I've been to this restaurant twice. Both times I enjoyed very good food. This restaurant is famous for its oysters; they are indeed quite nice, but I really LOVED their duck liver pasta! it's sooooooooo incredibly yummy! Service is attentive. It was full on a week night, so be sure to make reservations ahead of time.

唔熟路, 問咗兩個人先去到!一出電梯仲以為去错地方... 門口好暗!

from october to february is the best oyster season. french oysters are the fattest in october whereas australians are the fattest in february, as they are storing up food in preparation for winter time, not knowing they are already scooped up before then by fishermen, and within several days appear on plates of greedy gourmet diners, lauded for their premature yet glorious death.

the shop was running some buy-1-get-1-free promotion for selected oysters, so we ordered 3 promotions (6 of each) and ended on a high note with gillardeau -
kumatomo: from US, small and very creamy, a bit sweet and not too salty, but very fresh.
south africa rock: eponymously from south africa, more salty and less creamy.
irish gigas: from ireland of course. these are much more sea-watery, sweet and salty compared to the kumatomos. the meat is also much firmer, thanks to the large adductor muscle. i instantly fall in love and crave for more.
gillardeau: these lovely oysters come from france. very zesty, plump, sea-watery, and sweet. suddenly the irish gigas didn’t look that impressive anymore. this was the time i knew we were going for second round.

irish gigas:
fine de clare: from france. i wasn’t too impressed – it’s slightly sweet and salty, but not bursting flavor i was hoping for compared to what i had in france during summertime.
black pearl: from france. zesty and sweet, with a bit coppery.
gillardeau: still the best and trumped all else

the hot plates were solid but not inspiring. our crab cake with cocktail sauce was very meaty and firm, but i like my crab cake made of blue crab with a slightly tingling flavor.

squid ink risotto with scallop. the risotto was a bit too firm for my liking.

overall very solid food quality, and there really aren’t many places in hong kong that you can indulge with over a dozen oysters without worrying about getting sick. oysters at su casa are fresh and clean, and wine selection was limited but very reasonably priced. my conclusion is one of the nicest things that can be said about a restaurant: i will come again.

我最喜歡第一種, size 好細, 但真係好creamy ; 第二同第三隻, 食完之後, 個口會有d 甘甘地 , 不過都好唔錯. 第三隻既海水味會比較重. 而第4隻係咁多隻嚟講, 係味道最淡既. 第5隻我地有志一同地都很不喜款, 因為覺得好腥同澀. 最後一隻係蔡小姐最愛, 較大隻, 肉質厚且爽.

整體嚟講, 全部都好新鮮, 係差在你喜唔喜歡個口感.

另外仲獨立叫左 Scotland pearl ,都係creamy 既, 不過食落始終無kumamoto 咁正.

淨係食生蠔梗係唔飽, 仲叫左蟹餅同埋黑松露意大利飯 & 甜品

蟹餅 : waitress 話好多人叫, 所以我地又試下, 細細件, 只有3件, 味道ok, 不過似食緊吞拿魚
黑松露意大利飯 : d 飯稍為硬得滯, 好似唔係好夠熟咁, 黑松露聞落好香, 但食落麻麻地, 個口食完有一種成口豆豉既感覺

心太軟 & 菠蘿雪葩 : 心太軟出乎意料的好吃,我喜歡佢個外皮係有種脆脆地既口感, 唔似一般既咁 “林” 身. 推介!

當我們看到Casa Group 的sms通知有生蠔買一送一的優惠之后, 便一直很想來一個生蠔之夜, 剛好完成了一些重要的事, 放下了心頭大石,所以便來 “蠔食一餐”。主要是想吃生蠔,本想食Malpege, 可惜沒有。便由店員拍板,總共八款蠔:Bald EagleAfrica RockIrish GigasFrench SpecialUtah BeachFine de ClaireSouth PacificBlack Pearl第一次這樣一次過吃那麼多品種的蠔, 比較喜愛的有 “Africa Rock”, 很爽身, 而且甜甜的, 很易入口, 再有比較咸和蠔味重的 Fine de Claire 而我們也一至認為Black Pearl 是最好味的, 那種重重的蠔味留在口中久久不散, 真的是一種享受。吃完蠔後, 和男友已開始有飽的感覺. 但一見到肉眼扒時, 就又開動了。肉眼扒五成熟. 咬落很有肉汁又不會韌,但美中不就是有一些根位. 但整體還是很滿意的。分量很大,吃完我們全飽了。不過,這並沒有阻止我們叫甜品,叫了這兒的名物心太軟, 因為自從上次Casa Fina 後已很想試. 一拮開朱古力心太軟

