錦麗生牛肉粉($63):可能小肥頭腦最簡單,連點食物都要最原始嘅淨生牛肉粉。生牛肉上枱時呈半生熟,肉質都好軟腍,不過碗麵出事在個湯底唔夠熱,而且味道實在太甜,飲完杯超甜嘅凍咖啡後都仲覺得佢好甜

最攞膽就係河粉麵團居然仲係成個波咁
!估計啲粉一早就煮熟哂,只係廚房一收到單後即淋上熱湯及配料,到食客將啲粉散開後,入口已經唔再新鮮滾熱辣;即使麵條本身幾柔滑都好,唔夠熱已令碗河粉大打折扣

小弟並非越南人,講真亦唔清楚何謂正宗越南口味,只可以話「錦麗」無論係環境、服務、衛生、食物質素及價格都好似一間高級少少嘅茶餐廳。主打生牛肉粉湯底偏甜,而且入口唔夠熱,同自己平時食開嘅中菜真係好唔同;但當諗到越南天氣炎熱,好多越南粉店仲要屬大排檔式冇冷氣喎,咁就不自覺地聯想到正宗越南口味可能真係要甜而不太熱,只係人家嘅正宗唔係自己杯茶而已

Iced Vietnamese Drip Coffee ($30): The coffee was served in the usual Vietnamese coffee dripping pot with a cup underneath that already had condensed milk in it.  So, I waited for the coffee to stop dripping, then stirred it up and poured it over the ice in the tall glass.  The coffee was smooth and strong, but I would have liked it to be just a tad sweeter.

Shrimp and Vietnamese Sausage Rice Paper Roll (2 pcs) ($30): The rice paper roll was rolled nice and tight where it didn't fall apart when I took a bite.  The filling had a nice balance of meat versus veggies, and it was delicious with the seasoned fish sauce!

Pork and Shrimp Spring Roll (4 pcs) ($38): The spring rolls came with pickled carrots which was a nice touch.  I wrapped a piece of the spring roll with the lettuce and added a few strands of pickled carrots.  The lettuce and carrots were fresh and crunchy, while the spring roll was equally crunchy!  While the flavored fish sauce gave the spring roll a nice savory flavor, the pickled carrots gave a bright acidic burst!  Next time, I'll remember to add the pickled carrots when I have Vietnamese spring rolls again!

Pho with Med Rare Beef ($63): Last but not least, we have the pho, which Pho Le claims to be the best in Ho Chi Minh City.  I have never been to Vietnam before, so I can't comment on the authenticity of the pho, but this was one of the best bowls of pho I've ever had.

I followed the recommendation on how to savor the noodles as directed on the table.  So, I first took a spoonful of the broth, and it was very flavorful and didn't make me crave a cola, so the broth is not pumped full of MSG like some restaurants in Hong Kong.  Then, I crushed up the basil and tore it apart and dropped it into the bowl along with the bean sprouts.  Next, I swirled the noodles around as it was formed into a ball in the bottom of the bowl.  Then, I savored a slice of the beef which was incredibly tender!  (My grandma also said the beef was very tender, and she can't stand beef that is just a little bit tough!)  The flat noodles were soft and smooth and easily slipped between my lips!  This bowl of pho was so yummy, there was barely any broth left when I was done, and I usually leave the broth after I finish soup noodles!
The pho at Pho Le was so good that I'm already planning my next visit at the end of the week!

