二...佢地經常落錯單,一係就寫錯餸菜,一係就將隔離枱既野俾我地。當你同所謂經理講,佢會用最差既態度回應!不滿事件三...我地叫咗五個餸,只來了三個。我地請部長同我地跟下,叫咗幾次,得嚟又係怒啤樣同敷衍回應!等咗45分鐘都係冇得食,結果太嬲,食唔飽都要埋單走人!不滿事件多到寫唔晒!講真佢既食物ok, 但係為咗食要受啲咁既氣,真係好唔抵!所以希望大家聽我地既意見,真係唔好幫襯!

吃到八八九九,忽然有人記起我們好像預留了杏汁白肝湯,召來部長一問,他的反應是:「係?有啲咁嘅事?我去check check。」3分鐘不見回覆,再問,答案是有的,不過部長說我們只預留了10位,要不要加兩位。事緣他們的湯是逐位計的。那當然不加位啦,10位分12碗還可以吧?但他還不罷休,直至有位女士舉手大聲說棄權,他才倖倖然離去。結果,那湯是糖水前的最後一道菜上枱,可是那湯只是不過不失,也當然不能和陸羽相比。

點了菜不久,部長已來宣告叉燒終了,幸好我們已吃了兩碟細的,也過了口癮,那叉燒真的不賴。結束是另一個開始,開始打開了沽清之門。部長再宣佈羊腩煲沒有了,兩分鐘之後豆苗也沒有了,5分鐘之後蟶子由八隻只剩3隻,部長問我們要不要,三隻蟶子12個人,比五餅二魚更偉,我們是凡人,辦不到,於是齊聲說不要了。
奇就奇在忽有侍應端來一隻5吋碟,上面載著甜椒炒極少量貝殼類物體,我們不能肯定那是什麼,問侍應,她說要問部長部長又來了,理所當然的說:這是炒蟶子,我們又齊聲澄清我們說不要的。部長果然有點風範,他理直氣壯的說:嗰位先生話要。最後,他也拿走了蟶子。
終於到了結賬的時候,查看賬單,有一項是廚部手寫,盛惠$3690。那是把所有廚部手寫的項目概括為一個總數,至於有幾多個項目,每個項目多少錢,就沒有提供。奇詭的是,小食系列可以由電腦出單,其他則不能,為什麼呢?咕嚕肉那些和小食的價錢同樣印在餐牌上,那究竟為什麼呢?又問部長部長說:「我哋係咁架。」問他,那碟蟹多少錢,答案是”千零蚊啦”。

人生有幾多餐晚飯可以一班朋友高高興興?多少餐也好,不值得再浪費半餐在富聲魚翅海鮮酒家身上,整頓飯忙著與各種奇境周旋,那有時間談天說地,更遑論保持正常的血壓去品味米芝蓮一星的手勢。

Hey, I am the first person to review this restaurant.

Pity it was almost 2 weeks ago when we went and my memory is failing. It is a branch of the famous Fu Sing restaurant in Wanchai and some of the waiters and managers came from Victoria City in Sun Hung Kai Centre.

We booked a week ahead and they kept checking if we were still going. There were 18 of us for lunch, so had to split into 2 tables. When we arrived, there were people waiting outside for a table which is always a good sign. The place is newer and cleaner looking than the branch in Wanchai but tables were still too close together for my liking.

We ordered everything anyone suggested. It was mostly Dim Sum, then 2 pots of clay pot rice, fried rice noodles, 2 plates of Char Siu and dessert.

The turnip cake had some mashed shrimp on top and was deep fried. Interesting but can't really compare it to traditional turnip cake. Fried Cheung Fun was good, the regular Har Gau, Cheung Fun, Siu mai and others were all above normal standards. Shrimp paste Chinese lettuce in claypot was tasty too, not too salty and the lettuces were whole small bunches which meant they were not overcooked inside.

For dessert, we ordered white sugar cake which is rarely seen in restaurants. Others said it wasn't too sweet and therefore nice. Coffee jelly in layers which had a good strong coffee flavour and various sweet soups.

All the dishes in this restaurant were well prepared and a very high standard. No one had any complaints which is totally abnormal for our family. We even decided to come back for Winter Solstice Family dinner. The only draw back is that it is not cheap. Even though we over ordered a bit and took a few pieces of dim sum home, it was still expensive at $200 a head for a mainly dim sum lunch in not particularly pretty surroundings. Still business was good and so they must be doing something right.

The food is pretty much at par with the Fu Sing in Wanchai, though a bit more greasy... No real complaints about the food here, but the service here is something else... The bill came to ~HK$300 at the end of the meal, so I wanted to pay with my credit card (a mastercard, generally accepted, right?). The waitress took my card, and came back with a dirty look 4-5 mins later and said that the card doesn't work. Okay, understandable... (my wife happens to be in the restroom, so I told the waitress

My wife comes back, so I ask her to ask the waitress to try the card again while I go retrieve cash (who doesn't want to earn points on their credit cards, right? Anyways, the action unfolds when I'm getting cash downstairs)

I came back with the money about 5 mins later, but my wife was already furious... She told me that she's never been more insulted... Curious as to what had happen, I ask her..

Basically, the waitress (not the friendliest-looking or nicest) told her that the credit card simply doesn't work (which it did the night before, and magically on the 20+ occasions after this instance... hmmm, perhaps better training on how to use the credit card machine?)

The waitress told the other waitress to "watch my wife in case she tries to leave" loud enough so that everyone sitting around my wife is now staring at her... (i guess embarassing your customers is the best way to get your money).

Anyways, we paid the bill and wanted to speak to a manager about this rude waitress. We didn't make a big fuss, nor did we raise our voice (no point, right?)

This guy came to us claiming to be the manager, listened to my wife describe for about 5-10 secs before he cuts in on her (which is very rude, by the way) to say something completely unrelated to the situation. He doesn't apologize, but cuts in and tries to shut my wife up... Now my wife is furious, but ask the manager if she could finish her story, but the manager simply didn't have enough respect nor patience. Gave a "well, sorry if we offended you, but you're still wrong" type of apology....

The sad part is, we really like Fu Sing, and go to the Wanchai one almost every weekend. We were hoping that we could walk to this new one, since it's so close to our place in Tai Hang, but the people working there ruined it.... For what? HK$300? People that eat at Fu Sing (not to sound arrogant, or anything) aren't the type that cannot pay up HK$300 at the end of a meal...

There's also a million other ways to better deal with the situation. 1) just wait, instead of jumping to conclusions that we can't pay, 2) if confirmed that we can't pay, then invite us into a office where the matter could be dealt with privately (call the police even), rather than make a big scene in front of other customers, and 3) simply say "I apologize (or sorry)" when you realised you (or your co-worker f'ed up) and move on. SIMPLE!

Restaurants are part of the "SERVICE" industry... Even in finance, we apologise in situation that are NOT our fault, not to mention situations where it is our fault.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE/TRAINING/ATTITUDES AT THE CAUSEWAY BAY LOCATION. I KNOW THIS IS A NEWLY OPENED LOCATION, BUT THE SERVICE SHOULD NEVER BE THIS BAD FOR THIS LEVEL OF RESTAURANTS (WANCHAI STORE IS MICHELLIN-RATED!!!)

by the way, it was our wedding anniversary that day, so thanks for ruining a happy day...