第一次這樣一次過吃那麼多品種的蠔, 比較喜愛的有 “Africa Rock”, 很爽身, 而且甜甜的, 很易入口, 再有比較咸和蠔味重的 Fine de Claire 而我們也一至認為Black Pearl 是最好味的, 那種重重的蠔味留在口中久久不散, 真的是一種享受。

吃完蠔後, 和男友已開始有飽的感覺. 但一見到肉眼扒時, 就又開動了。肉眼扒五成熟. 咬落很有肉汁又不會韌,但美中不就是有一些根位. 但整體還是很滿意的。分量很大,吃完我們全飽了。

不過,這並沒有阻止我們叫甜品,叫了這兒的名物心太軟, 因為自從上次Casa Fina 後已很想試. 一拮開朱古力心太軟, 暖暖的朱古力就流了出來, 再配以雲尼嗱味的雪糕, 雪糕不太甜, 中和了朱古力的甜味. 把兩者放在一起簡直是天作之合。餅底的牛油香亦增加了層次感。

如此就美滿的結束了這一頓快樂的蠔宴, 遲些必定會再來吃更肥美的蠔吧。

昨晚本來打算訂於henry house上另一間姊妹店,誰知滿座,結果餐廳職員介紹我們去另一間位於新會道的分店。看了食評知道餐廳每一張台免收一支cockage, 於是我和男友去利園樓下間超市買了支德國JB出的Riesling。先說支Riesling, 十分容易入口, 而且亦很甜! 雖然沒有太多after taste, 不過以$100有找的價值, 這樣的質素簡直超值。餐廳位於新會道尾的一棟舊式住宅樓宇1樓, 感覺很私房菜。餐廳面積很細, 建議先打電話預約。我們點了6款蠔以及2隻cherry stones, 那裡的kumamoto海水味比較重, 不過幾新鮮。當中最好的的來自africa的蠔, 好甜好creamy。至於maxico的就麻麻了, 雖然很大隻不過味道很普通。當晚餐廳有幾款的蠔做買1送1, 而且還有幾款set, 價錢比散叫應該化算點(散叫平均每隻$40~$50)。食完蠔後點了一碟green salad ($70), 蠔湯 ($50), garlic bread ($30), 大蝦意粉($180) 和焦糖蛋。green salad 的菜很新鮮, 而且隔水隔得好, 兩款sauces亦不錯

食完蠔後點了一碟green salad ($70), 蠔湯 ($50), garlic bread ($30), 大蝦意粉($180) 和焦糖蛋。green salad 的菜很新鮮, 而且隔水隔得好, 兩款sauces亦不錯。蠔湯夠濃, 很鮮甜, 值得一試。Garlic bread即叫即做, 熱騰騰的沒有太多的牛油或garlic, 連平時不愛吃garlic bread的我都忍不了吃了兩塊。大蝦意粉一上碟已經有陣陣鮮蝦味, 和其他配料抄得剛剛好, 不會太乾亦不太淋, 比一般SOHO店好吃得多, 有酒店級的水準呢!!

最後甜品, 我本想吃心太軟但男友決定要點焦糖蛋。焦糖蛋本身味道不錯, 可惜我喜歡比較凍或比較熱的甜品, 室溫甜品就麻麻了。

總括而言這是間有水準有心機的西餐廳, 看其他人推介它的羊鞍, 下次一定要再去試試看。唯一缺點是餐廳面積較細, 台與台之間比較迫。

Tucked away in a truly hidden location is Su Casa - your house. Tucked away in a truly hidden location is Su Casa - your house. This place took me awhile to find (physically and online), but I felt it was worth the work.

