之前看到有人在app上分享這間沙拉店，本身都很喜歡沙拉，於是來試試，自選沙拉。mix 蔬菜同藜麥，又選了四個topping，一個鷹嘴豆泥好吃，一個炸米糕正常發揮，一個芝士也是正常，豆腐丸子踩雷，好難吃乾巴巴的

Great fast casual vegan food! Tasty and a variety of options!! Pretty generous with portions too! FAVOURITE was definitely the falafels, kelp ramen and the flatbread chips with hummus. I’ve never had sourdough flatbread fried and eaten as chips before but its texture is sooooo good - crunchy on the outside and airy on the inside!!! Definitely would come back for more!!!! Could eat everyday!

终于忍不住要来分享我的吃草食堂了，除了贵没毛病·虽然是素食，但吃完总是感觉比吃肉还香，量大能吃饱，且罪恶感不强，这应该就是我理想中的comfort food了吧·主打卷饼、色拉、谷物碗，汉堡和披萨到了这里也能成为健康的菜式，还有不少季节限定，食材之丰富，创意也很足，总之是吃一次爱一次！·最常点的是【自选色拉🥗】，base/toppings/dressing自由搭配，可以把想要尝试的配料全部滚一遍·好多食材都是在其他沙拉店吃不到的，酱汁也很有特色，10+种口味盲选不出错·首先想按头安利「Spiced tofu」，好大一块，香料味独特，口感软中带韧，不会一叉就碎·「Polenta fries」值得把为数不多吃炸物的quota给它！第一次尝试这样的炸米糕，还有腌橄榄的鲜味加持，嚼起来外酥内韧，油而不腻的米香撞击着齿间，趁热吃绝了·「Vegan cheese」清爽得仿佛不像在吃芝士，倒是有点像豆渣烙出来的饼再多了一缕咸香，挺细腻的，入口即化·「Falafel 」，两颗巨型炸豆丸子，份量着实感人，口感酥松，不过稍微干了一丢丢·「Halloumi cheese」，烤奶酪味道蛮正的，最好搭配清淡一点

Been loving @treehouse lately! Their roasted mushroom is my favourite topping. I think we ordered the chipotle sauce with the salad and topped with avocado and sun dried tomatoes, it was DELICIOUS! Didn’t taste like a plain dry salad at all! Food is ok but i dont think it’s worth tht price. We ordered two flatbreads and there’s tbh nothing special😅 the tempeh is too salty and the portion is too little for tht price. Honestly I prefer going to Mana fast slow food rather than this. This shop just doesnt live up to my expectation.

Ordered takeout from this place and got a customized wrap! i got avocado, charred cauliflower, purple cabbage medley and tofu with a miso dressing. It was creamy but still tasted super fresh from the veggies! Comparable to Mana and i actually think Treehouse has more variety and creativity in their wrap fillings and sauces! (and their sourdough tortilla is soooo good!!) Definitely will be back and can’t wait to try other fillings 😋

星期五嚟個素食lunch 入到去treehouse都需要排隊，但好快就有位坐。老實講，因為地方細，都坐得逼，唔會好舒服。但裝橫摩登時尚，都可以chill下😙😙😙我叫咗Dan Dan Noodels，其實係海藻麵，加糖心糖、菇及菜心，配有tahini Dan Dan source。第一次食海藻麵，口感好特別，爽口又夠飽，適合減肥又想食得飽嘅人！朋友叫咗bimbimbap係一款泡菜藜麥，配上豆腐嘅bowl，有泡菜都唔會難食，但係就有啲重口味，如果無咁鹹就會比較好！大致上都好食嘅！但係價錢偏貴，係中環價，餐廳仲有好多選擇，包括wrap & Burger ，可以一試！

Quick vegetarian takeout place for lunch with dining available! Super cute cafe with an amazing option of vegetarian toppings for flatbreads and bowls! 做完運動朋友帶我去石板街側一棟比較新的大厦H Core地面有幾間新食肆, 我們試了這間西式素食店。環境清潔, 地方光猛,不失為一個好的聚腳點｡以食物材料的配搭亦十分豐富， 味道亦非常滿意｡但咖啡方便，尚有不少的改善空間,有待改進，入口沒有咖啡味道｡最遺憾是發現我的食物裡面有一條頭髮， 我翻查其他食評，我已經是第三個食客在食物裡面發現頭髮，難得有這麼好的環境，同美味的食材，希望店舖注意食品衛生， 這個厨師的脫髮問題真的很嚴重 😅。

This place has become my recent favourite for a healthy vegetarian/vegan meal. There are lots of options from which you can build your own flatbread or grains/salad bowl, as well as burgers. They also have various sauces and blends so the food is nicely flavoured and delicious, not bland or dull at all. 開業才兩個月左右的新鮮素食店，餐廳在中環往半山電梯那一帶，門口現在是地盤，如果不是特地去找可能會錯過。穿過地盤旁的小路進去有柳暗花明又一村之感，在中環上班或是順路經過就不要錯過了。TREEHOUSE 的餐點都是較西式的快餐素食，包括捲餅、漢堡和沙律之類，部分屬於純素，也有果汁、紅茶菌、椰青和純素蛋糕，環境和食物都唔錯，非常值得一試。餐廳旁邊是地盤，在入面用餐其實完全不會受影響，但如果你錯過地盤旁邊的小路就找不到了。TREEHOUSE 門口很有型，就算不知道是素食餐廳都會有興趣進去望望，入面裝修就像去了LA，可以堂食或外賣，近門處有自助點餐機可以玩。用餐採半自助模式，餐具和水都自由取用，吃完也要順手幫忙將餐盤拿去回收。長長的點餐吧檯同時也是沙律吧，可以自選捲餅餡料和沙律內容，不想頭痕的話還是可以直接點餐牌上的選項。雪櫃有多種不同功能的冷壓果汁和植物奶飲品，也有Kombucha和原個椰青(！)，另外也可以點咖啡或黃金拿鐵之類。純素蛋糕的真身都可以在玻璃櫃看到，我暫時還未試過，看樣子覺得榛子朱古力最吸引。種類都是很常見的純素蛋糕，另外也有每日小瑪芬，喜歡吃甜的話選擇也蠻多。這裡的捲餅外皮是全
