呢間Little Bao應該唔少人都試過 (開左咁多年小編們竟然而家先第一次試 哈哈🙈)佢地主打既並非一般既漢堡～ 除左用左饅頭代替普通既burger buns之外 夾餡更加入左唔少中式元素 非常特別！😻今次lunch time黎到 發現原來佢地有提供幾款午市套餐 其中呢個bao set $88就包一個Bao 薯條 同沙律 比起a la carte抵食好多呢！(話說晚市淨係個bao都$78個！)_慢煮豬腩Bao第一次黎到 當然要試試招牌既慢煮豬腩Bao啦～ 呢度既自家製饅頭軟熟得黎又帶點煙韌感 而且夠濕潤唔會乾爭爭👍🏼裡面夾住既慢煮豬腩肉夠晒厚肉 雖然食落未至入口即溶 但肉質鬆化 肥瘦適中 並且帶油脂香😚 再配上芝麻醬 酸酸甜甜既海鮮茄醬 同清爽既大蔥紫蘇葉沙律 整個包味道豐富又唔會好膩口 果然不錯！😋_炸三黃雞Bao不過相比之下 呢個炸三黃雞Bao更有驚喜呢！炸三黃雞皮脆肉嫩 肉汁飽滿 最特別係個醬汁除左黑醋既酸甜 仲帶明顯既花椒香氣 非常之有層次！😻_Ice cream bao除左鹹包 呢度既甜包一樣出色！炸到酥脆既饅頭 裡面夾住雪糕 營造出冰火交融既效果🔥❄️ 再加上焦糖醬既香甜

Little Bao bookmark左好耐都未有機會黎. 有日同屋企人終於黎左啦. 近期少左人出街所以去到都唔使等位. Menu上有好多選擇, 我地幾個人都唔知食咩好, 個個都有選擇恐懼症咁. 揀左一輪之後就叫左個炒小耶菜, Truffle Fries, Shrimp Tacos, Pork Belly Bao, Fish Tempura Bao黎share個炒小耶菜炒得好香, 平時都麻麻地耶菜, 怕左個陣苦澀味. 但呢個真係一D苦澀味都冇. 好食到我停唔到口. Shrimp Tacos係另外一樣我鐘意食既野. 蝦爽口彈牙, 再加埋D酸酸地既汁好開胃兩個包黎講prefer pork belly bao多D, 個包一D都唔乾身, 豬腩肉肥瘦適中. 再加埋D醬汁一齊食真係幾好食.總括黎講係幾好既. 唯一美中不足係冇試佢既甜品. 食完以上既野都飽lu~

第一次食little bao記得係係上環，不過𢴇左之後心掛掛個黑松露菇薯條，就去cwb食啦唯有第一次已經俾佢個豬包吸引左，好好食物真係，佢用白饅頭做包皮，再用半肥瘦既豬肉，好juicy，好好食。我另外第二次第三次去都有試過雞包，魚包，全部都好好食第二個好味既係依個薯條，薯條好膽好薯仔味，好岀色佢加左黑松露蘑菇，再加小小沙律醬，黃色好似係蘿蔔既野，完全係好食到不能形容之後就係依個生羊肉好似係，好好食都，冇腥味，好夾再到依個清酒煮蜆肉好重酒香味好肥味d肉煮好魚甜依個炸雞，我地叫左辣既，好好食又係，好多汗，唔似m記好乾身，唔食得辣既唔建議你叫辣最後食左個fusion desert ，又係岀奇地好夾，完全冇諗過既配搭，好食，岀面熱入面涷好好食依間好推介，員工都好nice，有講有笑，不過個人中意以前上環戈間，cwb 好似冇咁好食.. 不過都好食

之前吃过一次impossible素肉包，对馒头口感的面包印象深刻。这次专门到铜锣湾Fashion walk的店里打卡。试了另一个口味，菌菇包，如果不提前看到是素食，以为自己吃的是真的卤肉，味道很赞。另一个小型甘蓝球，有的菜球因为外皮偏老影响了口感，但本身菜烹饪的味道不错。

Fusion 小包包，表面西洋，其實極中式。我們點了天婦羅魚包、素包和炒小椰菜。天婦羅麵衣很薄，炸得很脆，裹着厚肉鮮嫩的時令海魚，食落似鱸魚，但不肯定。配合酸酸甜甜的「咕嚕肉」醬汁、日式醃菜沙律，口感清新又鬼馬，白色的包像唐記，但當然鬆軟好吃些。素包的菇菌味很濃，配黑松露沙律醬，又是巧妙之作。吃罷「包包」，炒小椰菜上桌──原來是一個個完整的很迷你的椰菜，圓圓的，一口一個，口感實在，和魚露焦糖醬、花生同吃，有點像泰國街頭小吃，挺惹味的，值得推薦！

Just casual dinner with my friend and we decide to try little Bao. Good environment and table available soonest. We order 2 bao and one fried chicken to share. I took Bao with chicken. They delivery very fast let say 7/8 minutes. Surprise about quality. Was good. The chicken well fried and smooth with good taste. Missing the side. Little bao is always a good place to go when you want something casual and good for sharing ! Short rib dumplingsIt was nicely pan fried with shreds of short beef ribs. I personally don’t like the texture given that the stuffing for dumplings are always minced. While this short ribs.... it’s shredded.
