Didn't expect to have dinner there but my friend was so unlucky that his flight was seriously delayed during transit in HKIA and requested to spend the 5 hours in the city. Nice decoration looking from the entrance, seating were quite comfortable. The restaurant is small, making use of the lighting to create better privacy. Didn't expect to have dinner there but my friend was so unlucky that his flight was seriously delayed during transit in HKIA and requested to spend the 5 hours in the city.

Nice decoration looking from the entrance, seating were quite comfortable. The restaurant is small, making use of the lighting to create better privacy. I didn't expect much on the food quality as in this mall, but what they served really surprised me.

Before eating, a bottle of white wine, Chardonnay, to chill a bit after a long day work. Good for the price.

2 Appetizers, Pomelo and Peanuts salad, refreshing
The portion was perfect. Crispy duck spring rolls, freshly deep fried, surprisingly good.

2 Mains, Vegetables in green coconut curry, this one is amazing. I don't like vegetables with curry but this one is really good. The vegetables were not over-cooked, not becoming "baby food". Beef sirloin in red curry, a big bowl of rice please


Service was overall pleasant and polite, better to train the staff on their product knowledge because when we asked about the portion and any recommendation, the waitress couldn't answer.

我丈夫在今個星期生日,因他要出外地工幹不在.H.K.,故此提早一個星期與他吃一餐,我原本在Elements選了幾間餐廳(不包括 Nahm,因為我們都試過幾次)給他選擇,但他都不喜歡,最後他還是選擇再去Elements的越泰菜餐廳(Nahm),因為是他的生日,所以我尊重他的决定,希望他吃得開心。到了餐廳後,就由他選擇他喜愛的食物,他選擇了Spicy Chicken Salad (第一次吃), Baked Mussel (第一次吃), Soft Crab Roll & Beef Noodle soup. 每種食物都好好味,我原本不期望Spicy Chicken Salad 有什麼驚起,嘩,原來chicken 做成肉粹,用生菜夾合來一起吃,非常juicy,是一個好開胃的Salad,夏天吃更好;跟住到Baked Mussel(青口),size 好大,好肥美,味道恰到好處;Soft Crab Roll & Beef Noodle soup 仍能保持水準。有一件事最令我窩心和感動是他們的細心安排,當waitress送來Beef Noodle soup 到檯前,我看見有兩碗,我即時同waitress

The menu was really long and wasn’t anything particular. Since it was a Vietnamese / Thai Restaurant, you would expect the menu to be half in Vietnamese dishes and half Thai. However, everything was just mumble jumbled together and there were no pictures at all – very boring menu!

We ordered 3 dishes between the 2 of us. We had two starters - beef & chicken satay and the Duck spring rolls; and as for main, we had the Chicken pineapple fried rice. Since we were both really hungry, the wait felt like really long, but I think they wanted to have the appetizers served at the same time.

The sauce for the Satay was orange in colour. In it had some peanuts and tasted really sweet. It went really well with the satay.
The duck spring rolls were still hot when it got to the table. With it, came with a mint sauce that was still cold. The spring rolls were really crispy, but I couldn’t really taste the duck that was in it.

Lastly, came our main – chicken pineapple fried rice. I was really disappointed when I dind’t see it come inside a pineapple, like what other Thai restaurants would normally have. However, it still tasted great and was enough to fill the two of our stomachs.

The bill came up to $260 for two. It was average priced as it was based in elements, but probably still slightly more expensive than any other normal thai restaurants.