Went there for dinner on June 09 with a my girlfriend and family, we ordered the oyster set (as recommended), two dishes of Foie Gras pasta, and two dishes of the Lamb Rack and to finish off we all shared a 心太软 and pineapple sorbet.

The oyster set was great value for money! A glass of wine, and plenty of oysters to go around for only $380?! We also noticed the two-for-one happy hour that is offered everyday - we'll definitely be returning to try that. The oysters were pretty solid, nothing fantastic, but reasonably fresh and good value for money. The wine was a little too light for my taste, but it complemented the oysters well.

I was really looking forward to their signature pasta, and it had all the right trappings for a great dish. It had the heavy aroma of mushrooms mixed in with the richness of foie gras, but for me it just missed the target. It was a little bland, and even the generous portion of foie gras could not save it. Perhaps tonight was an off night?

The lamb rack (we all shared) was cooked well, but again a little under-seasoned. The seasonal vegatables that accompanied it were again, solid, but nothing special.

Dessert was a nice surprise. The pineapple sorbet was refreshing with just the right sweetness. I liked how it was stuffed into the pineapple whose fruity flesh it came from. The chocolate cake was well done as well. But its difficult to do that badly!

All in all an enjoyable meal. It definitely did not blow me away, but the setting and service was great, and food solid. I will head back, and would recommend it, just hold your expectations down and you might be pleasantly surprised!

食完第一round海水味都較溫和既生蠔,我地又叫老闆娘幫我地上第二round,o黎round我地要求要重海水味生蠔。一樣啦,今次係另一位女待應先介紹下d生蠔先,都係由最右果邊食起,第一款叫South Pacific,來自Australia,一食落去,嘩!! 好濃既海水味,同第一round果D簡直無得比,我同公主都好喜歡海水味重既生蠔。第二款同第三款分別叫Coffin Bay同Tasmanian,同是來自澳洲,一樣好重海水味,超正!! 個靚仔待應話依家澳洲係冬天,果邊d蠔當造,所以會好味d。佢重話今晚入左隻叫Sydney Rock,亦來自澳洲,好有金屬味。第四款(即最左邊)就係Sydney Rock啦,非常的骰,但食左佢先知佢並非好蝦,初初湧出勁濃海水味,最後金屬味出場,圍繞哂整個口腔,有種麻痺既感覺,我同女朋友都覺得好神奇,哈哈!! 最後係來自法國既Fine De Special,可能因為隻Sydney Rock太堅啦,所以食Fine De Special時感得無咩特別,只知好新鮮!!


由於我地意猶未盡,所以要再每人追加兩隻全場最濃味既生蠔,不過我忘記左幫佢地影大特寫。我地order左White Pearl同Gillardeau,同是來自France。我地先食White Pearl,不過無咩驚喜,之後食Gillardeau,女朋友話我反應好大,
係真的,我覺得隻蠔d味好好好誇張,第一,蠔身係最大既一隻,好肥美好有口感,第二,超新鮮,第三,海水味濃郁,第四,creamy,第五after-taste既甜味好長久,感覺好複雜,好難忘,我覺得Gillardeau絕對係殿堂級數!!


食完生蠔,我地order了一個蠔湯,哈哈,又係蠔呀,因為我真係好鍾意食蠔
。間餐廳d服務真係唔錯,主動幫我地分了兩碗,又細心甘解答我地有關生蠔貨源既問題(其實我既目標係要開蠔Bar,乘機做定功課先),加哂分啦!! 個蠔湯有好香濃既蠔味,好味又好特別!!

