Personally, it is not my type of guy to write a review about restaurants but this place amazed me and they deserved to get an applause. I had read the reviews about this restaurants and most of them are bad. I'm just thinking, are we lucky or its just people just sometimes dont look at the point that maybe the restaurant is really busy to look for such a nice fine dine service. Well heres the thing, it's our early celebration for my upcoming birthday so my daughter and I went out for lunch. We went to Stanley and try to dine at the promanade but its to busy and you cant even get a seat. Then we finally get to the plaza/piaza. We saw few restaurants and decided to dine at Chez Patrick. The manager gave us a table right away. Its a bit small but we're happy to get a table in such a busy day. Then the manager gave us the menu and left as hes the one doing the reception also. then suddenly he came back to explain the menu on their big boards. He doesn't speak chinese though but its ok, I understand this is Stanley. Then we order one daily sampler to share and start with. My daughter ordered the pan fried bass with rice and for myself I order the roasted pork loin. Our starter was really nice its a mix of hams, dry sausage, foie gras, and salmons. A very small portion for each for you to try. The seabass for my daughter was really good, taste fresh and the ginger sauce makes it more tasty. My pork loin is ok. A little bit chewy but its fine. We didn't go for any desserts at all so I dont know what to say about their desserts. But all in all the service was absolutely nice. We will be back for more for sure.
