屋企人好鍾意嚟呢度飲茶食飯。上一次同佢哋嚟,我亦覺得抵食食物質素算中上服務唔錯滿意嘅。之後我亦極力推薦俾我啲朋友。今晚要去接媽媽機,所以先叫爸爸去攞位。去到嘅時候爸爸話話已經last call嗰陣時係9:00pm. 網上係寫11:00打烊,我就當你10點打烊九點就嗌last call?我去到嘅時候係9:07pm問一個較為上年紀嘅唔知部長定經理想叫多一隻文昌雞,佢就話廚房收咗!斬隻雞啫!?想叫支啤酒佢掉頭就走。後尾叫一個年紀輕返啲嘅可唔可以幫我問吓廚房斬隻雞俾我得唔得?佢真係幫我問問完落咗單俾我,我都係做飲食而家生意咁難做人人都嗌北上,但係呢位唔知經理定部長就唔志在做,可能佢哋唔使追數啩?換着俾我做多100就係100!我哋成日講嘅customer experience, 香港幾時可以做得返?我自己嘅舖頭宗旨寫11點收你10:59行入嚟我都要做你嗰張單!This is what we called “go that extra step!”我哋食到9:36pm, 又有一個唔知經理定部長走過嚟:你哋啲嘢上齊晒就出去俾錢先,我哋要埋數!我仲食緊飯,你要預先埋數嘅你攞張單過嚟幫我埋單唔係要我食食

我哋食到9:36pm, 又有一個唔知經理定部長走過嚟:你哋啲嘢上齊晒就出去俾錢先,我哋要埋數!我仲食緊飯,你要預先埋數嘅你攞張單過嚟幫我埋單唔係要我食食吓飯行出去個櫃檯度埋單!食到個胃頂住我哋卒之9:50離開,因為又有另外一個走過嚟,你哋要食快啲啦,跟住佢哋開始熄燈趕客!去到停車場攞埋架車去做優惠,佢哋話過咗鐘冇優惠!嗰陣時10:01優惠做到10點!
本來有間相熟嘅酒樓,知道我媽媽今晚返嚟話要請我媽媽食飯,講到明幾夜都可以嚟!咁你話而家食飯係咪一係北上一係要去相熟嘅酒樓?大家都係做飲食!可唔可以爭氣啲呢?
我哋做飲食最忌食物做得幾好都好,樓面招呼唔得就一定死得!你自己趕客!因為冇人願意俾錢嚟受氣!
