美心皇宮 (已搬遷) 新店位置

跟兄弟姊妹們傾國家大事。揀咗呢度，冇咁拘束嘛...完全對呢度嘅食物冇任何期望，既來之則安之，反而又幾好bor...唔叫甚麼全包宴，簡簡單單小菜就OK..對個芥蘭炒臘味印象最深刻--- 芥蘭新鮮，食落嗦嗦聲；潤腸夠甘夠入味...其他嘢就係一貫美心大酒樓水準，冇乜特別...

跟女伴和朋友到這兒逛街購物後，順便吃埋晚餐。點了四個餸、兩杯特飲、兩個白飯，埋單近$400，經濟實惠。特飲「玫瑰石榴冰」和「葡萄乳酸」，味道唔差。點了「醬烤骨」（甜酸惹味，肉鬆化，朋友說略嫌唔夠肥，我覺得OK 喎）、「銀魚焗肉碎雞蛋」（原砵上枱，蛋香惹味，好味）、半打「蒸鮑魚仔」（算肥大，味亦鮮）、「雜菜煲」（菜款甚多，調味不俗）。味道幾好，經濟的一頓晚飯。服務一般，客多應接不了！？另：個mall 重新整頓，新面貌，中價名店林立，女伴又多一個shopping 據點！

初中的補習老師結婚，闔府統請，一家人又唔見二千銀。不過結婚咁開心既事，都冇所謂啦！十三圍酒，唔算太多，不過可能係多人結婚擺酒，地方狹小，幾迫。食物方面，不太合味道，逐一講吧！乳豬，幾細隻，皮雖然都算脆，但肉就好"韌"。之後的帶子彩羅衣，帶子ok，花枝片唔爽口，西蘭花較硬，很一般。燕窩竹笙卷幾好，燕窩雖不多，但就清清地，竹笙爽口。菜膽翅，勉強可叫是一梳梳，但比例仍嫌少，菜膽比翅更多，唔算足料。星斑，幾大條，夠滑也好味，是最好的一個菜之一。不過，炸子雞就好似偷工減料咁，只得半碟多少少，味道也只屬普通。炒飯麵我都冇試，爸爸就話唔掂，而美點雙輝的笑口棗幾香脆，唔錯。總括來講，好壞參半，普普通通啦！或許現代結婚擺酒應找酒店吧！

酒樓服務相當好。侍應、經理同點心姐姐都笑容可掬。有禮貌，做野好快手。食物都ok。蝦餃、燒賣、叉燒腸、紫菜卷、春卷都唔錯。但叫左個切雞飯，d飯好『林』，失望。呢度扣減d分。但整體我都會俾7分(10分滿分的話)

Went there tonight with the booking for table of 9 (2kids, 3 teens, 3 adults and 1 elderly), at 6:30pm. Not many people there and the env. is OK. 今次同薑餅人親戚食飯, 有三圍, 叫套餐呀.1. 乳豬- 皮薄脆, 肉嫩唔咸, 唔錯2. 白灼蝦- 算新鮮, 肉無霉3. 西籣花炒貴花蚌- 唔太油喎, 貴花蚌肉厚爽口, 裙邊唔un, 正4. 炸蟹鉗- 好大隻呀, 蝦膠肉爽, 好耐無食所以覺得唔錯5. 瑤柱花膠絲湯- 普通, 太厚獻6. 蒸魚- 肉鞋左D7. 炸子雞- 個醬汁(蒜蓉燒汁好野味)8. 水餃& 荷葉飯- 水餃無乜特別, 荷葉飯炒得乾身, 不過無乜料9. 紫米露- 唔係紅豆沙, 好野, 唔太甜呢度好食過普通美心呀, portion 都唔小, 食到飽飽lu...

約飯局而又遷就老人家，這裡算是相當穩陣；服務、食味及價錢是不需費心。現在的美心分開好幾個大廳，當晚選了個人較少的那個偏廳，清靜很多；點菜方面亦不需多想，四人套餐之外亦加多一味菜之餘更將原先套餐內的羹改為原個東瓜盅。燒味方面點了叉燒并油雞，前者可以後者免提，因玫瑰露的酒味及與醬油平衡不到，酒味過濃；生炒骨不是正宗的，是利用豬扒切條來炸，醬汁味道不夠；另一味炒蝦鬆，說真其實是蝦餅，但似魚餅多一點；東瓜盅不夠鮮甜，很多配料都沒有，如夜香花、金華火腿、江遙柱…，而另加80圓改這個東瓜盅絕對不值，可能要回個海鮮羹更好；涼瓜班腩煲算是最好的一道，班腩炸後肉汁仍然很豐，而涼瓜夠甘，共冶一爐。服務絕對對板，大可放心；若不是東瓜盅失誤，分數應該更好。

20051226 11.30am10am，抵達，拿飛仔等位，半小時後入座。跟男友，男友的媽媽和我三人。早上胃口不大好，有點胃痛，沒有特別吃些什麼，都是普普通通的蝦餃燒賣鳳爪什麼的數碟點心，味道也只一般，叉燒腸粉算是很不俗，皮很滑。男友說新城市只"執"剩這一酒家，怪不得人多得那麼誇張啦！大概吃了5碟點心，$160，但此刻無價，呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵~

Had the BOC set dinner for four ppl $498. Had 片皮鴨, 鮑魚花嫪菜膽, selected three seafood, we had steamed fish, scallop and cuttle fish with brocolli and shrimp with sweet beans and bell pepper. the set dinner is for 4 ppl but it is adequate for five ppl. we all are very full. the duck was taken home.the fish is fresh. the soup is yummy. there are four little鮑魚, some 花嫪and five large dried mushroom. it is quite worthy for money.

舉家大小, 九個人, 慶幸此店八人以上可以訂座, 吃了$6xx, 味道平平。最不喜歡是冇得用點心紙, 只有推車仔的點心, 格調即刻低左一皮!侍應不足, 等極都冇人替茶壺加水, 好多次都係咁!點心味道普通, 個別仲好鬼鹹!最好味竟然係白灼油蜜菜同埋白灼生菜肥牛! 死未?

had "year end dinner" with family. many tasty things in "abalone pot", like mushroom, abalone, shrimp, fish maw, sea cucumber...good for money,crab meat e-fu noodles very very large. but only little crab meat and too little soup.

six ppl ordered a four-ppl set dinner, vegetable with conpoy and satan mushroom and 'fat beef' pot. the set dinner is specail offer of BOC credit card ($498) had a 特色豐盛小盆菜, three selected seafood, a 發財鮑魚三絲羹and dessert. we have chosen 淸蒸海上鮮, 豉汁帶子蒸豆腐and 翡翠花姿片. all are fresh and tasty. the 小盆菜is quite good and many things, like dry mushroom, "sea heart", conpoy, roast duck, etc. we all are very full. surprisingly, it is not full last sunday. the service is quite good.