飲完湯後就吃了一道pasta,叫鴨肝野菌扁意粉,好味但比較“溜”,而且幾油膩下,要一個人食哂就有難度了,好在我地兩個人share食。 最後我地仲order了甜品“朱古力心太軟”,不太甜,正!! 食完後有種好好好滿足既感覺。

我地埋完單後,個靚仔侍應送我地搭lift,派了兩張咭片俾我地,其中一張係Casa Fina,仲同我地講個promotion延長至7月,所以我地計劃7月尾去Casa Fina度試。

5) fine de special (法國) x 2 (買1送1,hk$40/2隻)
-食友話ok啦

6) pan fried crab cake w/cocktail sauce x 2 (@hk$90)
-呢個好有蟹嘅鮮味,所以都唔多洗點旁邊嘅sauce,肉質喺好1絲絲集埋1齊,而唔喺啖啖肉嗰隻
-無裡面無嘜點溝其他嘢,所以質地會比較軟身,但就啖啖都喺蟹肉,無花巧,無取巧
-大家都好鍾意,所以食完1個之後再encore多個

7) razor clam x 3 (@hk$60)
-好大隻,上枱時就聞到好香呀...........
-有彈性

8) baked escargot x 2 (@hk$80)
-薯蓉好香牛油味,隻田螺熱辣辣,回味
-所以食咗1客之後,反正唔夠分,所以叫多1客

9) us manila clams in basil white wine sauce (hk$140)
-sorry張相out out哋focus,因嗰度幾暗吓
-煮得剛剛熟,所以好嫩亦甜

10) oyster soup x 3 (@hk$50)
-中"杰"身,亦有蠔味,不過裡面無蠔肉
-但大家口味並非1致,部份食友就喜歡另外嘅紅椒魚湯
-我就話2個各有特色,但我就會投呢個1票

11) red bell pepper fish soup x 3 (@hk$50)
-呢個質地同上面嘅蠔湯差唔多
-鮮味普通,但個味道就喺同蠔湯/其他熱門嘅湯款截然不同
-以前喺佢大坑嘅舖飲過,不過嗰時喺用海鮮,濃味d,aftertaste亦好強,所以覺得呢個遜色d

12) 蒜蓉包 (hk$30)
-上枱時,食友們萬眾期待咁,但竟然佢地話最普通嘅1味包就整得唔多好食
-我就無食到

13) risotto w/black truffle (hk$180)
-幾有菇味,個飯帶有硬性,好有咬口,但又唔喺好硬,難得

14) linguini w/duck liver et wild mushroom x 2 (@hk$150)
-意粉亦有al dente.........有肝味,但喺姐妹店食過,更濃肝味,所以呢個可以更濃
-再encore嘅第2碟嘅肝味就大大-少,還是第1碟好d

15) aust grain fed pork rack bone-in (hk$200)
-so far我都好似未試過有咩餐廳嘅厚切嘅豬扒喺ok,咩黑豚豬都唔掂,"鞋"/實到飛起........不過好可能喺我唔肯比$$$$啫.........hahahaha
-呢個肉質好鬆,亦見佢白晳晳色,食其原味,很也不錯

16) chilean sea bass w/fish sauce (hk$180)
-sorry張相out out哋focus
-好厚肉,煎出嚟嘅效果足証時間掌握得好好,絶對無老到,保到juicy,又無腥味
-魚肉1瓣瓣,嫩,又結實,gd

17) aust rack of lamb (@hk$240)
-煎得好靚,中間仲有嫩粉紅色,所以1定無老到
-我連芥末/薄荷啫喱都無用到,淨食原味
-只喺無咩"so"味啫.........呢點差咗d

18) us prime rib eye steak (@hk$260)
-唔"un",但好牛嘅食友就覺得牛味未夠

19) tiramisu (hk$50)
-可以啦

20) creme brulee x 4 (@hk$50)
-不愧喺該店之寶,面夠脆,蛋夠滑
-本來叫咗3個都唔夠,追+1個

21) warm chocolate pudding x 5 (@hk$55)
-本來叫3個,甜魔嘅食友又點會夠呢.......+追咗2個
-個流漿度都夠,雪糕亦唔錯

* 之後仲喺呢度食埋外來嘅朱古力蛋糕(呢晚嘅真正主角........下1篇就會介紹)...........呢個構思(1石2鳥)雖然喺我諗出嚟,但都好多謝另外2位攪手先可以集夠10人試到咁多嘢..........好多謝你哋嘅幫忙........咁先成事

