一直都對這所餐廳耳有所聞,想試很久,這天放工便與友人試試。大約8點到達,人頗多但幸好剛到便有空位。與其說是餐廳,其實更象一間酒吧,餐廳內一律使用高身枱櫈,在側邊有半開放式吧枱,本是一個很好的設計,但由於另一邊便是後街,大大影響餐廳內衛生程度。我和友人都選擇了classic漢堡以及鴨油薯條,在講買之後才知道還有secret menu可以選擇,我們都後悔不已。大約等了15分鐘食物便來了。面包經過烤烘入口啖啖焦香,口感鬆軟。牛肉熟度適當,肉汁豐富。漢堡整體不俗,但亦沒有特別出色的地方。反觀薯條有驚喜,鴨油令薯條更香,粗身海鹽調味恰當,令我們一試難忘。

我和友人都選擇了classic漢堡以及鴨油薯條,在講買之後才知道還有secret menu可以選擇,我們都後悔不已。大約等了15分鐘食物便來了。

面包經過烤烘入口啖啖焦香,口感鬆軟。
牛肉熟度適當,肉汁豐富。
漢堡整體不俗,但亦沒有特別出色的地方。
反觀薯條有驚喜,鴨油令薯條更香,粗身海鹽調味恰當,令我們一試難忘。

呃~行過幾次,都見好多人係到排隊,今日見冇乜人,終於入咗去試吓。見到有個Secret menu,咁就好打咗佢個Fish burger。老實講,我不嬲食魚,唔新鮮嘅就會嘔。我朋友仲話,你得唔得架,我心諗,鬼佬野應該新鮮呱。等左十分鐘,個burger係熱辣辣嘅,食咗兩啖,我就同個朋友講,不如交換食啦,舊魚真係唔得。我朋友嗰個普通burger原來真係好普通。啲肉剪到好熟,又乾又硬,真係唔係好得。其實真係唔會有下次。

慕名已久,前兩日星期二與友人7點前去到,好彩閒日不用等位。坐位都係Bar 台高凳,好大機會近距離對住陌生人進餐。如果你想舒舒服服慢慢嘆晚餐甚至係約會,對唔住呢到唔岩你。但如果你同我一樣都係burger lover 咁就真係搵岩地方。Burger 選擇唔多,除左classic 之外有幾款,但要scan 個QR code或試官網先睇到,我同友人都係食classic burger.但已經十分之好食.Dry aged Aussie black Angus beef 做主打,就算係classic burger $100 但配料都十足.(一值食開burger 都覺得classic burger 淨係得包扒得少少菜蕃茄)但呢到有埋cheddar cheese, bacon,還有特製sauce. Dry aged Burger 扒 medium 非常juicy ,(食到爆哂汁是常識吧)肉味非常香濃,而且season 得好好,芝士半溶加埋香脆煙肉。五星級享受。咁juicy 咁好食integrate得咁好真係冇咩邊幾間拍得住。$100絕對值回票價。粗薯條用鴨油炸係香d我覺得係幾夾,而且用粗鹽夠哂味(可能有

但呢到有埋cheddar cheese, bacon,還有特製sauce. Dry aged Burger 扒 medium 非常juicy ,(食到爆哂汁是常識吧)肉味非常香濃,而且season 得好好,芝士半溶加埋香脆煙肉。五星級享受。咁juicy 咁好食integrate得咁好真係冇咩邊幾間拍得住。$100絕對值回票價。
粗薯條用鴨油炸係香d我覺得係幾夾,而且用粗鹽夠哂味(可能有人覺得薯條好咸,但係如果食薯條配咁濃味既burger ,如果薯條唔夠咸,就比個burger 蓋過哂)我覺得佢既薯條勝過不少漢堡店的。
要彈既唯一係餐飲選擇小,得汽水啤酒,以及bourbon而且選擇不少,可惜冇milkshake,本人覺得咁好食既burger 如果有埋一杯製作認真既milkshake 就真係一百分。
最後講講服務,半自助式運作其實service冇咩好講。但魔鬼總在細節內。收銀個位外國人,絕對係big friendly guy ,十分友善,令我們喜出望外,因為相比前兩日去中環食burger Circus既高傲的外國人待應簡直係天堂與地獄。
呢到食burger絕對係五星級之選.

Had very high expectations. but the moment i took a bite of the burger, I was very very disappointed.  The pattie was hard and it was tasteless, totally tasteless. So tempted to skip over to Burger King which has better tasting burger.  The fries weren't bad but they won't special either. The bread was actually alright but thats abit it. The only thing that was good is the ice cream float. Can't say anymore, just disappointed.

