The turnover is slow and the time they take to serve the food is also slow. We waited close to half an hour when we are next in queue. Also the restaurant has a ridiculous policy of no refill of cabbage and soup as long as one of the diners does not order a set. The waiter was adamant even when we told him that the rest of the party is ordering a set. The restaurant also does not serve water when the food is not cheap. Will not return. 繼續閱讀

隱藏在中環擺花街與威靈頓街交界處的小店Porker,雖然只有一扇小小的門面,但也不影響吸引來喜歡炸豬扒的人們!走進店裏要通過一段下樓梯,來到basement,週末1點到店還暫時不需要排隊。點了例牌Porker set (包括tenderloin&sirloin)。喜歡芝士的話也可以像我一樣點full house set ,試試不一樣的口味。這裏的炸豬扒炸衣厚度適中偏厚一點,肉質緊實,給人非常飽和的滿足感。依照炸豬扒店的慣例,這裏的set包含麵豉湯、米飯、醃漬小菜、薯蓉和可以免費續加的椰菜絲。小店氣氛輕鬆,非常適合閒暇時候和朋友路過中環的時候一起大快朵頤👍🏻 繼續閱讀

📍Porker Porker is hands down the best tonkatsu place in Hong Kong! Their Porker set with aged pork sirloin and tenderloin are fried to perfection. Their seafood set is actually quite good as well and is a good alternative for non-meat eaters. Remember to add curry sauce on the side to go with the Japanese rice. The fresh chopped cabbage removes the grease of the tonkatsu. 2 sauces available, Yazhi and sesame, on top of the normal tonkatsu sauce. Their fried oysters are amazing too! 收埋咗呢間炸豬扒專門店好耐心血來潮之下呢日走咗去試🤤呢間餐廳冇得book位 得walkin小店門口好隱蔽 位於地牢餐廳唔算好大 好有居酒屋感覺晚飯嘅時間都坐滿人一入嚟店員就好熱情招呼耐心咁介紹餐牌招牌吉列豬扒亦超多配搭除咗普通吉列豬扒set仲會有滑蛋、咖喱、蓋飯、生薑燒煮法包羅萬有!🤩亦有吉列蝦、吉列蠔、餃子、沙律估唔到店舖細細咁多選擇🤪FULL HOUSE SET吉列豬扒set有好幾款分咗西冷、豬柳、肉眼 部位想咩都試吓嘅話FULL HOUSE SET就最啱包括哂熟成豚西冷、豬柳、芝士豚肉餅💫每份炸豬扒定食都係新鮮炸起採用鹿兒島豬扒有豬味🐖又唔會有豬羶味麵包糠炸粉薄薄一層非常之鬆化而酥脆完全唔會覺得油膩🤤西冷咬落會較厚實肉味最重 帶有肉汁豬柳質感最軟腍但冇咩油膩感 自己最鍾意芝士豬肉餅又係好正🥺咬開有啲半溶芝士流出嚟充滿鹹香 又唔會太邪惡除咗枱上嘅炸豬扒醬仲可以另加咖喱汁/煙肉蕃茄汁今次加左個咖喱汁🍛完全估唔到係一個飯碗滿份量而且係平時咖喱飯嘅醬汁好香好惹味🤤雖然咖喱汁真係好好味但呢度嘅炸豬扒唔洗點調味已經好好食!另外一個Set係包埋椰菜絲沙律、薯蓉、麵豉湯、白飯椰菜絲超新鮮又爽脆!仲可以無限添加😍薯蓉亦都好綿滑🤤一次過可以食到咁多種吉列豬真係超滿足❤️滑蛋煮吉列蝦三心兩意嘅我當然唔止食吉列豬扒仲試埋吉列蝦🤤吉列蝦面頭鋪上滑蛋雖然吉列蝦新鮮炸起但滑蛋會令麵衣變得腍身同濕所以要盡快食!炸粉又係薄薄一層蝦肉厚身又爽🍤滑蛋質感做得好嫩滑🤤加入洋蔥整體味道係好食嘅但真係偏鹹齋食真係要係咁飲水🤣如果呢款我會建議配蓋飯!自家製豚肉餃子豚子亦都超出色!自家製餃子煎到脆卜卜底部仲係金黃色皮就唔算好薄但餡料好豐富🥟裡面有豚肉同蔬菜食落有滿足感☺️-食物質素非常好嘅餐廳超推介炸豬扒!果然係招牌個人覺得仲好食過坊間其他吉列豬扒店性價比幾高!值得回訪 繼續閱讀

午餐同事推薦去試吓姨間porker,12:35分左右到,前面都有10幾人,等到1:15左右先入得,就到你既時候店員會比定餐牌你order左先。最後大家都係想乜都試下,一人叫左個一個set B,Full house set-$210(4.5/5)熟成豚西冷,豬柳同芝士豚肉餅。佢做到外脆內軟既口感,入面豚肉仲keep到好juicy,最好食係熟成豚肉西冷,豬柳就相比下普通d,芝士會有d膩,然後一上菜時食芝士豚肉餅,一咬就燙到個嘴,大家食既時候小心d,不過都證明佢真係即炸。總結: 佢飯同菜可以仼加,不過其實就咁一set都已經好飽,不過我覺得個菜好好食,所以都再加左小小😋食豚肉就咁食到膩可以試下點黃介未,可以解膩。雖然佢真係有d貴,但佢值既。👍🏻 繼續閱讀