* 當晚嘅服務亦好好.........只喺出主菜嘅速度真喺好慢.........令食友有少少鼓噪

* 店員好留意食物安全,見我哋食完第1round生蠔,要食熱食.......就同我哋換晒d碟.......當知道我哋食食吓熱食,又會食第2round生蠔,都不厭其煩同我講: "記緊食完第2round之後,叫我哋換碟",仲要我提埋其他食友

I know I have been talking about oysters very frequently because I love oysters and tonight I can finally do a review on one of my favorite oyster places in Hong Kong: Su Casa Chilean Oyster Bar. The restaurant itself is not huge in size but it has a cozy environment with a contemporary decor. Please take note that during peak hours, it can get abit noisy but, hey, this is not a hotel establishment, it is a boutique style restaurant which can provide you a great down-to-earth dinning experience, at least that's how I feel.

Tonight I went for dinner at Su Casa with two oyster-loving friends to take advantage of their occasional 2-for-1 oysters special. We started with a (1) Oyster Selections - approx. 24 oysters in total, (2) Risotto w/ Scallop in Squid Ink Sauce, (3) Linguine w/ Duck liver & wild Mushroom & (4) Warm Chocolate Pudding.

(1) Oyster Selections
The following were the oysters we ordered with Sea Whelk: South Africa Langebaan, South Africa Rocks, Scottish Gigas, French Fine de Special & Australia Tasmania. [in the order of flavor strength] A total of 24 delicious oysters were eaten, leaving behind smiles on our faces. I have to be honest though, it is really hard to review oysters because it really depends what tickle your taste buds. In my opinion, the key factors are: freshness, flavor in terms of salty or not, texture wise creamy or not and the richness (or sweetness) of the oyster flavor. I personally prefer lightly flavored oysters which are creamy. For the oysters we ordered, most of them were to our liking except for the Australia Tasmania which were creamy but extremely salty as informed by staff (Monica) while ordering. Although it was salty, I have to say that if you try to eat /chew this oyster slowly in your mouth, you would find the taste / flavor to vary abit. It was an interesting oysters to try but it was too salty for my taste bud. Those who prefer their oysters more salty / "sea water taste," do give this a try.

(2) Risotto w/ Scallop in Squid Ink Sauce
This was the first time I try their risotto and it was surprising well prepared. Texture wise it was not as sticky / creamy compared with those from La Taverna, but still very good. Somehow I always consider squid ink (and its resulting dishes) to be tasteless but the way they prepared it added some flavors to the dish. Perhaps the addition wild mushrooms elevated the flavor of the whole dish. O o o o almost forgot about the scallops which were huge and tender, very fresh indeed. I would be pretty happy with the dish without the scallops actually. A thumbs up dish overall!

(3) Linguine w/ Duck liver & wild Mushroom
One of my favourite dishes at this place. Al dente linguine with good quality duck liver was diced up along with wild mushrooms. It tickled my taste bud for sure. However, the dish tonight was abit too rich maybe due to the very fatty duck liver used. In any case, it was a very filling dish indeed. I think the use of linguine for this dish was a smart choice because of the variations of textures among the ingredients such as the semi-chewy mushrooms and the soft duck liver. Also, I think more wild mushroom would better balance the flavors of this dish.

(4) Warm Chocolate Pudding (Molten Chocolate Cake)
I think there is room for improvement for this dessert. Although there was molten chocolate sauce coming out of the cake / pudding once you cut it open, the layer for the cake was too thick. Too much chewing was required. Flavor wise the chocolate sauce was not too rich or sweet which was good.

Likes:
* Fair selection of oysters
* Good / friendly service
* Well prepared pasta dish (linguine)
* Cozy environment

Dislikes:
* Lighting too dim
* Music a bit too loud
* Abit noisy during peak hours (as expected)

扒蘇格蘭蟶子皇($60x3)-巨型蟶子燒得鮮脆爽口,不需多加調味已很好吃;而且捱過漫長有得睇無得食的生蠔頭陣,終於有食物落肚的感覺良好!
 