叫左Classic Burger& Double Happiness,
Classic Burger :包身又暖又脆,牛肉好厚,燒得夠嫩滑多汁,medium岩岩好,食落仲有陣炭燒味(8.5/10)
Double Happiness:係Classic Burger既double size,個包身係烘多士,裡面仲夾左塊芝士,又香又脆,牛肉亦多左一塊,依然係非常juicy,如果要一個人食哂佢可能會有啲吃力,因為都幾heavy,但又真係幾好食,果陣香烤既味道令人念念不忘!(9/10)

Burger是用Dried Aged Black Angus Beef,連我平時慣性食唔晒一個burger都可以KO一整個,講緊唔係因為佢好好味,係因為佢個size實在太迷你
食既時候其實好lei hea,首先本人個咀太細,冇可能一口咬倒佢包-芝士-肉-蕃茄-再包,而且佢啲汁加油實在太澎湃,一咬已經流到周圍係,但其實塊肉係冇咩肉味,絕對唔值呢個價

went here around 3pm on weekdays, right after the rush lunch hour, so there was plenty of seatswhen it's lunch hour, the place is always packed with foreigners the menu was extremely simple cuz they provide very few choices: burger, duck fat fries and a few kinds of drinksthe simplicity saved me a lot of time choosing what to eat, and, I have always think it's better for a restaurant to specialize in making really delicious food rather than making loads of bad foodI was alone so I just ordered 1

as I was observing this little black place, it was cheerful to see the staffs we're enjoying their work

waiting for I guess around 7-10 mins? the burger arrived

they don't provide forks but knives only, I think they want people to stick to the authentic way of eating burgers with hands, if that's so I would be very pleased to see their insistence in food culture


the buns we're warm and soft on the outside and a bit too crunchy on the inside in fact, the taste of cheese didn't stand out as much as all the other components, the sauce was fine

the star of the burger, the beef patty has a very nicr rich beefy taste, but, it was a bit rough, not as tender as I have expected, it seems to be made of pure beef
which is good, but my liking is more of nice tender patty

it was fair overall, but it s quite pricy, I would prefer saving the money to try out more restaurants

唔知係咪仲有好多人放緊假,今日居然有大把位坐。由於有位同事想試好耐,最後一行3人入咗去坐低。以環境黎講,間嘢好啱人黎Happy Hour,但一班人黎食lunch,坐嗰方面就麻麻地。間嘢除咗burger同薯條,就無其他食物可以叫。我哋每人1個burger,1罐可樂,share 包薯條。一心以為$100個包起碼都要有番咁上下份量同質數啦,不過真係希望越高失望越大 咬第一啖,滴咗好多汁出黎,不過只係醬汁而唔係肉汁,食唔出應有既juicy,仲帶點dry。薯條無乜特別,比較鹹,搞到我可以清晒罐可樂。食完之後,最大既感覺係唔值呢個價。

一心以為$100個包起碼都要有番咁上下份量同質數啦,不過真係希望越高失望越大

咬第一啖,滴咗好多汁出黎,不過只係醬汁而唔係肉汁,食唔出應有既juicy,仲帶點dry。
薯條無乜特別,比較鹹,搞到我可以清晒罐可樂。
食完之後,最大既感覺係唔值呢個價。

近期對 Burger 產生濃厚興趣, 想試出那裡是香港最高素質的漢堡包店, 於是便到處了解後逐一親自試食品嘗, 其中一間是 The Butchers Club Burger。店內地方不大, 約可坐上最多不足30人, 老外本地人各佔一半, 是自助賣買形式, 有空位便坐下, 因人氣高企下午時段相常旺場, 有食客要坐在外巷位置。到此必是食漢堡包, 要了Burger ($100) 及 Duck Fat Fries ($20)。漢堡包比想像中細, 試食後有些失望, 入口感覺非常油膩, 印像中是至今食過最多油的漢堡包, 基本每一口食下去都有油滲出, 麵包是不俗跟一般的不同, 由名店Gregoire供應, 有一定的麵包香; 而牛肉是用dry aged 的黑安格斯牛肉, 同樣有肉味及一定的肉汁, 但油膩感蓋過一切。至於薯條更差, 外表像番炸多次一樣, 可能用上鴨油炸, 入口同樣非常油膩, 可能漢堡包迷喜歡, 只是筆者不懂欣賞, 食一半已放棄。口味各有不同, 有人喜歡多油, 同樣有人喜歡少油, 漢堡包一向是筆者的美食, 但多油食物真的不太接受。