生牛肉同牛丸都非常美味,春卷材料一流,湯底味道比我試過的越南店都香濃。香芧薄河飲料非常清新,但甘庶汁就稍微不夠味,太淡!環境及衛生都可以,食物也上得很快。一切都非常満意😊😊👍

錦麗出名到成日都係ig story用見到啲人po去食佢既pho 次次見到都會好想試下係咪真係咁好食今次終於係lunch去試左係門口等一陣就已經有得入去原來menu都幾單一面類淨係得河粉揀仲有少少小食既但lunch就少少地食算啦所以就揀左綜合河 有生牛肉 牛腩同牛丸牛腩唔係好淋 有d咬唔開但全部食落都幾重牛肉味湯都好濃 好深色 好味既另外都仲會有一杯香料自由揀加唔加落去 同埋仲有唔同醬料加整體都幾唔錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

來自胡志明市的錦麗越南餐廳, 同香港嗰間嘅分別差幾遠呢? 今日去試試後即將可以解開。叫了生牛肉越南粉: 生牛肉肉質鮮嫩,非常之重牛肉味,而河粉跟越南一樣用了金邊粉, 而金邊粉不像出面的餐廳一陣噏味,非常新鮮, 錦麗我是食過最有質素的越南餐廳, 小食叫咗牛油雞翼及越南春捲,牛油雞翼極重牛油味雞翼的肉質非常之滑,但是比較細隻咗少少。 越南春捲頂級好味, 外脆內軟,餡料及味道配合得非常之適中,仲好味過在越南食,但係生菜就好似好少份量,包完條春捲之後冇淨幾多。總結與越南的店鋪差唔多,非常之接近,一定會再來。

For most of my childhood I can remember there being pho on the table nearly every lunch time. Living in a Vietnamese household you do learn a thing or two about the nation's cuisine, especially pho being the most loved and  iconic dish of them all.With a recent trip to Hoi An, we were having a serious case of pho-fever...no no, don't worry, I don't mean some contagious illness, just that we were getting a taste of authentic pho and we were still ready for more. With a recent trip to Hoi An, we were having a serious case of pho-fever...no no, don't worry, I don't mean some contagious illness, just that we were getting a taste of authentic pho and we were still ready for more. Pho Le was recommended by a friend and we went with few expectations. Many so-called pho places in HK will do it with as much effort as they would with instant noodles, which is a shame as pho is meant to be a clean dish, full of flavour and give you that wholesome feeling. 

I have to say that even my mother would approve of the pho at this restaurant and that's no mean feat, let me tell you! The broth was full of flavour, you could taste the beef and pepper and so refreshing  to the point where you could  just drink it by itself and be happy. The pho itself was just right, soft and lightly chewy. I find many other restaurants will make a mess of the pho by being too soft and it just breaks apart or too chewy and you feel quite laboured eating it. The meatballs were delicious and the beef was soft and succulent; perfect with a little drop of sriracha sauce.

Previously, we tried the rice rolls, but I found them to be quite plain and the wrap was cold and chewy so they were probably pre-prepared and left out for a while.

清甜既牛肉湯湯底,少少既胡椒味,再加埋洋蔥,絕呀!👍🏻洋蔥令到成碗湯加左好多分,帶出浸浸鮮甜味。坐低果陣發現大多數既人都會點綜合粉,雖然我都點左綜合粉,不過我走左生牛肉。原因好簡單,冰鮮既生牛肉,雪味走唔甩之餘,始終都係欠缺左牛肉既一份鮮甜味,所以小妹最後就由綜合粉演變左一碗熟牛肉牛丸粉。熟牛肉用左牛坑腩,牛味道濃,口感正。牛丸牛肉味香,肉汁豐富,有咬口,彈牙! 😋😋😋 河粉幼身嫩滑,超掛湯。整體感覺唔錯。讚👍🏻

第二次來錦麗吃牛肉粉,總體來說還是值得推薦的,應該還會來第三次。在銅鑼灣世貿中心三樓,比較好找,上次是在元朗Yoho分店吃。兩個人點了一個河粉,一個撈檬,一個小吃。價格一共不到200港紙。熟牛肉湯河粉 牛腩肉軟嫩易咬,牛肉原本的香味也比較濃郁。豬扒撈檬 炸豬扒新鮮熱辣,分量蠻多的,口感也不錯。檬粉口感不輸別家。小吃的話,上次吃的#牛油雞翼 超級正,這次的春卷也好吃,表皮香脆,內料十足。任意嘗試不會入坑。

