紅磡多嘢食就係人都知,放工同事一齊去覓食😋呢間日式小店門面都夠晒日本特色,想入嚟試好耐,好彩今日有同伴一齊品嚐🤤每次經過都好多人排隊,今日都係!🍽️ 慢煮和牛牛小排我哋一人叫咗一個套餐,我就好想食牛,所以見到呢個限量慢煮和牛牛小排🥩就即刻order咗🤤牛小排燉到啱啱好,仲有牛味,而天氣開始轉涼,我就揀咗冬日限定嘅湯水鯊魚骨濃雞湯稻庭烏冬🍜食完即刻暖笠笠☺️而且每個套餐仲會包兩款小食,好鍾意紫薯嘅我就揀咗青蘋果紫薯球同埋酸忌廉煙肉薯仔沙律🥗食完飯食返少少甜品特別滿足,一上枱面有好豐富嘅套餐喺我哋面前慢慢食😝🍽️ 慢煮黑毛豬配玉桂蘋果蓉同事就叫咗呢個黑毛豬配玉桂蘋果蓉套餐,小食就揀咗青蘋果紫薯球同埋南瓜🤭佢就係想試一試蕎麥麵,拎住一小撮蕎麥麵去浸返冰涼蕎麥麵汁,好有日本嘅味道👅講返個黑毛豬又係炆到啱啱好,慢煮嘅豬肉肉味好出,配埋蘋果蓉真係絕配😍🌟仲食人情味添🎌🍽️ 紅豆白玉+蜜瓜福餅女人係有第二個位係食甜品嘅,兩個都鍾意食煙煙韌韌嘅小丸子,所以就叫咗呢個紅豆白玉,食完飯食呢個甜甜地嘅甜品真係冇得輸,而想讚一讚呢個蜜瓜餅嘅蜜瓜味好濃,下次都一定會追加!

🎐熊妹去左旅行半個月,今個月先輪到同瑪姬皇后聚聚。由於瑪姬皇后係趁著小王子的上學空檔🎒來見面小聚,就揀一間小店輕食午餐喇。📌聽講位於紅磡的《日嚐》的日本便當出名平價親民,午餐便當都係$65-$118,唔使加一,追加各款便當沙律都係$3或者$8,絕對係今時今日的稀有街坊價,真係要試下係咪咁抵?📌位於紅磡明安街寶石戲院🎬樓下,以日式木系的門面裝修可謂鶴立雞群🦆。📌雖然店舖小小,但可以間出3-4張四人枱同2-3人二人枱,仲有bar枱位,午餐時段來到仲要坐滿人,可見幾受街坊街里歡迎👏🏻。慢煮美國封門柳,$108配稻庭烏冬,加明太子,+$8封門柳份量都好多,目測係五成熟,粉嫩嘅牛肉冇血水,面頭淋上牛肉醬汁,食落去真係好嫩口,無筋無渣無肥肉,封門柳呢個位置厚實得來啖啖肉,咁嘅價錢真係好抵食。稻庭烏冬叫咗豬骨湯底,細細地一碗份量都好多,稻庭烏冬🍜口感煙靭就算放涼咗都仲係煙煙韌韌,最怕普通烏冬吸收晒啲湯汁變到一劈粉團。面頭加咗明太子,望落去份量唔係好多,但係撈入烏冬入邊已經辣辣地好夠味。慢煮牛仔骨,配洋蔥燒汁, $80配蕎麥麵(冷)牛仔骨都有7-8件,香濃嘅醬汁連洋蔥🧅一齊煮,每一嚿牛仔骨都好熟透,仲有骨頭🦴噀下,好入味。蕎麥麵好掂喎,過咗冷河嘅蕎麥麵口感好實在,加入冷麵豉油,食落去冰冰涼涼鹹餡地,感覺好清新,一點油都無,夏天🌞食真係最好不過!慢煮泰式雞,配泰式辣汁 ,$78配越光米飯加醬油蛋,+$8望落去以為好乾身嘅泰式雞,食落去原來好嫩滑。慢煮嘅方法,沒有過多嘅醬汁已經可以煮到雞肉全熟之餘,仲好軟腍唔鞋口,想加多點醬汁嘅味道就可以點下跟上嘅泰式青辣汁,辣辣地有幾過癮。醬油蛋加落日本米係無得彈,蛋黃汁滲入白米當中,撈上醬油汁,每一啖都充滿香濃的蛋黃醬油味道,咁有味道的米飯好容易三爬兩啖清掉一碗。青蘋果紫薯球,+$3好特別喎,紫薯🍠入邊加咗啲青蘋果粒🍏,本身感覺好飽肚的薯球,入邊有爽口嘅青蘋果,成件事變得好清新。南瓜佃煮,+$3一件南瓜蓉🎃,煮得好熟透,一啖放入口,溶哂。和風茄子,+$3醬汁煮茄子🍆,味道鹹鹹地。話梅漬蕃茄,+$3好有驚喜嘅蕃茄🍅,望落去以為只係一件普通嘅蕃茄切件,放入口係大甜味嘅蕃茄漬,甜得來有少少話梅嘅甜酸味再加埋生蕃茄嘅爽口,呢碟蕃茄能夠再encore!酸忌廉煙肉薯仔沙律,+$8好特別嘅酸忌廉沙律🥗!用上好多薯仔🥔撈起嘅沙律,質感比較濃稠,一啲都唔水,食緊啖啖薯仔肉之餘入邊仲有少少煙肉粒,用酸忌廉撈埋一齊又未至於沙律醬咁酸,呢個配搭做得都好唔錯!黃金菠菜,+$8冷食嘅菠菜🥬上面加了一隻醬油蛋黃,望落去已經好吸睛,一篤蛋黃中間將所有蛋黃汁流了出來,再連埋菠菜一齊食,多一重濃烈蛋黃醬嘅味道,係幾有特式嘅一款蔬菜。Coke Zero ,跟餐價,+$6陳皮檸檬茶,跟餐價,+$10紫蘇梅子梳打,跟餐價,+$15📌《日嚐》小店,無論食物味道、質素、價錢都夠晒大眾化,絕對能成為大家生活的日常。

