今日同友人係銅鑼灣行到累~口痕就想食個甜品咁岩經過沛公甜品個陣6點幾未係咁多人唔洗等位就決定入入去試下啦~門口乾淨企理~唔錯唔錯~睇睇餐牌都有幾多選擇下,聽講沛公甜品嗂嘅榴槤甜品幾出名下 但自己唔食榴槤 無緣一試個芒果千層戟真係好好味~d cream一d 都唔漏!仲要啖啖芒果肉呀!一碟有齊咁多野試 滿足到我想一次過試晒咁多樣野嘅心願!個楊枝金露啖啖芒果肉 好味道芒果腸粉感覺好新奇 個皮好好味!嘩!個糯米糍入面有咁大粒芒果肉嫁!仲有陣陣玉桂香味tim~室內環境乾淨舒適~ d 位又好坐~下次一定會再黎門口仲有好多外賣甜品比人買番屋企~仲要好平 下次買比媽媽食先!

去到銅記行街, 突然間好想食甜野, 見到呢間甜品舗話自己係貓山王專門店, 鐘意食榴槤嘅我就二話不說入左去啦。可能時間都未到食甜品嘅時侯, 店內都無咩人, 不過店內坐位都夠坐, 店面又幾光猛, 加上一入間舗就有一陣淡淡嘅榴槤味, 都好開胃下。餐牌都有好多野揀, 眼花撩亂之間我都係問下老闆娘有咩好食, 佢就話一定係貓山王千層pancake, 之前都聽過下個名, 我就即刻叫左一件。一黎到見到大大件都即刻忍唔到口食左啖, 一入口榴槤味就好似炸彈咁係個口入面爆開, 可見pancake落足料, 層層都有榴槤而唔係好似某d黑店咁加左好多cream落去件cake到食完之後埋單, 行番去time square口入面陣榴槤味都無散去, 可能你會話我口臭, 我就覺得係齒頰留香, 食完之後都可以不斷回味番件cake嘅味道, 身為一個durian lover我真係除左比滿分都唔知比咩好。

The restaurant is neat and simple. The green and white combination of the store resembles a sense of freshness and gives me a rejuvenating feel, carrying a connotation of “nature” and “health” and more importantly what the restaurant is selling – durian gourmets.
Even though there are no special or fancy decorations in the restaurant that an elegant or high-end image could not be connected to the store, it does provide a clean and consumer-friendly environment where customers can enjoy a meal comfortably.

It is not a surprise that most of us have tried something similar but surely not for the flavour of durian. It is a two-people size of durian cake that can fortify the itchy stomaches. Not only can one taste the smooth of cream but the silky texture of durian fruit. Multiple layers of the pancake even add extra spice to this durian essence.

Durian Nachos
I would say that it is the most surprising and revolutionary dish that it completely changes my feeling towards durian. At first, I didn’t expect much from the dish but out of my curiously, I ordered it to see what taste would it be. Chips and durian source were never my choices before. Looking no different from cheese, the durian source matches unpredictably with he slight sweet of durian complements the salty and crispy chips.

Braised Pear with Red Wine
The dessert, combining elements from the east and west, was ordered at last to soothe my throat and quench my thirst. Talking about the taste of it, it is moderately desirable since the taste of pear and wine is just enough to balance each other albeit comparatively ordinary.

Just one last thing to mention, a rather value-deducting point to note is the quality of service. Waiters and waitresses are highly recommended to boost their hospitality so as to provide the greatest experience for diners. All things considered, Dessert Playground is still a very good place to savour the general foodies, especially the durian fanatics.

Durian Mille Crepe (Marks : 9/10)

I suppose this should be the signature dessert of the café. Well it didn’t disappoint me at all even I was not a Durian Lover origianlly. Not only had it perfectly brought out the Durian flavor in a genorous manner, but the overall texture of the crepe was well spot on. Every layer of crepe was very thin merged with cream in between. It was so thin that you could hardly count the number of layers totaling in the crepe. The cream was well portioned. What’s more, I was truly impressed with the handcrafts, meticulous details displayed on this piece. The sweetness was well balanced with the milky cream and the freshness of Durian. Thumbs up for the Durian crepe here!

