好友早前生日,可惜閨蜜抱恙,唯有延遲與好友的飯聚。不久前曾在這館子飲茶吃點心,感覺寜靜,於是把延遲了生日飯設於這裏。西班牙豚肉叉燒的選材優良,叉燒肥瘦適中,肉質柔軟,是不錯的肉類前菜。芙蓉黃金蝦曾獲得由旅發局頒發的至高榮譽金獎名饌之賞,一份有五隻十分巨型的黃金蝦球和炒鮮奶,鋪滿鹹蛋黃蓉的蝦球爽彈鮮香,炒鮮奶滑如布甸充滿奶香,不愧是得獎菜式。茶王燻雞也是得獎菜式,雞皮燻至焦糖色,色澤誘人,茶香味亦盡現在雞皮之上,雞肉亦滲着絲絲茶香而且嫩滑多汁,值得好評。鮮淮山、蜜糖豆和銀杏十分清爽,輕炒十分合適,加上適量的琥珀合桃,令菜式鮮中帶甜。已點了不少肉類菜式,因此主食便來個素食煲仔飯,職員沒有事先揚聲便把煲仔飯內的金瓜、芋頭及雜菌上碟和把米飯分碗上桌,因而吃之時的溫度驟降,兼且金瓜等用料的味道確難與臘味或其他肉類相比,令煲仔飯顯得平平無奇。香港人最愛的就是不甜的甜品,因此這合桃糊不是香港人愛吃的甜食。——————————————————————補充資料: 因以「開飯喇」平台訂位,所以有8折優惠

之前喺富豪軒食過不下十次晚飯鍾意佢環境闊落,食物味道亦都唔錯所以今次試下飲茶果然係一試難忘,再試投降點心冇一樣出色蝦餃淡而無味同埋完全唔明點解可以做到好似小籠包咁有湯汁真係第一次試咁新派嘅蝦餃食完咸點,落單加多個紅棗糕等咗大約廿分鐘,問侍應姐姐係咪漏咗單佢淨係回覆話有落單㗎,等多陣啦過多五分鐘再問另一位侍應哥哥又係同一樣答案,再叫我哋等多5-6分鐘前後等咗30分鐘我以為自己叫咗隻火雞 最後真係唔想再等,叫佢哋取消埋單嘅時候仲要同我講「你唔要個紅棗糕,我幫你取消咗喇」我話「唔係我唔要呀,係等咗30分鐘都冇嚟呀」之後屋企人仲話聽到呢兩位侍應俾說話我哋聽話「淨係招呼你一檯咩」「係要等咁耐㗎啦」其實我覺得冇問題嘅 如果真係要30分鐘先做到嘅話可以喺落單嘅時候講清楚而唔係要個客去追,仲要用咁嘅服務態度回應咁嘅服務態度加食物質素我相信絕對有更加好嘅選擇

同媽咪訂咗富豪酒店staycation,諗住check in完近近地同佢喺返富豪酒店飲個下午茶先,下午茶時間都好多人㗎,我哋叫咗好多嘢食,最最最好味就係個鮑魚撻😚

今日與相熟客戶茶聚,見到有懷舊點心,第一眼就見到蝦多士,席間有客人有印尼的華僑,說這點心多年無食過,所以點了蝦多士、黃沙豬膶腸粉,春蛋燒賣、芋角、蝦餃等。蝦多士的確香脆,蝦滑爽,不覺太油, 黃沙豬膶腸粉,真的是值得一試,是從前酒樓的味道,春蛋燒賣就比較普通! 芋角真係非常之鬆脆,芋香夠。 蝦餃嘅水平正常,蝦味新鮮。酒樓的服務很好,侍應主動及反應快,香港餐廳嚟講係好難得。另外值得一提係地方寬敞,而且更主動送上甜品,我哋叫了綠豆沙,客人很滿意這些懷舊點心。