我們今晚去左食日嚐慢煮生活發現嗰間餐廳6:00就超多人,間餐廳坐滿晒,一開門口就坐滿晒。我和朋友要左慢煮豬頸肉配荔枝玫瑰醬豬頸肉經過慢煮處理,肉質柔嫩,口感滑順。荔枝玫瑰醬的搭配增添了甜美和花香。最緊要係個豬肉真係超腍。廚師真係煮得好好。蕎麥麵(冷)冷蕎麥麵的質感爽滑,搭配簡單的調味。青蘋果紫薯球青蘋果酸甜和紫薯綿密口感形成完美對比,十分開胃。柚子青瓜漬清新柚子和青瓜酸甜口感平衡了其他嘅濃郁,使整體餐點更具清新感。非常適合解膩,提升整個用餐體驗。紅豆白玉(甜品) (熱)陳皮檸檬茶這款熱飲以陳皮的獨特香氣和檸檬的清新酸味慢煮黑毛豬配肉桂蘋果蓉黑毛豬肉質鮮嫩,慢煮使得肉質更加軟滑,與肉桂蘋果蓉搭配,帶來甜美與香料的平衡,增添了整體的風味層次。稻庭豬骨濃烏冬稻庭烏冬彈性十足,搭配豬骨濃湯,湯頭濃郁,蜜瓜福餅蜜瓜與福餅係好特別嘅配搭,一啲都唔韌。☺️飲品就叫咗冬瓜茶We went to try Slow Cooked Life tonight and discovered that the restaurant was packed by 6:00 PM. As soon as the doors opened, every seat was filled.My friend and I ordered the -Slow-cooked pork neck with lychee rose sauce.The pork neck, treated with slow cooking, was tender and smooth. The lychee rose sauce added sweetness and floral notes. The pork was incredibly tender. The chef really did an excellent job.Cold Soba Noodles:The cold soba noodles had a smooth texture and were accompanied by simple seasoning.Green Apple and Purple Sweet Potato Balls:The tartness of the green apple and the creamy texture of the purple sweet potato created a perfect contrast, making it very appetizing.Yuzu Pickled Cucumber:The refreshing yuzu and the sweet-and-sour cucumber balanced the richness of the other dishes, adding a fresh touch to the overall meal. It was perfect for cutting through the richness, enhancing the dining experience.Red Bean Mochi (Dessert)(Hot) Dried Tangerine Peel Lemon Tea:This hot drink featured the unique aroma of dried tangerine peel combined with the refreshing tartness of lemon.Slow Cooked Black Pork with Cinnamon Apple Sauce:The black pork was tender, and the slow cooking made it even more silky. The pairing with cinnamon apple sauce created a delightful balance of sweetness and spice, enhancing the overall flavor profile.Inaniwa Udon with Pork Bone Broth:The Inaniwa udon was wonderfully chewy, paired with a rich pork bone broth that was full of flavor.Melon Fortune Cake:The combination of melon and fortune cake was quite special, not tough at all. ☺️For drinks, we ordered winter melon tea.

之前在大角咀吃過日嚐,一直念念不忘,知道大角咀結業了還失落了好一陣子,後來得知他們原來搬到紅磡,即使不怎麼就腳,也要特意過來吃飯。千層塔玉子燒玉子燒有微微焦香,甜甜的玉子作為開場很岩數慢煮和牛舌記得他們的前菜做得相當有心思,青蘋果紫薯蓉很不錯,青蘋果粒令薯蓉很清新。牛舌充滿油香,配上他們的自家醬準汁,送飯一流。慢煮豬頸肉配荔枝玫瑰醬今次試了酸忌廉煙肉薯仔沙律,酸忌廉與薯仔很搭配,加上煙肉粒和洋蔥,不錯。豬頸肉燒得頗香,荔枝玫瑰醬甚有驚喜,清甜的味道提升了味道的層次。