Mango sweet rolls (Marks: 5/10)

The mango sweet rolls were clearly far below my expectation. In terms of mango amounts, it was fairly ample enough. However in terms of sweetness and textures, it was totally below average. For a sweettooth like me, it was totally not sweet enough, the outter layer was tasteless with no sense of texture in every bites. The combination of mango and pure cream simply didn’t stood out. It could probably be improved with some flavourful toppings or fillings.

Durian Nachos (Marks: 7/10)

The term ‘Nachos’ was the thing that captured my attention and urged me to order it. Served in a hot plate with crispy chips and mashed Durian generously poured on top, it was a nice snack and indeed very appetizing. The combination was simply fresh and definitely could get you eating pieces by pieces nonstop.

Durian Spring Rolls (Marks: 6.5/10)

We waited 15 mins for the deep-fried spring rolls, an interesting culinary method to taste durian. For Durian lovers, it will certainly serve the purpose. However the Durian fillings and the concentrated flavors were simply too much to intake, tasted more than rich for me.  I like the idea of deep frying durian though.  Afterall, desserts are all about innovations to give wow factors to sweettooths like me.

Durian Crème Brulee (Marks: 9/10)

Another highlight of the meal, Crème Brulee was definitely flavor-wised right on the spot. I especially liked the thin caramel piece on top and when you dig into the crème brulee, you will get spoonfuls of Durian which perfectly matched with the original creamy texture and so is the flavor of crème brulee itself. Would definitely return for it, even I am not a Durian lover.

Braised pear with cinnamon and red wine (Marks: 8.5/10)

Served with boiling heat, the last dish was quite welcoming with its great aroma and heat. Acidity of the pear was perfectly paired with the moistures and soup inside the bowl. I didn’t sense any red wine, yet the great sweetness of the soup was refreshing and palatable. The combination was well matched overall and gave my stomach great comfort and satisfaction before the end of my meal.

Overall, it was an exciting visit since I was not a Durian lover.  This Cafe simply aided me on nailing the durian challenge.  Each plate of dessert were potion-wised and well executed. Also, durian was perfectly matched into it, textures and flavors were likable whether you are a Durian Lover or not. After all, I believe that I could still vividly remember the toothsome flavors of durian tasted here after weeks or even months!

這次的芒果盛宴真係令到我滿載而歸果pancake 真係令到我感到很滿足 很香的氣味吃下去都係果肉.另外呢個沙冰有好香嘅芒果味唔係好似出面嘅餐廳用糖漿打出嚟,所以我飲落去都係有好重嘅芒果味唔係得份甜味另外一個就係沛公主義,呢個好適合我食因為有好多唔同嘅嘢食組成同埋份量比較細,同埋係一人份量來講就啱啱好啦,同埋佢嘅芒果糯米糍同出面係唔同嘅佢嘅係比較厚身少少但唔代表唔好食,因為都好易咬,所以佢同出邊絕對令你有新鮮感加上這裡環境都好舒服同乾淨,I will come again next time

另外一個就係沛公主義,呢個好適合我食因為有好多唔同嘅嘢食組成同埋份量比較細,同埋係一人份量來講就啱啱好啦,同埋佢嘅芒果糯米糍同出面係唔同嘅佢嘅係比較厚身少少但唔代表唔好食,因為都好易咬,所以佢同出邊絕對令你有新鮮感


加上這裡環境都好舒服同乾淨,I will come again next time 
題外話/補充資料: d staff 都面帶笑容同埋佢哋出餐都好快,服務態度十分好!

When I came cross this dessert café, I saw there was Green Tea Mille Crepe with Red Beans which had cash discount and the quantity of cream was eye catching. Therefore, I bought one to take away even I didn’t want to consume at that time.There were seven layers of crepe which separated with 2mm thickness of cream and weighted around a quarter of 1 lb. Every layer of crepe was very thin so it could nearly merge the texture of cream. Also, the thickness of every layer of cream was nearly the same.

There were seven layers of crepe which separated with 2mm thickness of cream and weighted around a quarter of 1 lb. Every layer of crepe was very thin so it could nearly merge the texture of cream. Also, the thickness of every layer of cream was nearly the same. This dessert was really heavily handcrafted.