白酒香草美國蜆($140)-除了怕食生蠔,任何太鮮的海鮮我也抗拒,原理同有人怕食太甜太漏一樣;因此這款十分鮮嫩肥美的酒煮蜆,不適合我卻正中嗜鮮一族的口味。
 
香煎蟹餅($90x2)-對我而言鮮味的最佳演繹就是蟹餅,鮮味少少已經足夠;這裡出品蟹肉不算豐富,質感也太鬆散,但以此價位也算值得一吃,伴碟沙律也清新,當晚也encore了份。
 
香草焗田螺($80x2)-焗得香口不油,味道不錯,但與蟹餅比較定價似乎太高。
 
蒜茸包($30)-一上檯即傳來濃烈香氣,可惜只是美味假象,實情是麵包沒有蒜香又不脆,麻麻地。
 
蠔湯($50x3)-份量不大、質感濃厚但蠔味依稀,其實更似濃郁的薯仔湯。
 
智利紅甜椒魚湯($50x3)-對紅椒興趣一般,還好味道不太濃烈,反而魚湯鮮香味更突出,加上橙紅色澤幾可亂龍蝦湯,作為廚師推介也算有理。
 
黑松露意大利飯($180)-份量精緻的意大利飯口感正宗不錯,濃郁的黑松露口味也算吸引,但多吃會很漏,吃這味個人還是最推介oliva di oliva加入露筍的清新平衡版本。
 
鴨肝野菌扁意粉($150x2)-當然沒有錯過名物,果然鴨肝味香馥濃郁美味,我只嫌扁意粉口感微偏生;再encore第2個扁意粉口感較好,不過醬汁又不如首個濃郁。
 
澳洲穀飼有骨豬扒($200)-吃完意粉,來到超漫長接近一小時的等待,才到主菜上場,首上的豬柳色澤粉紅可人,肉質也嫩就是調味偏淡,引不出香口惹味感覺。
 
智利鱸魚柳($180)-超厚身的鱸魚既鮮又嫩,簡簡單單已經很好食,而且定價相宜,十分推介!
 
澳洲羊鞍($240)-粉紅色的羊架肉質嫩滑且汁,加上甜甜的mint jelly挺好吃,個人認為再騷點會更出色。
 
美國特級肉眼扒($260)-牛味不算很濃,但勝在肉質細緻柔嫩無根,以非扒房出品也能收貨了。
 
法式燉蛋($50x4)-其實一早就要求提早上甜品,不過店方很原則,要我們吃完主菜才肯搬出我的主菜。大大個creme brulee實在令人心花怒放,不過部分燉蛋不夠細滑,部分就焦糖不夠薄脆,總之未能盡善盡美。
 
意大利芝士餅($50)-大大份又層次分明的外表很誘人,但一吃就知靈魂部分的mascarpone不香不滑,浸有芳香酒味的lady finger也無法補救。
 
朱古力心太軟($55x5)-除了自備的蛋糕,我全晚最期待就是這項,還多番貪心要求加大雪糕,很慶幸店方做足要求,而且雪糕奶味濃郁幼滑很好吃;不過心太軟本身朱古力味未算很濃,反而牛油味更重,蛋糕外層也較實,雖流心但味道一般,我吃了兩個就收手了。
 
當晚我們還準備了Awfully chocolate的蛋糕,店方為我們精心插上精緻生日牌及漂亮蠟燭,但其實座上無人生日,那一刻場面都幾搞笑的!

 
最後想講服務有禮又細心,只是上菜太慢扣了點分;雖然我不覺這裡很適合慶祝紀念日,不過也算是兩口子拍拖好地方,也會有興趣去拜訪妹店Casa Fina。更多圖可見:http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=84046&id=625718234