假日到圓方食Lunch,到處都要排隊等位,所以我們到了不用等位的Nahm食泰越菜。 椒鹽鮮魷鮮魷爽口而不韌,面層脆漿份量適中,香口非常,唯椒鹽味道過少,但配上酸甜的醬汁,惹味開胃,必吃小食之選。香辣雞肉生菜包賣相與味道皆普通,雞肉切得非常碎,讓我們差點以為是免治豬肉碎,雞肉加入少許辣,乾身少油,不失為一個清新健康的菜色。生牛肉河粉牛肉鮮嫩,河粉幼滑,湯底亦香濃,配上辣椒、青檸、魚露及薄荷葉,一碗好吃的生牛肉河粉。

星期六經過Elements, 順便在那裡午餐, 大部份餐廳都要排隊. 我們見 Nahm 裝修特別, 又不算長龍, 所以便選擇它.四人枱都幾寛闊, 枱與枱之間不算密. 沒有午餐的menu, 我們點的跟晚餐沒有分別. 泰國與越南fusion, 我的favor! 可以一次性嘗兩種菜色! 我們想點青咖喱, 他們只有三文魚和牛, 開始時有點失望,點了三文魚, 其實從沒有聽過用三文魚煮青咖哩, 所以真的有點懷疑的感覺. 上菜時才知原本是以杏仁炸三文魚, 青咖哩調出來的味道不會太濃, 味道剛好, 杏仁配三文魚味道很特別, 令人很開胃. 柚子沙律ok. 收到openrice 送來的特別場門票, 在The Grand 舉行, 所以又來element 開飯啦. 八點半左右才到餐廳, 已經滿座, 好彩己訂了位, 所以等了一會便有枱. 由於late dinner緣故, 老公又剛剛同同事們happy hour 完, 加上只有大約45min時間食飯, 所以只簡單點了2個小吃和炒飯便算. 焗青口 - 味道尚可燒豬頸肉 - 燒得唔錯, 很香口 薑汁蟹肉炒飯 - 呢個等咗好耐, 催咗好多次先上菜, 估算因為要等飯煲起才炒的, 因為個飯底唔乾身, 沒有一粒粒, d 飯好濕, 加上無薑汁味, 唔得, 但在element 呢個場, 加上有信用卡的九折優惠, 這餐算十分相宜!

Foods which I had tried here:

2/ Chicken and beef satay with pickled cucumber and peanut sauce

5/ Vegetables in green coconut curry
6/ Grilled lemongrass chicken with honey beans and cherry tomato
7/ steamed salmon steak in chili dressing

The marinated pork neck matched well together with the sauce, and it tastes really soft and sweet!
Satay and curry here are always the must order item when I go there. Simply strong fever! Towards the pawns salad and pineapple fried rice, no special feeling, safe choice and standard taste. The grilled chicken here took a bit longer to wait though, it smells and tastes really good when it arrived. The sauce tastes quite special for me, which is surprisingly amazing! I especially like the steamed salmon steak here. It’s really thick and big in size! Also, it’s very juicy and not over cooked (nice!) If you all food lovers would visit there, do give a try of the satay and steamed salmon steak here~ peace*

聖誕節之前,我同老公帶埋臻臻去圓方行下影下相,不過真係好多人呀,大部份食肆六點鐘左右已經全部被預訂,到最後問到一間越南fusion菜「nahm」就有位,但要七點半還枱,算了吧,於是坐底落單,因為好難搵食呀! 裝修精美,帶一點東南亞風味,坐得頗舒服,服務亦好好。 食物未見特出,但唔難食嘅。 我們點咗菠蘿海鮮炒飯、芒果軟殼蟹卷和炭燒豬頸肉,買相就ok,份量亦唔少,價錢就貴咗少少,可能地方問題啦。

每次吃泰菜必點的Green papaya salad:青木瓜的口感介乎青瓜的爽脆和生木瓜的滑,好好吃啊。明明叫了青咖哩鱸魚,不知何故變了黃咖哩鱈魚。搶飯之作。海鮮炒金邊粉。去年曼谷之行該吃了幾廿次這種食物吧,從來沒試過像這碟般甜。有點在吃糖的感覺。泰式豬柳炒飯。我覺得,只有鋪面的炸腰果好吃(!)。其餘的材料都極失色,主角豬柳更是咬牙切齒也搞唔掂,放棄。兒時最鍾意吃蝦片。吾友的媽來自東南亞,常自家炸蝦片送我,這裡的,無得比。是誰發明炸軟殼蟹的嗎?真偉大!這是椰奶軟殼蟹天婦羅,即叫即做,沒有不好吃的理由。但,看(http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2025300),上年來光顧時,那些蟹肥美十倍。強烈的對比。退步了很多。立即不想再來這店。