小吃的話,上次吃的#牛油雞翼 超級正,這次的春卷也好吃,表皮香脆,內料十足。

When Pho Le opened in APM, boyfriend and I gave it a try. Regarded as one of the best pho in Ho Chi Minh City, it was exciting to see a branch here on Hong Kong. But alas when we tried it, it was terrible. And we chalked it off to another sad case of Hong Kong bringing in excellent from from another country, only to destroy it.Regardless of how we felt about the place, more branches opened.  Swearing not to even give it another try until I was recommended this exact restaurant in Causeway Bay's

Regardless of how we felt about the place, more branches opened.  Swearing not to even give it another try until I was recommended this exact restaurant in Causeway Bay's WTC from a friend who is a bit particular about his pho as we do.  He said the soup was spot on. And that is the reason for a good bowl of pho.


Again, boyfriend and I gave it another try. And wow....they improved!


Menu is in English and Chinese. You order by checking of the menu. There is no 10% service charge. And you pay on your way out. They have four various bowls of pho all involving beef. Either raw, brisket, or with balls. It's all beef. They also have snacks. They do provide free water that you pour yourself in paper cups.


We went with the pho with medium rare beef, well done beef (actually brisket) and beef meat balls ($66). Taking one sip of the soup and yes! Rich. Beefy. Clear. Not soaking in oil. The beef was tender. The brisket lovely. The balls had that good amount of firmness. This was a far cry from the bowl we had when it first opened. I assume they really went back to Ho Chi Minh and relearned everything again. This was a pretty good bowl of pho. And at a decent price.

Since the improvement, I'll be back. I'll still stay away from the snacks as I saw from the table beside us, that still hasn't improved.

去完Apple store要醫肚。銅區所有野唔平,但突然諗起食過觀塘錦麗覺得麻麻,有人話銅區呢間好食好多,於是嚟朝聖,睇下係咪擺盤靚啲好食啲。識食梗食什錦河,但一上枱,明顯有啲失望,無人地影比我睇佢食嗰碗擺我咁靚。但味道相對觀塘果間,確實湯較香濃鮮甜。加埋芽菜、辣椒🌶️、九層塔,味道層次就更多。不過整體嚟講,再無喜出望外,反而覺得太濃。另外有嗌法式牛油雞翼,真係成陣油味,而且蒜蓉未完全熟透香,帶有蒜苦,又油又苦苦地,咁你話好唔好食呀? 😕

另外有嗌法式牛油雞翼,真係成陣油味,而且蒜蓉未完全熟透香,帶有蒜苦,又油又苦苦地,咁你話好唔好食呀? 😕

一個人出開銅鑼灣,就去左世貿間「錦麗」食越南粉,因為有單人枱位置,可以慢慢食唔使有壓力。餐廳最入有多人餐枱,還可看到海景,幾正。牛丸是必食的,但心大心細想食埋生熟牛肉,唔使諗,直接點個錦麗綜合粉,有齊三款牛,滿足哂爲食嘅我。錦麗綜合粉 $66,有齊生牛肉、熟牛肉、牛丸。先飲啖湯,牛味濃郁,清而不膩。生牛肉薄薄地,浸兩浸入口嫩滑無渣,半熟的質感係特點之一。熟牛肉較厚身,牛味更重更能食到肉類纖維,有嚼感。到主角牛丸,唔知係咪自家製,牛丸好爽口彈牙,而且有埋牛筋,質感有別於一般牛丸,特別好咬。仲會分開上調味配料,青檸、辣椒、芽菜、香葉,自己想點加都得,我就喜歡全部都加,增添香味同口感,仲有靈魂之一的青檸提味。

平時我唔食牛丸既
但呢到既牛丸係惟一一個地方我去想食
因為佢唔會有好大陣牛既騷味
另外值得一贊就係個湯底好重牛味所以好好飲
值得幫成個粉加哂分
熟牛肉都好林好軟唔會韌
加埋少少辣椒仔仲惹味