漢堡包比想像中細, 試食後有些失望, 入口感覺非常油膩, 印像中是至今食過最多油的漢堡包, 基本每一口食下去都有油滲出, 麵包是不俗跟一般的不同, 由名店Gregoire供應, 有一定的麵包香; 而牛肉是用dry aged 的黑安格斯牛肉, 同樣有肉味及一定的肉汁, 但油膩感蓋過一切。

呢間漢堡包店地方細細,人頭湧湧,長期有人等位,我哋好彩去到無耐已經有位。餐牌很簡單,只有最basic的漢堡包,但另外藏有secret menu,會多幾款選擇。我哋揀了一個最普通的包和一個secret menu的包(唔記得個名),兩款味道都唔錯!當然,來自secret menu嗰款包的材料豐富好多,除了有漢堡牛扒,仲有豬扒、煙肉、芝士等等,口感豐富,很juicy亦很惹味。雖然價錢並唔便宜,但味道來講,算係物有所值。另外,仲叫了一杯雲呢嗱飲品配雪糕,做法類似「黑牛」咁,飲落去味道就似「沙士」,可以幫手解下渴。整體來講,呢間餐廳的漢堡包味道好,值得一試,但環境好迫,而且音樂都幾大聲,唔太適合坐低慢慢食同傾謁。

Having read so many reviews of this burger shop and the beautiful pictures on their food, we looked forward to get some real good burgers in this shop.

On the menu hanging on the wall, there is only one choice for burger.  Although I knew that they had a secret recipe, I wanna try their most original form of burger first.  It took around 10 min. for the food to come after we ordered [a burger ($100), duck fat fries ($20) and drink ($20)].

It was a great disappointment to us.  The burger looked good in the picture, but it was VERY SMALL in real.  The whole burger was small and the patty was not thick at all! According to their description in the website, their patties are made of dry-aged  black Angus beef.  Hoever, we didn't feel any special about it.  The meat did not have rich flavor...To me, it's just similar to Triple O or some normal burger joints.

The duck fat fries were even disastrous.  They also looked well in the box.  But when we picked them out, they were all soggy and soft and were TASTELESS.  I didn't see anything good of using the duck fat except giving it an oily coating.

When we paid $100 for a burger, we expect something more in terms of quality.  Yes, I did see many gweilos eating here, making it a hip eateries or making an impression that it's an authentic burger joint.  Unfortunately, I didn't see anything good on their food, their price and their service.  Never will I come again.

Been wanting to try this place out for awhile and never got to it till recently. Very packed when we arrived at 8pm which is ok. For a burger joint I don't mind the crowd. It's free seating so if you're with a friend you can have one wait for a seat while you order.

As I have been told by friends, you should arrive early if you want the stuff on the secret menu. By the time I got their they already sold out their The Hogtown Burger. I heard that one is THE burger to try since they used Dry Aged Beef. Alas, it's not meant to be. 

Instead I got the WuTang and the classic house burger along with duck fat fries. I kinda regret not getting the Double Happiness as I saw other people munching down on that huge delicious looking burger. 

The wait wasn't bad, took us around 10mins to get an open seat and another 10mins for our food to arrive. 

When it arrived we weren't disappointed! The patties were nice, thick and juicy. The cheese was nicely melted. The WuTang was very tasty as the kimchi and the yam complimented the burger really well. The house burger was tasty as well if you're the type that likes your burger old fashioned style. 

The duck fat fries were very good. I've had bad experience with duck fat fries before at the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse where I actually asked for a redo and it still came out a fail. These were totally not the case, very tasty, crispy but had a nice bite to it. I highly recommend it. 

Washed it all down with a nice cold beer. Good food, good times. 

Just wished they had the Hogtown when I was there. But I'll definitely come back again. It's not a cheap place for a burger ($120-160 just for the burger), however, this is more on the gourmet burger side and if you're craving for a good burger, Butcher's Club hits the spot!

吃慣了漢堡牛肉的話,這款 Hamburguesa ($180) 必然令你有種耳目一新的感覺。漢堡肉今次特別用上西班牙黑毛豬肉、西班牙辣肉腸和煙肉混合製成,入口香辣惹味,配以羊奶芝士、榲桲醬、蕃茄橄欖醬和小菠菜之後,更加是如虎添翼,味道更上一層樓。
