Today I went to Causeway Bay with my family. I have not eaten in this noodle shop for a long time so I went there to see the food is good or not. When my family and I were waiting outside the shop, the shop assistants inside were very impolite and told us to go inside and sat along a very narrow place. We ordered our food very quickly. As I have a very small child, so I asked for some hot water to clean the chopsticks. To my astonishment, the male shop assistants there said they don't provide any hot water to customers. I asked the workers there if they can clean the chopsticks for us, the male shop assistant told us, in a very very insulting manner, to take the eating utensils to the toilets and clean them ourselves. I was so angry, but my wife told me to keep my temper, and I listened to her advice. Then the food came, and I feel the taste of the food was horrible because I really cannot bear the bad attitude of the workers there. I went to five-star-hotels and asked for some hot water to clean the eating utensils I never get refusal. How can a noodle shop provide such bad attitude to customers. I swear to myself it is definitely the last time I go to this rubbish shop. I hope people who read this will not bear such bad attitude in HK. If they have good business, they should thank their customers more and give better service. I will never give a single dollar to this shop in my life.
