呢間上年同事一致選為灣仔區年度最佳餐廳既小店其實名不經傳，但唔同飯腳都讚不絕口，今日又心思思黎食個小奢華既lunch。Set lunch既重頭戲係揀pizza或entrees，會包埋類似salad bar既buffet。 其實主食款式唔多，多數人都會揀pizza、burger或mac n’ Cheese，轉餐牌後更加冇左好好食既雜菌闊條麵。記得第一次食既時候傻傻地一人叫左一款，點知份量大得誇張，pizza多到要打包，mac n’ Cheese又比想像中膩，最後變相食個main得黎浪費左個buffet。 經過反複驗證，其實三人行既話，兩個人叫buffet only ($89)，再揀一款main一齊食就岩岩好。今次兩個人黎，每日special menu唔太岩食，決定大家都叫buffet only。多數主打自制新鮮沙律既salad bar對我呢個食肉獸黎講絕對唔係賣點，所以特別鐘意呢度既buffet菜式設計，款式唔多、亦冇粉麵飯，但貴精不貴多，樣樣都好高質。沿住吧台一字排開，頭尾分別係餐湯同餐包。 今日既餐湯係牛肉羅宋湯，撈到大量蔬菜同牛肉，略嫌咸左少少。 記得曾經係度飲過幼滑香濃既西蘭花忌

Everytime I passed by Stone Nullah Tarvern, I was attracted by its exterior design. It feels British style with folding doors which can be opened when you are sitting in the bar area. 阿妹生日，請佢食生日飯，佢特別要求要食ribs， 又要在港島，所以選了灣仔這間餐廳食西式晚餐了。餐廳氣氛非常浪漫，一入餐廳燈光昏暗給人一種舒適休閒的感覺， 西餐廳就是這種feel ，平靜得來有浪漫的氣氛，四周圍大部分都是情侶在吃晚餐因為燈光比較暗，所以看餐牌也需要點時間 最後叫了阿妹鍾意食的BBQ Ribs半份(Maple BBQ glazed ribs, half rack)及牛肉漢堡薯條餐(Classic burger)。 首先來了附送的麵包片前菜，一共有四片， 但我們想留肚吃美味的晚餐所以只吃了一半。 BBQ Ribs上枱了，肋骨肉超容易被切開， 這證明了烹煮時間長，肋骨肉也煮得非常淋及入味肉表面有楓糖味道，帶出肉味更加鮮嫩清甜，真係超正 BBQ ribs還配有酸瓜及沙律配菜， 因為沙律配菜有洋蔥，阿妹不喜歡吃洋蔥，所以全由我處理掉了我哋再叫了Classic Burger， 有牛肉、車打芝士、生菜、煙肉、番茄等配料還有薯條伴碟。 漢堡雖然材料豐富，但是上碟的外貌一般

假期前夕，來到灣仔街市對面的美式小酒館 Stone Nullah Tavern ，一於在輕鬆寫意的環境，以惹味濃郁的美式風味美食迎接假日好心情。除了啤酒、雞尾酒與餐酒外，Stone Nullah Tavern這裡的美國威士忌種類也頗多。在指定時段及日子更會有happy hour優惠。我這夜先後飲了2款雞尾酒。Whiskey Smash ($99)，以美國威士忌Wild Turkey 101，加上檸檬、橙與薄荷等調配，入口頗清新，沒有預期的濃烈。另一杯也選來了很適合女生的Southside。以gin酒加上檸檬、薄荷、梳打水等調配，味道清甜，也是款清新易飲的雞尾酒。小食方面，我很喜歡Stone Nullah Tavern 新推出的Fried calamari ($109) 。魷魚圈炸得特別酥脆，是款微辣香口的美味佐酒小食。Meatloaf sliders ($119) ，大家拍完照片後請店員幫忙一開為二，更方便share。漢堡包的牛油超級香！肉餅多肉汁兼肉香夠濃，與煙肉與車打芝士是好拍檔。Stone Nullah Tavern 的menu上有wood grilled pizza。4款選擇看

I'd eaten once at the Stone Nullah Tavern and thought that their brunch buffet could be a good thing to try out with the family. Turns out the buffet is a few nachos with a few toppings and a few bits of salad. 今天和幾位朋友約了去灣仔聚舊，路過位於皇后大道東同石水渠街交界的一間美式酒吧，見到做緊個超級抵的Happy hour promotion, 遂入去試吓。這間酒吧環境舒適，行古舊美國風路線，入到去就好像去了80年代美國鄉鎮酒吧一般，牆上掛住大牛頭骨，狩獵羊頭雕塑，古典白磁磚牆，周圍掛滿懷舊裝飾，尤其吧枱後的一列木酒櫃更是經典，夠哂eye-catching，加上四周都充斥著外國朋友，滿有外國氣息。而Happy hour時段由5點至7點，5點敲鐘開始，頭20分鐘指定啤酒，紅白酒，House spirits全部$1杯，之後每20分鐘會敲一次鐘價格增加一倍，即$1變$2，$2變$4，如此類推，直至7點為止，最後那round order都只不過是$32/杯，確是超值！當然酒水質素方面不要期望過高，都只是一般House beer與House wine，但勝在環境舒服，三五之己閒談聚舊，以此價格又夫復何求呢？除了暢飲，當然少不了一些佐酒小食啦！我們叫了一客BBQ Ribs同Margherita Pizza。BBQ Ribs一客切開約有6條骨，用上自家醬汁醃料香燒，令每條骨充斥香濃醬汁，辟除膻味；豬肋骨
