睇戲前食晚飯選擇了接近戲院的HUSK (時間緊迫，忘了上OPENRICE睇行情就出事了)星期六晚八時許，餐廳客人只坐滿三分一，桌和椅像中學飯堂一樣，椅子沒椅背及軟墊，坐得一點也不舒適。點了泰式飲品(忘記名字)、冬陰功、泰式雞腳沙律、青咖喱豬肉及餐廳推介生牛肉河。等了又等，第一味冬陰功只微暖，無香味辣味泰式雞腳沙律尚可，但汁較淡青咖喱豬肉，咖喱似椰汁加綠色素加水煮，一句︰不知所謂生牛肉河，牛肉質素不錯，湯底味道一般，只是河粉成舊要用力分開食物不是熱騰騰 + 味道差唯一好的是服務不錯

MISSING DISHESI had never been to such a low quality but pricy restaurant until coming to HUSK for a Saturday lunch! The first impression wasn't bad and there were a reasonable amount of choices in the menu. We wanted to order four dishes but the waiter reported that they didn't have two dishes which were their recommended choices. 今早同大少爺去 Grand Cinema 睇戲，在大雪房困了兩個半小時之後，饑寒交迫之下慌不擇路，貪就腳便到此，只想簡簡單單求求其其要些熱湯河 warm up 番靈魂同軀殼。要了生牛河、海鮮喇沙和香茅脆雞，牛河和喇沙都是用同一種類的河粉，一大餅的要用筷子 "揚散" 來吃，好似一早預先淥好放在碗中，然後到有 order 時便即刻覆倒到上桌的大碗中再澆上湯，河粉 "淋pat pat"，湯唔夠熱亦唔夠香料，正宗越色河粉一定會有的吊味青檸都省掉，而牛肉是完全冇味的；喇沙湯底略為惹味但同樣唔夠熱，隻大頭蝦雖未至於霉但肉質很 "淋"，感覺不新鮮，其他海鮮配料少得幾乎找不到，反而有不少雞肉，但都是淡而無味的　問服務員要水，sorry 他們是沒有免費的普通水供應，閣下只可選擇俾錢要樽裝水或是要其他飲品 …… 既然如此，我們亦可選擇唔要飲品，寧願到樓下 Starbucks 買果汁都唔屈服於這樣的服務！一句到尾，冇下次。

一心諗住係得elements開的店舖, 應該都唔會差得去邊啦, 點知.....只有一個美好的裝潢.1. 企咗係門口等帶位啦, 點知係冇人理o架, 係要行入去舖頭, 等啲職員見到你, 先會為你帶位 (唔知係唔係呢間餐廳特登呢?或者其實係要自己搵位, 只係我唔知呢?)2. 叫嘢食啦, 啲職員都算有禮貌, 幾nice, 好肯講解啲餸菜係咩嚟. 不過係中途發生咗段好搞笑的事呢, 話說間離枱的人客投訴啲碟全部都是崩的, 要求更換, 但職員竟然話全部都係有少少崩, 同人客say sorry, 跟住望吓自己嗰啲, 果然都係崩喎, 莫非爛碟都係呢間舖頭的特色? 可知道呢啲小事都會影响顧客對間舖的perception....3. 食物嚟啦....- 酸辣蝦沙律: 係辣辣哋, 但點解咸到飛起......-炸蝦餅: 全晚最好食的餸菜, 脆得嚟又彈牙, 但點解得三件咁大把呢....-生牛肉湯河: 只可以講句, 冇咩味道的湯河囉, 雖然啲牛肉幾新鮮-咖喱魚頭: 自從上次去完星加坡後, 對此味餸念念不忘, 見到呢到有加上係廚師推介, 梗係叫嚟食吓啦. 點知, 個魚頭只係得半個, 仲要冇咩肉食, 加上魚頭又唔夠淋

星期六同愛人去Element睇The Mummy，見買完飛仲有一個鍾所以去左呢間野食個early dinner。。 我地兩個人order左一個牛腩粉，一個海南雞飯同一個軟殼蟹。。整體黎講D野真係好差！個牛腩粉。。。個海南雞飯D雞淡到唔知似咩，好似搵滾水滾熟就上碟，仲淡過碗飯！！個軟殼蟹又係淡而無味，唔講都唔知自己食緊咩！最離譜係叫枝蒸餾水都可以漏單，仲要追兩次先到！！呢間野。。 比錢我都唔會再去！！！

同男朋友去睇戲,重未夠鐘,就揾野食,去左呢間husk試下la,剛剛坐下來,就有位女待應埋黎問我地飲唔飲野,0甘我話比杯茶我,點知要+5元,好野!等緊呢送黎la,比我見到個廚師一路煮,一路食緊野,重用手指撩牙tim,好野,好la d 送來了,0華勁鹹,重標榜冇味情,好野!你地講得啱呀!d服務員態度起差,食完真係一肚氣!

