事源上次去西貢行完山,去穩下有咩好食,有fd就話想食海鮮,但近海嘅餐廳都食過。我呢d鍾意新鮮感嘅當然穩過間餐廳試下啦🤪 咁就黎做通記海鮮酒家啦,到門口嘅時候見到距同普通酒家一樣,仲有兩層,門口就有得睇下d menu,等我望下價錢🤣🤣🤣 見到價錢我接受範圍內,所以就同fd一齊入去試下間酒家😜 咁距有得單叫或者人頭計set餐,咁我地就揀左個人頭計嘅set餐,咁有粉絲蒸扇貝,東星斑,龍蝦伊麵,炒蜆,鮑魚,咕嚕肉,菜同西瓜🍉 海鮮方面全部都出色,無咩唔滿意,而咕嚕肉就真係好好食,外表鬆脆配搭酸酸甜甜嘅汁,簡直係正(出面好多餐廳整得都淋)另外白菜仔唔係好似出面個d老左嘅菜,好鮮嫩美味,就算無點加工,都完全食得出菜本質嘅甜同鮮😋😋😋仲有個西瓜🍉真係好甜好沙好鬼正可惜唔夠多西瓜,我食左好多舊😆 整體而言,呢間海鮮酒家簡直係性價比好高,好食😋

入西貢緊係食海鮮啦😚小🐷同小仙子都唔例外,book左通記海鮮。因為比較早去,未係太多人,所以唔使等就入去。點左幾樣海鮮:椒鹽魷魚 🦑魷魚炸得好乾身,表面佔上椒鹽,好香口😋 魷魚都好新鮮豉椒炒蟶子🥄蟶子大大隻,上菜要即刻食,凍左會變乾變硬😅 豉椒都好好食,入哂味本身想食蟹架,點知無貨,侍應推介扇貝就試下啦🤪叫左蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝🦪扇貝蒸得岩岩好,唔會蒸過火而硬,蒜蓉粉絲入哂味😋胡椒豬肚蜆肉雞煲🐔大大煲好足料,夠4-6人食,蜆肉好新鮮👍🏻 胡椒味好濃,飲完好保暖😂如果啤酒可以凍D就更好😛Overall 海鮮好新鮮,份量都夠,又足料😉

臨近母親節💝,當然不少得家庭飯聚🎊,因為要遷就老人家👵🏻,又來到我們常來的食堂👨🏻🍳。鹽水雞腳🐥:餐廳附送的飯前小食🍢,煮得非常入味,口感軟腍,是蠻開胃的😌。白灼鮮蝦🦐:肉質爽口彈牙,蝦膏甘香👍🏻,輕輕的點一點點的醬油,鮮味更為突出😋。粉絲蒸大蜆🐚:每隻蜆上佈滿了滿滿的蒜蓉及粉絲😍,蜆肉厚實,入感清甜鮮味😌。炸子雞🐔:外皮酥脆,肉質細嫩,入口油而不膩🤤。椒鹽瀨尿蝦🦐:外殼經過油炸,變得非常酥脆❤️,人妻🐷習慣連皮帶殼一起吃,因為喜歡椒鹽那獨特的口感😋。蝦肉🦐的鮮味被完全保留,帶有椒鹽的咸香味,但整體上有點過鹹🤔。上湯龍蝦燴伊麵🍝:龍蝦肉質彈牙,無可挑剔👍🏻。幼滑的伊麵配上濃郁的醬汁,味道香醇😍。清蒸鮑魚🔥:加入果皮🍊、薑絲等煮製,最後再淋上熟油及醬油💦,入口有著陣陣果香味,為鮮甜爽滑的鮑魚增添了幾分清新感🍃。清蒸石斑🐟:魚肉口感結實但不乏彈性👍🏻,加入了簡單的薑蔥,更能帶出魚本身的鮮味😋,可惜魚上菜時已經不太完整😢,賣相不美觀。清炒時蔬🥦:菜是每餐必須的!新鮮生菜加入點點醬油炒製,味道清甜👍🏻。總結:其實我們家也算是這家店的常客😅,食過了數次後也沒有甚麼大驚喜了😝。

Sai Kung seafood has always been thought of a tourist attraction, as many great seafood restaurants are popping up within the city. Back in the days when there weren’t many seafood restaurants, heading to Sai Kung for seafood was a real treat. Nowadays, whenever there are visitors coming to Hong Kong for a visit, Sai Kung seafood is one of the must go places.Tung Kee is one the older seafood restaurants in the area, has been around for quite some time. Never had the chance to try this one, but the seafood was quite fresh. Not as tourist attraction as I always thought.We ordered the usual set which came with the fish, the mantis shrimp, bake cheese lobster, fried squid, steam abalone, clams, fried lobster, as well as the fried rice and vegetables.Two dish worth recommending was the steam abalone as it taste really fresh and the meat was tender. And the bake cheese lobster was one of my favourite, the lobster was bite size after peeling it is out of the shell.The service was quite good as well, with attentive staff coming to change the plates whenever it was filled with shells and also refilled our tea.Worth coming back again for dinner with the family as this was a meal that didn’t disappoint.

親戚帶路到西貢通記食海鮮,價錢不便宜但海鮮有水準!炸蠔很大隻,炸得酥脆好食!瀨尿蝦好香口。鮑魚入味。阿拉斯加蟹好有型,蟹肉鮮甜。蒜蓉蒸元貝不錯。龍蝦伊麵有好多龍蝦件。蒸魚。蟶子。豐富的刺身拼盤!
