Fusion 小包包，表面西洋，其實極中式。我們點了天婦羅魚包、素包和炒小椰菜。天婦羅麵衣很薄，炸得很脆，裹着厚肉鮮嫩的時令海魚，食落似鱸魚，但不肯定。配合酸酸甜甜的「咕嚕肉」醬汁、日式醃菜沙律，口感清新又鬼馬，白色的包像唐記，但當然鬆軟好吃些。素包的菇菌味很濃，配黑松露沙律醬，又是巧妙之作。吃罷「包包」，炒小椰菜上桌──原來是一個個完整的很迷你的椰菜，圓圓的，一口一個，口感實在，和魚露焦糖醬、花生同吃，有點像泰國街頭小吃，挺惹味的，值得推薦！

Just casual dinner with my friend and we decide to try little Bao. Good environment and table available soonest. We order 2 bao and one fried chicken to share. I took Bao with chicken. They delivery very fast let say 7/8 minutes. Surprise about quality. Was good. The chicken well fried and smooth with good taste. Missing the side. Little bao is always a good place to go when you want something casual and good for sharing ! Short rib dumplingsIt was nicely pan fried with shreds of short beef ribs. I personally don’t like the texture given that the stuffing for dumplings are always minced. While this short ribs.... it’s shredded. We three of us went to Little Bao for a gathering. I ate the pork belly bun in Central. Again we ordered pork belly bun but I found that it is not as good as before. Just so so. The belly is not tender as before. We also ordered a drink of guava and passion fruit which is really nice. So it is not that disappointing.

銅鑼灣Fashion Walk真是個好chill的聚腳地，至啱星期六周末跟閨蜜hea hea！今天下午，我們漫無目的在Fashion Walk找地方落腳，最後被「小包包」Tiffany Blue外牆所吸引；加上不用等位，於是決定入內搵食！話明叫「小包包」，當然要試它的招牌豬腩包（$78）！白色中式包似饅頭般蒸得鬆軟，中間夾著塊厚身豬腩肉，再加些芝麻汁，啖啖肉，正！由於包身被牙籤固定著，切起來算方便！我們亦點了兩個小食，但價錢竟然比主打菜還貴！先介紹墨西哥炸雲吞（$98），雖然叫炸雲吞，但實際上是炸Taco。蝦細細粒，牛油果醬才是亮點，非常搶味！不過，98元只得三件，頗昂貴！再來帶子卜卜脆（$118），碟的外圍放滿炸餃子皮，給你盛著帶子粒來吃。可能是師傅的刀功太厲害吧，老實講，完全太不吃出帶子粒或鮮味。賣單時，竟然收到貼紙作紀念，cute！

I always wanted to try Little Bao when it was back in Central, but it’s always so packed and crowded with peep and the shop was really really small. So I didn’t manage to go before it closed down. But, it reopens in Causeway bay, in a bigger space and offers more choices of food! And I can’t miss this time! 不是今日試食，因為遲了點寫食評！剛剛過去跟同事一起試食！我點了一個豬腩肉漢堡，飲品就當日指定！店內都是外國人，但這個漢堡就充滿中國色彩！豬腩肉=梅菜扣肉質地，如果愛吃肥的，真的不錯！要提一提個包蓋同底都係脆邊！但side dish既薯條就差一點、如果改用粗薯條會比較好！另外，飲品都不錯，青瓜烏龍茶，但如果可以加少少薄荷菜就更好！

朋友介紹，一定要試這類的人造肉漢堡包🍔，我對人造肉沒什麼大興，一試之後，果然非一般午餐有面有飯，既然餐廳名叫bao, 當然要試bao 餐「impossible bao」，人造肉竟然非常juicy，比起好多漢堡包專門店的漢堡扒更好味，真係值得encore 「慢煮豬腩包」，塊豬腩肉好甘香「招牌三黃雞包」，塊炸雞相當肉嫩每一個餐都配炸薯條同沙律，炸薯條非常香脆極邪惡，包又是一絕，味道類似中式饅頭，甜甜地、好軟熟