天氣33度,與友人逛圓方後便下午茶大蝦青木瓜沙律 青木瓜和大蝦也極之新鮮,後者更是彈牙。除了開胃醒神的醬汁,清香的香料/香草(不知道是否Basil),在這炎夏想不到這青木瓜沙律很好吃,胃口大開。泰式豬頸肉炒飯再吃泰式豬頸肉炒飯,不油膩,但配菜不多炸薯仔蟹餅薯仔蟹餅配上酸辣汁,其實好似吃薯餅,酸辣汁配油炸蟹餅也醒胃另外看見別人吃軟殼蟹紙米卷,賣相吸引,望下次再試餐廳環境寧靜,relax,員工也很勤力,大家飲了很多水,天氣太熱啦小心留意瓷器餐具原來是用上名牌 Villeroy & Boch,款式也很fusion,有形及有特式,賣相也好

另外看見別人吃軟殼蟹紙米卷,賣相吸引,望下次再試


餐廳環境寧靜,relax,員工也很勤力,大家飲了很多水,天氣太熱啦

小心留意瓷器餐具原來是用上名牌 Villeroy & Boch,款式也很fusion,有形及有特式,賣相也好

1. 素香紙米卷 ($68) - 睇落去好似唔錯咁,夾起..紙米卷係有點chewy...食落去好有紅蘿蔔好fresh的味道,佢有個汁跟住點,但係好甜,因為有棷汁,我唔係太鐘意。叫了waiter額外拎個白醋黎點會好食一點。普普通通

2.青檸梳打 - 食泰國菜我多數都會叫青檸梳打,但依杯青檸梳打應該係飲過咁多間..最難飲的一杯,因為好似溝左唔知D咩野落去,甜的,飲飲下..你會覺得個肚好似飲完汽水咁,好多氣好脹...搞到食唔落飯咁!


3. 燒牛肉沙律 ($85) - 依個應該係食咁多野入面,比較好的一個。牛肉其實唔算好林,但好有燒的味道,加上佢有少少spicy,配合依個沙律...都OK的。


4. 香茅鮮蝦魷魚金邊粉 - 覺得金邊粉煮得太林...夾起好唔知點咁...同埋佢好似甜得黎有點怪,鮮蝦的味好淡....完全唔想食
成碟只係食左大約三分一

5. Grilled King Fish with lemongrass (唔記得中文係咩...係"鮫魚") ($178) - 我以為係成條個D...點知原來唔係,但望落去係幾靚,但食落去就好鞋,同埋真係太大陣檸檬草味..唔好食..底下面有幾片切薄左的茄子,反而依個仲好食! 我諗去九龍城叫成條爐魚食,都比係依到好食同平好多!
成左一半都唔想食啦..

環境service都好好,食物賣相都好,但真係得個樣,野食唔夠水準
,同埋真係貴左一點,唔抵食!我諗去登龍街個間無咩裝修的泰國菜,反而比依到的食物出色同好食得多,同埋平D!!!

Managed to secure a table for my family here tonight. Upon arriving, we quickly ordered the following: Fresh noodle rolls with lemongrass, poached sea bass, herbs and vinaigrette ($88): This arrived and immediately I was disappointed. There were 6 small rolls, and the 'wrap' i.e. the 'fresh noodle roll' was so thick it didn't taste good even with the 'vinaigrette' which was basically soysauce..... At first I also thought the wrong dish had come because I couldn't recognise the taste of any 'poa

Managed to secure a table for my family here tonight. Upon arriving, we quickly ordered the following:
Fresh noodle rolls with lemongrass, poached sea bass, herbs and vinaigrette ($88):
This arrived and immediately I was disappointed. There were 6 small rolls, and the 'wrap' i.e. the 'fresh noodle roll' was so thick it didn't taste good even with the 'vinaigrette' which was basically soysauce..... At first I also thought the wrong dish had come because I couldn't recognise the taste of any 'poached seabass' or 'lemongrass' but when i looked inside it, there it was....never order this!

