As one of my Favorite places, here I'm for another good round of good food, Ambient, Music and Service, Start simple today with an OJ, after a Tortilla Salad and the very nice Burger! well marinated, juice and hot, all very fresh, I feel nice! Irder anything and you will be happy, this is the place Amigos!

Love coyote. Sadly the quality of food, service and ambience is going sharply downhill. Every conversation with the server feels like you're asking for a personal favour, the music is ecletic in the extreme, swerving from trance, thrash metal and 80's nostalgia whilst the food, once filled with flavours and fun, seems to be using cheaper ingredients with inflated prices. Shame to see this place succumbing to mediocrity.

This is a good place to hang out or having dinner with your friends or family. I really like their famous nachos, good as always, cocktails was not bad as well. Nice latin musica was playing all night long, big crowd, people all celebrated in a different ways which is really cool.

Great a la carte lunch as the buffet upstairs was really busy.  We enjoyed crab cakes, tortilla salad and amazing fish tacos. Portions were big and we shared everything.The lunch buffet served upstairs s really busy so get there early if that is what you want. Cost for buffet is $118 for all you can eat.

I went to have lunch with my fellow colleagues yesterday with Coyote's Lunch Buffet up in the dinning area. It was an enjoyable one and the place was so busy. Food was great, Delicious and good value. It's worth recommending to friends, colleagues and family.

All is good. Excellent food , great staff, good atmosphere inside. I recommend nachos and margaritas this is one of the best in Hong Kong..

We went with my colleagues for lunch on a Friday. The place was not busy, but still.. the service was really bad, when the waiter showed up he was always pretty rude. This place is pretty expensive and you expect the waiter to be "at least" polite.The food was good, but a overpriced.Not going back anymore

同朋友去coyote happy hour, 地方環境不錯，d音樂好大眾同輕快，可舒緩返工既壓力我飲左grapefruit margarita, 酒味好濃，配合西柚的酸甜，好易入口～朋友既mojito 都好有酒味，而且happy hour有折，抵飲！再叫左小食. 雞翼配chilli sauce, 食得出係岩岩炸起，而個sauce好惹味唔會太辣，如果可以一次選多過一個sauce會更好，無咁單一～Chicken taco 係好地道的食物，雞肉都好足料，配埋red rice, 去過墨西哥的朋友都話好有風味👍🏾雖然睇落份量不多，但其實好飽肚，可以當晚餐👍🏾不過3個tacos要200蚊，價錢略高酒吧環境好舒適，好岩朋友尼輕鬆下，推介👍🏾

因為小妹非常鍾情墨西哥菜所以一直有留意邊度有正正既餐廳偶然間發現呢間位於灣仔既餐廳諗都冇諗就拉住朋友去試下坐低見到最不同於別的餐廳係nachos既種類非常多就叫左個nachos with pork試試喂，噢畸喎真係，又大碟又不dryd料好大方甘落落去好正牙！然後叫左黎墨西哥餐廳必食既雞翼um⋯⋯我覺得我之前介紹果間好食d呢間雞翼冇甘juicy有d辣，愛嘗辣既朋友可以一try有六成飽又未夠喉所以叫多左個沙律好好食，d蝦又入味又大隻同個芒果沙律菜好夾想同fd傾下計不妨試下呢間

週日想吃一頓悠閒的Brunch，又想來得特別一點，於是選了以墨西哥菜作主打的Coyote。墨西哥菜固然是個賣點，再加上指定酒水任飲，而$188一位的價錢亦相當吸引，吸引不少食客前來光顧。Coyote的樓下是酒吧，上層是Brunch的用餐區，兩者作了很好的區分。自助餐桌不大，但該有的都有了，由沙律至主菜、主食、餐湯、甜品都一應俱全。而且全場面才十多桌而已，接近一半是老外，都是斯文的食客，用餐環境輕鬆自在，更符合Brunch的悠閒調子。既有本地侍應也有外藉侍應，服務勤快且態度親切友善。先選飲品，周日Brunch可任飲喜士伯、Margaritas和凍檸檬茶，侍應會不時為客人添加。個人最喜歡的，是這兒的Corn Tortilla，可配各種的醬汁配料同吃。Queso暖暖的帶濃濃芝士香，以墨西哥脆片蘸吃一流！番茄醬Salsa、牛油果醬、乳酪醬亦同樣吸引，密密追加的關係，單是這款小食已令人進入半飽狀態。主菜方面，烤豬肋骨肉嫩有肉香，BBQ燒汁酸酸甜甜的很惹味。芝士燴牛肉面層鋪滿Mozzarella Cheese ，牛腩軟嫩帶有肉汁，兩款主菜味道討好，最適合配墨西哥炒飯同吃。沙律是大路的蔬菜配搭，算是

在灣仔區工作多年，早已食勻公司附近的食肆，日日如是，總有生厭的一天，不過原來公司附近有墨西哥菜，就是這間搶眼shocking pink 門面的Coyote Bar & Grill~每逢星期一至星期五，正午十二時至下午三時，Coyote Bar & Grill 都會供應任食自助午餐，每位價錢只是$108，可以說是上班族的另類選擇。另外逢星期日正午十二時至下午三時亦有供應任食3 小時自助午餐，每位價錢$ 188 。餐廳內分為兩層，自助午餐會於上層供應，室內昏黃的燈光增添溫暖閒適的氛圍，加上鮮色的佈置甚具南美異國風情，令人在繁忙的工作壓力中趁機歇息。食物種類不算十分多，不過就涵蓋多種類別，例如前菜包括冷盤、沙律、小食。熱盤也有肉類、蔬菜等選擇。Refill 速度亦很快，不怕會食不飽。墨西哥人愛嚐辣，幾款不同的辣椒仔充滿傳統墨西哥風味。忌廉番茄湯質感夠creamy，入口香滑又帶點酸甜味，十分開胃。雞肉玉米薄餅卷味道清新，不過中間的醃菜和紅腰豆就有點過酸，不太對我的口味。墨西哥粟米脆片香脆可口，墨西哥薄餅不油不膩，兩者更可以沾上不同醬汁。特製 BBQ 豬仔骨肉質鬆軟，不會過韌，配上酸辣醬料，炸魚

話說係灣仔返工2年來，真係未食過呢間Coyote 多謝同事請食既呢餐 farewell 飯！仲要揀食墨西哥野，係咩玩法？ 同事一早book好台落到去唔洗等位就直入 上到2樓見到擺哂好多野食出黎， 雖然款式唔算係好多 不過都睇落唔錯 Flour Tortilla 及 Arroz rojo 聞落係番茄飯 極度少食墨西哥野既我地立即google下呢2樣係乜東東 原來係墨西哥菜好常見既 第一round 當然要食個沙律 加配白色果隻醬 (唔知叫咩名) 再落重芝士碎，簡單無得頂！ 食沙律就好隨意落自己鐘意食既野 芝士迷有個醬同一堆芝士就好心滿意足了 雞肉粟米薄餅卷唔錯，初試墨西哥口味的朋友都唔洗驚唔鐘意食 因為入面係粟米同一d醬加雞肉凍食咁姐~ 剛去到時台上既野食都唔係得好多，但好快又再refill過 仲有一D 炸魚、雞肉串既小食 每樣都試左一舊竟然發現炸魚又炸得幾好食！ 第一round同同事就拎左呢堆野食 小試完岩口味先再去encore! 要好值得encore的是墨西哥粟米片淋上濃濃芝士味既Queso同沙律!! 個芝士醬仲係有一個碗興住 keep住佢暖暖地 再淋上去粟米片到 呢
