第二款主菜選了草飼西冷,醬汁選了藍芝士,味道非常濃郁刺激,但小妹和朋友都不太習慣這種味道,所以覺得一般,而且跟西冷牛扒也不太搭配 🙈 雖然叫了5成熟,但好像有點overcooked, 肉質有些許硬😓 配菜因為溝通錯誤不不心選了2種,一種是炸得香脆的薯條,另一種是烤大啡菇 🍄 大啡菇非常好吃,很juicy🥰薯條則不過不失~

最後一款主菜選了草飼牛柳,雖然有少許overcooked, 但肉質仍然保持軟諗,而且肉汁豐富 🤩 配合也選了烤大啡菇,而醬汁則選了戴安娜醬,就是蘑菇和胡椒混合而成較濃稠的醬汁,跟牛扒也非常搭配,推薦!!🤭

總結: 餐廳環境舒適,所有肉類都可以親眼看到質素及價錢,這點很讚 👍唯獨是侍應廚師好像有點心急,所以經常催促我們作出選擇,這點有點不太好 🙈

Went for dinner. Ordered the grain fed ribeye with chips, the corn ribs, Caesar salad with chicken. I quite enjoy the friendly service there. They don’t over do it but still stay warm and attentive. Had the grass fed ribeye last time so tried the grain fed one this time. The waitresses also go around to check your choice of mustard. I always go for the whole grain but otherwise Dijon also goes well with it depending on your preference. Personally prefer the grass fed, leaner meat and less fat.

Personally prefer the grass fed, leaner meat and less fat. Seems healthier so I can indulge in more chips. The chips are fat chips which l like. Worth mentioning is their ketchup. I love it so much that I’ve bought one from their shop. It’s very tomato-y



Always order the corn ribs, very buttery with loads of cheese. Very yummy.

我諗嚟到呢度都真係唔係為食扒而係for買野,因為當你坐底揀好塊dry aged 要medium 佢係可以嚟個well done.... 望住塊扒再望望個鐘就嚟五點半(因為啲菌六點之後就會走出嚟),默默地都係同waiter講其實我要medium,佢都好識做地拿拿臨煎過另一塊出嚟,雖然仍然都係過熟,不過算,心已經好累既情況下唯有默默食左佢。好在舖頭夠開揚,坐喺度心情都無咁差。更發展呢度既hapoy hour 好平又多選擇!!!同埋真係覺得係應該要嚟買扒買食材!!!呢度可以單獨買兩隻西班牙紅蝦係超驚喜😍

I have been to this restaurant for brunch, lunch and dinner so I am a certified regular and a whole-round reviewer of this branch.I was going for the All Day breakfast because whoever has read me before knows I am a lover of all day breakfasts. I was going for the All Day breakfast because whoever has read me before knows I am a lover of all day breakfasts.



Butcher’s Breakfast

This time went all the way and ordered the Butcher’s breakfast with cheese the portion for two people with all the goodies and goodies for the all Day breakfast plus a twist and bottomless toast which really came in handy.



Decaf flat white

This is important for me because I’m not a caffeine drinker but I definitely love the taste of coffee so it’s super important for me to be able to get decaffeinated options. This is a huge plus and therefore I will consider having more coffee in this restaurant in the future.
That thing is that it is not advertised on the menu and it should be because it has become more of a trend and some people let me sometimes we don’t even bother to add


I will really recommend coming here for brunch because there is less of a crowd and a huge windows are best appreciated in the day light.

Super recommended. Reminds of Barcelona. I would say this is the best starter of the bunch. Don't miss out!


Your choice - Rib eye

For this, you have to go to the counter and pick your cut. It might be a nice gimmick for some but not all. I guess it's fun if you're fussy and bored but for the average Joe, you might as well just tell me what's it.

The meat was good, nothing out of this world but good enough to scratch that carnivore itch.

Sides: mashed potato and leaf salad with sherry dressing
You can't go wrong with these. Standard stuff.

Dessert: bread pudding with (never enough) vanilla ice cream

This is a universal issue I'm afraid. If I ever have a 1:2 ratio for dessert and ice cream, I'll be a fan.

好耐無見過呢個同學仔,所以就約出來一聚。很少去西區,不過去到發現有好多cafe 同餐廳。呢間未去過,樓底高座位都舒服。如果住附近不防一試,如果要搭車就要諗下。點解咁講?因為整體來說並不特別好食,淨係一個字鹹,以為食緊臘肉!嗰塊包又硬又黑唔知點食,仲有一塊黑色唔知係咩嘅嘢,無任何味道。份量亦唔係特別多,收費一百七十幾加一未加飲料我覺得唔值。

They work directly with farmers and artisans to provide quality meat for their customers 😍 being both a butcher a restaurant, I have to agree this is one of the best steak I’ve had in HK. .🥩 Steak and Eggs ($188) - literally just a steak and two eggs with some spinach. They provided grain-fed ribeye steak cooked to medium, and it was a perfect pair when you eat it with the egg. It was very soft and tender 🤤 recommend coming here for a fancy lun

Seats are spaced out comfortably so I didn’t feel cramped.


Pulled Pork Burger was listed as Chef Andy’s new special, so I thought why not give it a try.
Lunch took a little longer to come to the table ( a little over 20 mins for my burger) , so suggest to come when you don’t have short lunch break or maybe order something takes shorter time to prepare.


Pulled Pork Burger was scrumptious! The sauce makes the burger flavourful while the onion and carrots gives a bit of sweetness and crunchiness with each big bite. I cut into quarters so it’s not too messy to pick up and made it easier to eat.


As for the chips that came with the burger, I wasn’t too impressed. It’s been re-fried and a bit dried and quite salty for my taste.


Given the service and food experience, I would come by again and try their other items on the menu.


PS. I wish their ice tea could come with refill at least once… that would be nice. It doesn’t cost the restaurant much, but could be a bonus for HK hot summer day.

So I made a reservation from 1830-2030. At 2000 the supervisor already asked me to pay because they had customers waiting......I spent $2200 for 4 people and this is the service I get??? I was disappointed not only with their service but the quality of food has also dropped. This is probably the last time I’ll be coming here.

The dinner special was an Ox burger set with chips ($248), I couldn’t find anything on the menu that appeals to me as much as this so I ordered it, same with my friend. The tomato mix with burrata was sublime but we thought they could have given us more bread to eat with instead of only one each which seemed strange to us at the time. That said, the chips that came with the burger was oven baked rather than fried so they were relatively healthier. Remember to ask for the organic tomato sauce which is more grainy than pasty and it adds more to the flavour of the chips. Even better, they offered us a free trifle dessert, the blueberry jelly plus the cream put us in paradise. Dining here can be expensive but it’s worthwhile if you want to spend some quality time with your loved ones.

呢間係集餐廳及歐美食材雜貨店於一身嘅店舖,客人可在凍肉櫃挑選心水牛扒,然後遞給大廚免費炮製,醬料、配菜都可以自己楝,幾有創意!今日選咗Grass-Fed Ribeye草飼肉眼(200g)配烤大啡菇及紅椒堅果醬$248。肉質半熟好Juicy,口感軟腍,油脂平衡。紅椒堅果醬只帶微辣,咬到打碎嘅堅果粒。烤大啡菇🍄肉質彈牙又鮮甜。食完件牛扒仲未飽,所以叫多個朱古力Brownie $98。佢特別之處係蛋糕較大件,上面加咗香脆爆谷,仲附有糖醬,蛋糕甜度適中,食埋真係堅飽。星期日係Happy Day,所以店內全部啤酒都有特價優惠,我就飲埋支Gweilo Pilsner(鬼佬)先走。
