Elephant Grounds (已結業)

旅程回來休息三天，今天又要再度啟程出發！不過也急急分享一則令甜魔興奮的消息：Elephant Grounds在K11開了Pop-up store，對於家住九龍／新界的甜魔，新店絕對比上環／黃竹坑店方便多了～上週五在中環參加完咖啡活動，距離帶囝囝上興趣班還有個多小時，回程時甜魔媽媽決定兜過 K11，到位於 G/F 的Pop-up store 朝聖一下，因為小店好像只做一個月左右，所以要急急來吃啊～店內的雪糕口味超級吸引，試了其中2-3款，味道都很不錯，特別喜歡香濃迷人的 Thai Tea！ 不過食力有限，這天還是先試 K11 店獨有的 "Terror Richer" 雪糕三文治 ($68) 好了～這獨家口味十分有金莎的影子，既香又脆，滿有榛子芬芳，中間的朱古力雪糕又夠香滑並帶一絲絲朱古力漿，整個組合很好吃也切合甜魔口味！值得趁供應期專程到訪啊～飲完咖啡又吃完雪糕，又再精神抖擻的帶兩隻上堂了。全職媽媽的生涯，真的很忙碌啊～

見好多人share，就特登貢上黎試下，始終唔係就腳，今日仲咁死熱。。店面好易miss..總之行過一間門口好多太陽眼鏡就係。入面都幾多人，地方淺窄，好彩有張空櫈坐下，都唔使諗就直接order，好快就有得食。得一隻味-菠蘿椰絲($68)賣相唔錯，一食就覺得自己當初期望太大，就係好普通既雪糕，加兩塊餅咁。個餅底就係唔錯既，不過兩者無咩synergy。食一次夠了。。

Salted Caramel LatteHK$55喝咖啡時我常點熱的，因為冰咖啡容易有酸味。And nah I don't like this one, could barely taste the salted caramel 🙅🏻 下次還是點熱的好了。

Happy Friday 都係自己比自己嘅, 收工去上環嘆個只有五六日先有得食嘅雪糕三文治先！第一次食見到好似權頭咁大，真係吓左一吓，不過食落去唔肥唔膩，又OK!四個人去左出面食，望住街真係好RELAX。岩岩又無其他客好似霸哂個露台咁PARTY~個個星期都唔同味，今次Avocado and Lime favour，牛油果味打底哂奶油味，再加埋花生醬曲奇，啖啖實左好飽肚！最重要因為佢好爽口唔會有肥的口感，食都食得安心。今次我一行四人都叫足四個獨食，皆因食完成地都係朱古力波，share 真係唔洗諗。下次會再來食。

Elephant Grounds本來夜晚要去太古食晚飯，但友人話肚餓，順路去上環食少少野先！（完全唔順路）行到入去，發現出面是賣精品，入面才是賣飲品雪糕等，差點兒就找錯餐廳呢！餐廳地方較細，可選擇室外或室內，由於這天正下毛毛雨，所以都是坐室內吧，室內亦只有數張凳。是次目的為試試雪糕三文治，Order時發現要$68，都有點兒貴...味道方面，Chai Tea & Ginger Bread味道較淡，真係唔講唔知係呢兩種味，唯獨yogurt crunch的yogurt味幾突出，曲奇乾左少少，食食下店員問知唔知係咩味，由於一開始沒有留意餐牌，令我有少少淆底，因為真係唔太食得出...可能係我預期過高，有少少失望。不過環境幾有feel，店員服務態度好好！--------------------------------Elephant Grounds (上環)上環歌賦街11號 (Woaw Store內)

Satatury Chill Elephant Ground 定期星期6﹠日推出自家雪糕三文治（ ice-cream sandwich)今次試左練奶亞糕配花生牛油粉（Condensed Milk with Peanut Butter Powder) ＄55雪糕口味每星期只得一款。說實話，味道太甜，重重的練奶味，多吃兩口都已經吃膩了。點了MOCHA 配ICE﹣CREAM SANDWICH  簡直是錯配。甜到我食唔落。不過OUTDOOR 環境幾好，望住公園輕輕鬆鬆飲咖啡都不錯（位置不多喔～）

Elephant Grounds is a coffee shop within a shop. Really. It's inside the WOAW store. Whenever I'm in Gough Street, I tend to like going here to wait for people while I have my cup of coffee. And that's what I did on this day.On this day, I decided to try out their seasonal specials and noticed they had chai tea latte for $55. I love chai tea latte. It was my favorite item at Starbucks when I was in Canada. I even bought a bag of chai tea leaves when I was in Melbourne's Victoria Market one year.

Been meaning to try catch the ice cream sandwiches but have missed out on more than one occassion. First time I presumed they had on weekdays and other time we simply went too late.Anyway tried it for the first time today and I was happy to have tried it, but not WOWed by it. 今個星期獨個兒尼到底中環馳名既九記牛腩隔離，一間叫elephants ground 既咖啡店。事實上佢係一間年輕trendy 既雜貨店，由衣服到香水都有齊。裝修方面用了木和鐵做了一個比較raw的感覺。我特別喜歡他們印有咖啡店logo的擺設，不過更愛佢既露台。可以一邊吹著涼風一邊享受咖啡。今次了埃塞俄比亞耶加雪夫 adulinla G1這豆的香味很特別，通常耶加雪夫豆會有強烈的花香/果香，但這豆帶出了肉桂和nuts的香味。比起平耶加雪夫那種搶住出來的酸，這豆的酸味比較內斂。頭幾啖他的酸是很柔和的酸，而且藏在甘甜味的後面。差不多飲完既時候佢既酸味開始成為主角，還會像薄荷般帶出冰涼感，而且甜味aftertaste 還會留在口裡久久不散。層次感非常豐富。這咖啡的body 豐富而滑，很滿意。比起我在其他咖啡廳飲到的耶加雪夫，這杯算是不錯，最少咖啡師能把咖啡的味道沖煮出來。希望下次有機會試試他的義式咖啡吧。

There is limited space, probably only enough to fit at most 15 people.