聽聞平時要排長龍，專誠星期六早上去試，其實去到都接近12點，不過又真係不使排隊😂侍應服務殷勤，可能時間尚早，舗頭又冇乜客，所以好用心推介。感覺好親切，差D以為去左意大利餐廳😂叫左兩個招牌包包、特色點心、甜品+飲品，整體好食。包包不過不失；另外想按自己喜好，冇接受佢地同事推介，叫左個雲吞及紫菜墨魚脆燒，比預期好食，更值推介，不過價錢相對貴，呢個係考慮；甜品亦唔錯、飲品價錢貴D，但諗住試下啦，不過名過其實，相對失色😅埋單二人五百幾，唔算平、但係喺香港食好野，係要付出嘅😄

想試呢間好耐啦！做fusion 菜要好食一啲都唔容易，所以我好期待呢間ga ~佢嘅主menu比較簡單唔花巧，分左小食，包類同小菜。而飲品方面會比多係有酒精嘅。我同個friend，分別叫左三黃雞包同天婦羅魚包，而小食就係紫菜墨魚脆脆。三黃雞包雞肉係用咗炸方式，雞肉質地嫩滑，外脆，連埋麵包一齊食，有驚喜，麵包好好食，好鬆軟。佢用做花椒沙律醬，淡淡花椒香氣，將成個味道提升咗，我好鍾意呀！味道: 💛💛💛💛💛份量: 💛💛💛💛價錢: 💛💛💛天婦羅魚包魚柳個脆漿都做得唔錯，算薄。入口魚肉唔會有腥味，不過魚味唔算突出，但夾埋爽口嘅香茅沙律，感覺幾都開胃。味道: 💛💛💛💛份量: 💛💛💛💛價錢: 💛💛💛紫菜墨魚脆脆其實係墨魚丸，外層用咗紫菜包裹住，食到粒粒黑魚肉，少少彈牙👍🏻，點唔點醬都好食，值得一試。味道: 💛💛💛💛份量: 💛💛💛💛價錢: 💛💛💛

搬左黎銅鑼灣之後終於有機會可以試喇佢店面大左好多，有indoor&outdoor見天氣有點熱我地就揀左indoor就坐同行朋友已經食過好多次就由佢幫我同嗌野食喇我地3個女人每人叫左一個bao我既係pork belly bao,首先佢賣相好好，精緻得黎唔會太細個望到佢d料好豐富，睇到都覺得好有心機咬落去口感好好，包好軟熟，豬腩肉唔會太肥因為佢既醬汁好野味，加埋佢既青蔥好夾其實食完我仲想食多個，不過都係留返下次我地仲叫左個帶子加炸餃子皮既小食都好好食，幾個人share唔算好熱氣唔夠喉再叫左個炸雞翼，好香口加埋佢既調味粉真係好好食最後dessert當然要試埋佢個ice cream bao我地決定2種味都叫晒再share炸既包加埋雪糕呢個配搭好正2隻味，我偏愛salted ice cream,比較特別但green tea都唔差，大家可以2個都叫晒比較下今餐真係好滿足，下次出黎銅鑼灣都要過去再食佢轉左店之後地方大左，唔駛等位真係好方便

食包唔一定係西式野，中式既漢堡包你地又食過未呢？/招牌豬腩包係依度既招牌菜，係用饅頭夾住舊豬腩肉，都幾似台式刈包。豬腩肉整得好淋，放入口雖然肥但唔覺得膩！而且配上紅洋蔥同秘製醬汁，酸酸甜甜令個味道都幾match～/Impossible素包岩晒食素者，睇下裡面塊扒幾似牛，但原來係用百分百純蔬菜製成既植物肉扒黎架！再配埋黑椒汁，腐乳沙津醬，特別在加上日本大根，令層次豐富。/Truffle fries係每次去西餐廳都必叫既野😝不過佢就特別在於有小黃瓜同魯香菇混埋一齊，撈埋個薯條一齊食，都好夾。值得一試😎/慢煮牛肋骨煎餃子睇落平平無奇，一咬落去個下好juicy呀～內裡既牛肉唔係平時既免治牛肉而係一絲絲架！睇得出廚師既用心👍🏾/我最期待既甜品出黎啦～ICE CREAM BAO😍小妹揀佐鹽味焦糖雪糕包。個包身就係平時食開炸饅頭再配埋凍冰冰既鹽味雪糕，on top 再加小小焦糖醬，所有野融為一體，好正呀😋/總括而言：Little Bao內裡既環境裝修比較美式，很CHILL🍻，而食物方面都比較fusion，中西合璧，中意新穎既都可以不妨去試吓啦！
