Visited this Japanese resto in Pacific Place with colleagues. .I got the Premium Business Lunch Set, which came in a two-layered lunch box. The first layer featured abalone, grilled black cod and pickles. The black cod was well-marinated, savoury and had a tender texture. The abalone was huge, yet a bit chewy. The second layer showcased various types of sashimi, salmon roe, crab meat, negitoro and sea urchin. Each item was incredibly fresh with a rich umami flavour. The toro, in particular, had a delightful balanced of fat. Mixing the salmon roe, crab meat and sea urchin with the rice created a perfect combination. The lunch set included salad, miso soup, appetizer and dessert as well. The appetizer was cucumber, while the dessert was warabi mochi. I also ordered Black Sesame Pudding. The intense black sesame flavour complemented the creamy pudding subtly. .The resto offered a wide variety of lunch set choices, all with guaranteed quality. Appreciated their cute hand-drawn menu as well..The resto was really popular, so booking in advance was essential. Some people mentioned that even booking two weeks ahead did not guarantee a reservation.

我知道你哋趕收工,但唔等於要顧客貼錢買難受!服務態度有待改善!首先,我知道last order 係2:45分,我都2:35分到,駛唔駛以極差態度話我哋要5分鐘內order?3:30 要走!!ok. Fine 我都冇唸住坐好耐,都係食完走!然後我哋極速order 咗嘢食(真係5分鐘內),在場還有三四枱客,佢哋完全當冇客咁,係咁清埸,杯杯碟碟滿埸飛,完全趕客 feel,當時想走,可惜太遲😔落咗嘢食,叫咗啤酒 ,知道將要多一杯啤酒,所以問定last order food or last order everything? 跟住佢哋話飲品可以!thank god! 真係皇恩浩蕩!咁我order 定多一杯啤酒,方便佢哋埋數,叫佢唔好上住,因為第一杯未飲完!點知轉頭話杯嘢最遲3點要出比我哋,因為佢哋要洗機😳大佬,你早講,我唔叫啦!兩個人,食咗冇一個鐘,成為$8xx,真係冇下次😔

快食中環午餐,點了商務午餐。這個午餐由服務員先介紹我聽,頂層有鮑魚,銀鱈魚,有酸瓜蘿白,與其他配菜。冇諗到銀鱈魚很好味,調味很好。第二層、底層有吞拿魚三文魚及三文魚子,飯很好味,基本上和自己去北海道市場食冇分別,魚子很鮮,唯海膽味道中規中矩,另附小甜點,但以$300-400價錢有此質素係會再encore。最後個麵鼓湯好飲,基本上本人從來不喝街外湯,但味道很正宗。

天氣唔好所以係商場搵食,見到呢間日式居酒屋裝修好似唔錯。兩大兩小,安排咗個梳化位,侍應好細心,俾咗一個大 cushion 我小朋友坐高啲一睇個裝修同埋餐牌,都覺得尖沙咀嗰間好似,原來係同一個集團,不過金鐘呢一間燈光比較暗。幾鍾意呢一度,有好多爐端燒嘅蔬菜:蓮藕、菇、蘆筍、山芋。佢個炸厚豆腐,炸得超級脆,豆腐又滑,超級好食👍🏼👍🏼仲有每次去爐端燒必食嘅鹽燒金目錭,雖然等嘅時間比較長,但係值得的!估唔到星期日都有happy hour買一送一飲 sake & high ball。呢一度絕對係落雨天、炎熱嘅夏天嘅其中一個選擇。最重要係仲有免費泊車。