This was a low-level sweet of dessert. There were three textures of crepe, that were, the softness of crepe, medium smoothness of cream and chewiness of red beans. At first, I dislike the texture of red beans. It was too hard and made a big contrast in texture to the crepe and cream. Later, I understood why the red beans were not cooked to soft texture. It was because the green tea flavour in crepe and cream were too mild and would have been overwhelmed by the red bean flavour if red beans were cooked thoroughly. Only under the condition that the red beans still had certain hardness, our taste buds would taste the green tea flavour first, then red bean flavour emerged after the action of chewing and breaking the skin of beans. I thought if there was some green powder dusted over the crepe, the taste would be more nice. In overall, can have a try if $20 for one slice though I had little disappointed this time.

環境幾舒服 以綠色為主 感覺清新 同一般的甜品鋪唔同 有更明顯嘅主題, 特色招牌甜品同食法 ~~正正配搭  本身鍾意食榴槤同甜品!!雖然價錢比較貴 但都算足料 可以接受特別推介榴槤千層班戟 值得一試榴槤肉分量可以接受  雖然分佈不算太平均但夠鬆軟 多層次之餘唔算太heavy 好有創意的做法

Service

The staff was patient and helpful. They would serve whenever we demanded the service.
The staff who perpare the food would work on the orders as soon as they receive, so they deliver food fast. Customers do not need to wait for too long. All the staff was wearing the uniform, showing tidyness and prepared to serve customers. Nevertheless, It would be great if the staff can explain about the food or drinks deeply.

Smell: You can smell the durian fruit when you stay close to the opening of the cup.

Size: Large size, like around 22oz. Reasonable price with this large amount.

Temperature: Not too cold. Perfect temperature for a smoothie.

Taste: Refreshing taste of durian smoothie, smoothie not too ice-hard

Originally I thought it would be too sweet for me. I had tried some smoothie from other restaurants before and most of them were too sweat for me, like adding tons of sugar. However this one was good as I could taste there was no additional sugar added into the drink. Therefore, the drink remained to be fresh.

Size: It was quite a large-sized food if we were talking about dessert.

Temperature: The temperature was good. I could still feel the coldness from the food.

Taste: The egg white was too thick, not as smooth as expected.

I thought the egg white would be smooth. However, it turned out to be a bit ‘hard’ in taste. It was not as smooth as most of the egg white provided in other restaurants.

沛公甜品,挺有名的一間店,大概很多人都不會不認識吧芒果跟榴槤是其特色甜品,而特別是這間的榴蓮更是用了貓山皇,來到當然就要試試整店都是綠與白的配色,看起來非常舒服而且座位與座位之間也不會太擠,讓客人能自在的享受自己的甜品這次叫的是叫「榴白」的甜品,單看名字很明顯知道這個是有榴蓮,但白是甚麼呢?其實就是蛋白的那個「白」,「榴白」就是榴蓮鮮奶燉蛋白感覺非常新奇,沒看過有這樣的甜品,榴蓮與鮮奶燉蛋白都是我至愛之一,二話不說就立即產生興趣了榴蓮的氣味較為強烈,作為榴蓮愛好者當然就很喜歡了,然而吃了一口才真正的知道了它的美味——榴蓮味道濃郁又甘甜,質感細密,的確是一個不錯的好榴蓮鮮奶燉蛋白相較榴蓮比較淡,但仔細品嚐依然還是能嚐到它的清香,這個甜品真的太新奇了

這次叫的是叫「榴白」的甜品,單看名字很明顯知道這個是有榴蓮,但白是甚麼呢?其實就是蛋白的那個「白」,「榴白」就是榴蓮鮮奶燉蛋白
感覺非常新奇,沒看過有這樣的甜品,榴蓮與鮮奶燉蛋白都是我至愛之一,二話不說就立即產生興趣了
榴蓮的氣味較為強烈,作為榴蓮愛好者當然就很喜歡了,然而吃了一口才真正的知道了它的美味——
榴蓮味道濃郁又甘甜,質感細密,的確是一個不錯的好榴蓮
鮮奶燉蛋白相較榴蓮比較淡,但仔細品嚐依然還是能嚐到它的清香,這個甜品真的太新奇了

飯後,同屋企人嚟咗食甜品。屋企人話呢間餐廳嘅榴槤甜品係好正,我都like榴槤嘅。不過我每次食榴槤會流鼻血,所以我冇嗌啲榴槤甜品。朱古力沙冰河---河粉口感爽口又滑,同平時食嘅唔同,厚條河粉有椰子味不過椰味重啲會更好,朱古力味濃,撈埋m&ms碎、朱古力餅碎更加好味。