個日同個人一齊去食,唔太好.1. 都幾貴, 兩人食dinner, 叫左幾道菜都成500多蚊. 但間野個格局似快餐店. 2. 等好耐. 催佢地幾次都唔黎. 碟碟都要催! 啲staff好似好懶散. 叫佢俾淡奶, 等左十五分鐘又變左椰奶. 我一定唔會去第二次3. 啲冬陰公好甜, 唔多正宗.我好少寫食評, 但呢間真係....唔寫唔得.

I really didn't expect that much as there were still plenty of empty seats on a saturday night. We arrived at 7:30pm & we need to rush as our show started at 8:00pm.We hurriedly ordered 3 dishes:1. Papaya Salad: the portion was small & tasted just average2. Tom Yum Kung Noodles: the soup base was a disappointment as it didn't taste like it should be though it is a bit sour & spicy. 1. 裝修不錯, 環境頗靜(可能因為是平日), 但椅子沒有靠背的地方.2. 最差的是侍應. 沒有主動給我們午市套餐的餐牌, 我們落了單才見到別人有張午市套餐的餐牌! 我們想叫杯水飲, 侍應拿了餐牌指了價值廿元的樽裝水, 後來我們各自叫了一杯茶(都不太好飲), 每杯廿二元. 連埋一碟飯和麵(每碟六十八元), 合共一百八十元. 幸好有即日戲飛所以有15%折扣, 加一服務費後平均每人八十四元. 我想說個午市套餐只需五十八元(忘了計埋加一未, 應該未), 包主菜, 湯和餐飲. 我們覺得被人騙了. 我們亦發覺侍應不會主動給客人下午茶餐的餐牌, 除非客人主動問到. 我們週二下午去, 侍應連收銀只有三人. 經常叫了很久也沒人理, 或是叫我們等等然後去了做其他事(帶位, 上菜, 執枱等). 埋單也等了很久, 不知道他們在忙些什麼.3. 食物很油, 份量還可以不過不算扺食.4. 我以後也不會再光顧這間食肆了!

I entered this restaurant due to the friendly introduction by the receptionist. Unfortunately, my husband and I spent almost an hour to finish 4 dishes. The food portion was not enough for two and the service was extremely bad. We needed to keep tracing the food ordering even we clearly placed the order. Besides, no free water would be provided.... really bad service... not worthwhile to try

We went there on Sat 1500 for a late lunch. First of all, the manager had a real attuitude problem. (we think he is the manager because he is not in uniform) Firstly, he asked if we made any reservation. What? Reservation at 1500 at a noodle shop?!! He has bad attitude not just to us and to other customers as well. A teenager and his mom wanted to switch seats. 岩岩個星期六, 一家人開開心心去elements~諗住去呢度試下啦~我地點左"咖哩蟹", "辣椒膏炒蜆", "冬蔭公", "咸魚炒芥蘭", "海鮮喇沙".......跟住好戲先開始.....一個態度欠佳既女侍應用一個不友善既態度回覆我 "冇咖哩蟹"...我地唯有試少樣餸啦.....首先我地試"辣椒膏炒蜆"....發覺完全沒有辣椒膏既味道, 而且d蜆唔係幾熟...."冬蔭公" - 完全冇辣味, 好似清水咁...不知所謂!!!!"咖哩喇沙" - 我從來未食過噤難食既喇沙, 就算一個普通商場food court既質量都好過佢!!!其餘既餸已經冇氣講喇!!!最後令我最反感既係, 我要杯熱茶都要收我5蚊!!!!!我發誓以後都唔會去呢間劣質餐廳!!!!!!

Reason that I was there : I saw Husk as I came out of the cinema to pick up my pre-ordered tickets... and it's right next to the cinema so it will save me some walking time and have more time to eat.......First Impression at entrance: The waitress who stood outside was friendly. Nicely decorated restaurant, set out like an overseas thai place.Dimmed lighting with spacious food court seating.Ordered some satays, salad rice, and cant remember, but in general, everything was well balanced and light. The best thing I liked was Pandan leaves tea, and pandan drink, both delicately flavoured, with natural leaves.The tea tasted like light chinese tea, but with the scent of Pandan leaves.The iced pandan drink had a stronger pandan taste which was sweetened too.

6個人吃了7樣野, 其中3個是買一送一的小食, 另一個是粉麵, 份量當然不足以使大家來個半飽, 但作為雪糕餐前的打底飯, 也算足夠. 評語跟幾位也差不多. 脆炸豆腐沙律的豆腐的油味太重, 作為第一碟上檯的食物, 實在失望; 女婿蛋外面炸得金黃, 內裡仍是溏心, 伴少許甜酸醬, 反而不錯; 魚餅有濃濃的檸檬葉味, 但腍腍薄薄的, 味道一般; 泰式海鮮炒金邊粉比較正路, 也同意oli說的不油不乾, 只是少一點個性吧. 食完的感覺是: 這裡食物一般通, 但唔貴. 是來Elements想吃得經濟的其中一個選擇. 另外, 店方也算均真, 6個人食得少少野, 又用盡HSBC買一送一,兼散叫85折優惠, 也沒有給我們面色.