Su Casa這陣子星期日至星期三生蠔買一送一,為食師父見大好時機,又記起新鮮生蠔的美味及Garry, Monica 的熱情好客,心血來潮便打電話給Monica,準備大快朵頤。多得Monica,本來Su Casa訂座已經滿座,都可以給我一張枱與女友品嚐美味。和很多支持Su Casa 和Casa Fina 的客人一樣,為食師父第一次幫襯Garry 和Monica是在Mi Casa。相信到過Mi Casa,Su Casa及Casa Fina的人,都會有賓至如歸的感覺。他們倆口子招呼客人,又熱情,又親切。舉例說,原來Monica將客人的手機都輸入了店內的電話,以至一打電話訂位,她便能叫出你的名字,一見面,Monica便認得為食師父和女友。又例如,Garry 很多時候都會請叫了蠔盤的客人喝白酒。這種貼心的服務,每一位到過他們店子的人,都會深深感受到。其實叫為食師父在Openrice為Su Casa 又或是Casa Fina的服務評分,十分困難,因為只得5分滿分。其實一如其名,到這裡好像到了家一樣親切,所以如果他們的服務用100分評分,為食師父是一定會給100分的。因此,不論評分高低,Casa

今次買一送一,所以為食師父也試了不少種蠔,花費又不多,真抵。

第一張相:
South Pacific - 這蠔為食師父和女友都非常喜歡,但Monica 卻覺得牠比較醎。其實這種蠔鮮味稍欠,但為食師父與女友情有獨鍾。 8.5 分
Fine de Special - 實在太完美了,海水味與鮮味美妙的平衡。 10 分
Utah Beach - 是為食師父與女友喜歡的類型,但不比前兩種突出。 8 分
Fine de Claire - 在"大佬"面前,"細佬"真的被比下去了。 8 分

第二張相:
Irish Gigas - 味道不錯,可惜略淡 7分
South Pacific
Fine de Special
Isighy - 比較creamy的類型,口感頗佳 7分
Black Pearl - 重逢的朋友(見在下為Casa Fina寫的食評)http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1978983,威脅到Fine de Special 的皇者地位 9.5 分

其他菜式包括
蠔湯 - 龍蝦湯很多地方都有,但Su Casa和 Casa Fina的蠔湯,別的地方不易找到,亦沒有這裡的鮮味 8分
蟹餅 - 雖然份量較少,但啖啖肉,絶無欺場 7 分
澳洲穀飼豬扒,這次師傅煎得比較健康,香味稍欠,但肉質依然鮮嫩得很 7 分

為食師父來到Su Casa,都會帶著喜悅和滿足的心情離開。值得一提的是,本來為食師父想吃 Coffin Bay, 但 Monica 說來貨肉質不好,雖然看上去無問題,但肉質不夠新鮮,所以今次沒有提供。

Garry 和 Monica 待客如此熱情專業,別的地方真的找不到。

為了三週年紀念想給太太一頓浪漫的晚餐, 本來想去Four Season食西餐, 但因太太喜歡食蠔, 有同事向我推介這間oyster bar. 所以便去試試....我本身在利園返工, 但係都好難先搵倒這間餐廳, 而且樓下仲好殘舊, 我太太仲問我帶她去什麼地方….走進餐廳內, 裝修像家庭式樓上舖, 地方很細. 不太適合慶祝浪漫的週年紀念,實在有點失望!!看見太太沒甚面部表情己心知不妙...心想但願食物及服務搭夠.我倆叫了二人餐, 沒有抱很大期望, 但通常做得套餐, 都會將招牌菜放在套餐內. 應該不會太差. 生蠔跟甜品都不俗,但主菜一般.雖然價錢不太貴,但我覺得很不值, 因為很多餐廳也比這裡好吃. 還有,不知為何當晚不是很多客人, 但上菜的速度很慢, 員工甚至主管(我想她應該是主管,因她沒穿制服)的態度也不甚親切, 我想這裡的老闆也不是太有熱誠做這行, 否則怎會這樣...? 嗰晚我太太不太滿意我的安排, 最後都要同佢去多一次FOUR SEASON補番數. 後來將此經歷告訴向我推介這店的同事,他才告知原來有另一分店在Henry House, 他說Henry House的環境及服務都比這裡

他說可能此店換了老細才會這樣!! 激氣!! 我下次會到Henry House試試的. 至於這間
Su Casa, 我想沒下次了.也絕對不會介紹給朋友!