Vietnamese Poached chicken Salad with coconut vegetables in dressing ($68)
This arrived next, and was very different to the menu name. It should be called "Poached chicken salad with green beans and bean sprouts in coconut dressing". The chicken was alright, although it should have been made of all white meat because the dark meat made it look 'unclean'. Also, the dressing was not very flavoured - just like plain coconut juice? The green beans and sprouts and mint leaves were tasty enough though. For $68 I would say this is much more worth it than the above tiny $20-worth dish. Also the peanuts and fried garlic on top gave it a nice crunch.

Hanoi Beef noodle soup with fragrant herbs and bean sprout ($68)
This took ages to arrive and we wondered why. We ordered the beef to be cooked thoroughly because we had elderly with us. Anyway, it was fine except I would've liked the broth to be less oily.

Roast game hen stuffed with tumeric rice and lemongrass in tamarind chilli yam sauce (half) ($78)
This was half a (small) hen stuffed with glutinous rice. The taste was alright, nothing special though, just good textures I suppose.

Tiger king prawn in green curry with veggies ($178) + side order of rice ($15 x 2)
This was easily the best dish of all. The green curry was slightly spicy and very coconutty - very tasty! But there were only three-halves of the prawn for $178, the bottom was all cauliflower, corn, cucumbers, thai eggplant etc.... And rice had to be separately ordered, which was even more expensive. Ã family member of mine mopped the sauce with a bowl of rice after!

Spicy Beef thick noodle (ho-fun) with baby spinach, Thai basil & roasted chilli garlic ($88)
This was also a good dish, with plenty of beef, however as it was called spicy, i would expect it to taste spicy - I could only see the chili, but couldn't taste the spice? I added some chilli myself and it tasted good. The sauce was also quite good.

Sauteed spinach with garlic ($48)
The spinach was cooked nicely with plenty of garlic.

Grilled winter veggies with chopped basil ($48)
This was rather disappointing. I expected vegetables to arrive with grill marks or something. But most were carrots and potatoes which had been fried with quite a bit of oil. There was some mushrooms and celery...but mostly potatoes --> when did potatoes become a vegetable? It barely has any fiber.

Service: this was pretty poor because i could only see 4 waiters trying to serve like...50 ppl? The restaurant was completely full on a Sunday...should't they have at least 10 waiters? The manager himself was working like a dog.

Setting: Although slightly crowded, I think it was acceptable given this is not a fine-dining restaurant and they do want to make most out of their little shop in elements.

因為想睇倒數煙花但睇之前都要食飯架嘛就黎左ELEMENTS啦個商場周圍的食肆都好多人黎間都唔例外不過排左陣就入得去算係咁啦服務好好睇左SET DINNER今晚每位最小消費$250SET DINNER每位$295坐低WAITESS問我地要唔要飲香檳因為SET DINNER唔包我地4個就ORDER左1支叫左2個SET DINNER再另外叫左軟殼蟹卷,羊架同埋青咖哩大蝦先黎SET DINNER的湯冬陰功咁既味道或者我飲唔慣但都OK既頭盤我記得有2款其中1款南瓜天婦羅唔錯的但另1款就完全唔好食-0-主菜係魚同羊肉2種都麻麻還OK的羊架有幾塊接近200蚊的價錢只有大概6塊不值吧?另外青咖哩大蝦就只有3條差不多$200呢又唔算好味-0-甜品係椰汁青檸布丁要提佢要整個DESSERT比我地等左20分鐘但布丁實在太硬味道就還好最後埋單$1700這1餐絕對不值這個價錢

要提佢要整個DESSERT比我地
等左20分鐘
但布丁實在太硬
味道就還好
最後埋單$1700
這1餐絕對不值這個價錢
