As the name suggests, the Continental takes its inspiration primarily from European-style dining. The interior has a charming flair and is tastefully furnished with spacious seating. The menu looks up to date with the latest global food trends and offers a good balance of American and European, indulgent and everyday, while taking care of the health conscious. Baby Spinach and Gorgonzola / Wagyu Beef Cheek and Sirloin
Salad was fresh and I was pleased with the choice of cheese. Would have hoped for a slightly larger portion but as part of a set I suppose this was fair. The beef cheek was pretty standard and the sirloin was good. Nothing spectacular though.
Seared Sea Scallops $160
The scallops were well presented and turned out to be pretty tasty and tender, but again, nothing spectacular here.
Ginger Cheesecake (part of the set)
Apparently this was very disappointing.
The best turned out to be the bread. It was genuine “continental” bread.