同女友睇完戲搵甜品食下,見呢到唔多人等就入去試下。 女友點個榛子千層班戟,忌廉打得幼滑,口感扎實,蛋皮夠香,我女友讚不絕口而我點左個芒果椰汁黑糯米,芒果有啲酸,黑椰米則煮得爛左啲,全靠椰汁搭救。

而我點左個芒果椰汁黑糯米,芒果有啲酸,黑椰米則煮得爛左啲,全靠椰汁搭救。

Lady M未被引進香港時, 要吃千層班戟......首選是沛公甜品, 她也是我初初搬進新界區的療養藥方。  因此有些時候我還會幫襯一番, 隨著分店越開越多, 幫襯的地點也較為方便了。此為專門吃貓山王的沛公分店。榴盤  $198榴槤 creme brulee榴槤千層班戟榴槤糯米糍榴槤千層班戟 ... 不用再介紹吧, 多層的班戟之間是一層層幼滑無比的忌廉及榴槤肉, 吃下去有層次感, 非常好吃。榴槤 creme brulee ... 面頭有薄脆的脆糖, 燉蛋內藏啖啖榴槤肉, 雞蛋香與榴槤果香互相融合。榴槤糯米糍 ... 圓滾滾的糯米糍, 糯米糍皮軟滑但不糯, 內餡當然是充滿了不少的榴槤, 散出回甘的果甜。

飯後想吃甜品 .... 我們一家都是榴槤愛好者, 而且身處 耀華街, 當然會去 沛公甜品 了 ~門面光猛, 招牌明亮 ~ 滿櫥窗都是甜品 .... 非常誘人 ~我知道, 又會有臭口的人對我說三道四地 說: " 有無再假d,如果你真係普通食客,撞上去食,點會成間鋪都無人 " Come on, 你以為我係 "蔡生" ? "李超人"? 間店會為我而另作安排!? 其實, 有食客的地方我無影啫 .... 況且, 當時店內真的未有客 ~Menu ~我點了 貓山王榴槤千層班戟 $88貓山王榴槤千層班戟千層班戟, 物如其名, 真的有很多層, 每層均是夾滿了忌廉和榴槤肉, 細嚐一口, 滿是榴槤香, 而且榴槤味道濃郁, 榴槤肉混合忌廉, 又香又滑綿, 真好吃!  好榴槤者必定不會失望 ~還點了 榴槤沙冰 $88榴槤沙冰從未喝過榴槤味的 smoothie 所以點了, 喝一口, 頓感冰極透心涼, 味道是濃厚豐郁, 沙冰搞得均勻綿滑, 每一口的榴槤餘韻久久不散 ~本篇完 ~

千層班戟, 物如其名, 真的有很多層, 每層均是夾滿了忌廉和榴槤肉, 細嚐一口, 滿是榴槤香, 而且榴槤味道濃郁, 榴槤肉混合忌廉, 又香又滑綿, 真好吃!  好榴槤者必定不會失望 ~

從未喝過榴槤味的 smoothie 所以點了, 喝一口, 頓感冰極透心涼, 味道是濃厚豐郁, 沙冰搞得均勻綿滑, 每一口的榴槤餘韻久久不散 ~

食完飯行完街,點少得食番個甜品!!!!朋友話宜間甜間好精緻又好食,所以就好試下。芒果沙冰河...每啖沙冰都好香芒果味,唔會糖水多過芒果味,絕對真材實料!!!沙冰仲加入左椰果,口感好豐富!一條條既河粉係由椰汁制成,好有創意,但食落椰子味唔太濃郁!心花怒放...同果名一樣,未食已經心花怒放!!好似美記既芒果蛋糕咁,上面用好多芒果肉拼成一朵玫瑰花,好吸引人!!!下面芒果Pancake皮包住既原來芒果布丁!!!比起所預想既係海綿蛋糕,加分好多!!

心花怒放...同果名一樣,未食已經心花怒放!!好似美記既芒果蛋糕咁,上面用好多芒果肉拼成一朵玫瑰花,好吸引人!!!
下面芒果Pancake皮包住既原來芒果布丁!!!比起所預想既係海綿蛋糕,加分好多!!
