I noticed that Waffills had changed their menu, I finally decided to give it a try. When it first opened, they had weird flavored waffles that were savory like curry. And the  sweet ones didn't look interesting. So, I gave it a pass. But today I walked by and saw they discarded the weird savory waffles and the uninteresting sweet ones for waffles only focused on the sweet waffles. 每次去開呢頭都想食呢度嘅窩夫好耐, 但因為每次都好飽所以無機會食; 今日聖誕放假特登黎掃假, 預咗位要食埋窩夫先走, 但因為趕時間要take away係車食, 所以叫咗無雪糕嘅, 香蕉列日窩夫Banana Liege $38一塊, 比較厚身~佢地d窩夫係即叫即整, 所以都等咗少少耐, 但係值得, 因為外面仲係脆但唔會太乾身, 脆得黎又鬆軟, 朱古力醬唔會太甜所以唔溜, 配埋d香蕉好perfect好好味!!下次有機會會堂食, 相信配埋雪糕會更加好味~

Waffills Christmas night今日聖誕節 就跟將軍BB去完冬日美食節 就當然要去銅鑼灣睇下燈飾行下街 美食節後也飽飽的 行完皇室堡睇小丸子 希慎 就想吃點甜品 所以就提意到Waffills 食點甜品 店內不算大 大約容納到十個人左右 小小的木枱 跟高椅子 多數是二人座位 適合情侶老闆的是外國人 點餐時也是老闆寫單 用英語溝通也不錯的 餐單有中文有英文 不懂的指住餐單就可以了 聖誕的裝飾 及餐單也不同平時 黑板上可以畫畫 聖誕節快樂 看到別人的溫馨字句 聖誕過得不一樣 將軍bb 點了 Mocha coffee (cold$35) 朱古力混合咖啡 香濃咖啡味 配著朱古力 忌廉 算是不錯的 B9 香蕉 雪糕 加上窩夫 ($64) 窩夫 弄很很脆 很鬆軟 配上雪糕 一冷一熱的的在口內融化 意想不到的是窩夫內心不是厚實的麵粉 而是入口綿綿的 真的有別其他家的窩夫 雪糕只點了雀巢雪糕 味道分別不大 香蕉頗甜 加上忌廉等等 配在一起 完美的窩夫聖誕二人餐($98)會比較抵吃 不過bb他不愛飲熱飲二人餐有熱朱古力兩杯 窩夫 跟雪糕聖誕食甜品完美咁完結左一日

未食過咸的waffles所以特登試下試左牛肉個款店員推介的熱辣辣其實有d似pizza 味道唔係話好特別好好味同埋5、60蚊可以食個飯貪得意試下就算反而甜的似乎幾正下次可以試下！

喜歡嗜新，且認為新店做團購多以宣傳為主要目標，懂得營商的必會盡量做好質素，以作口啤！見Waffils 已開業一陣子，於低調團購站發售新口味窩夫－香烤雞肉窩夫，原價＄50現售＄30，聽來吸引，雖然只可以在平日換領，亦買了兩張試試。窩夫即點即做，等了若5分鐘，熱騰騰的烤雞咸窩夫方才到手，外賣包裝有心思，有招牌漂亮的長方紙盒，上方也撕開，然後露出窩夫享用，方便！窩夫新鮮製造，香軟味恰當，而餡料有雞肉、薯仔及洋蔥，全砌至細細粒，份量亦不少，可惜醬汁味道有些奇怪，見有白色饀料疑似沙律醬、黃色醬汁似咖哩，未知是否配合不當，味道有些甘苦、感覺有香料但辨不出，真是不討好，勉強吃完，但絕對不會重温。但也許只是咸點出錯，也許會再來試甜的。

Located at Leighton road, it is near central library and regal hotel. It is definitely amazing especially when you eat after a long day of studying. I ordered the Brussels belgium waffle, so you get to choose the ice-cream flavour, sauce and the type of fruit you want on the waffle. 講起來, 自己對窩夫是有一種情意結, 就算食甜品也會order窩夫, 一早知道cwb係個搵食天堂, 上網搵到呢間比利時既窩夫, 一於係去試下同平時食開d窩夫有咩分別多數食開都會係配雪糕, 但呢到竟然有配咖哩味既窩夫?! 咸味窩夫真係第一次見, 哈哈!!! 一入門口已經俾佢個皇牌深深吸引住......結果都係叫左呢款, 有機會再試會叫咸味窩夫店內唔係好多個位, 十幾個到, 好彩有位, 唔係又要等, 搵到張靠牆, 見張桌有少少污穢, 店員都樂意幫手執乾淨佢, 俾錢可以俾cash or 八達通, $68, 雪糕可以揀雲呢拿, 朱古力, 士多啤梨, 我揀左雲呢拿, 等左10分鐘左右就有得食, 係即叫即整既賣相好ok呀! 相機食完, 就輪到我開餐啦...比利時窩夫原來係比較少甜, 脆口同薄身d, 比起平時食開個d好厚既窩夫, 完全係兩回事, 一口窩夫配以雪糕, cream, 同水果, 真係好match!!! 食完都唔會好飽肚, 兩個人share來食, 唔會太full, 但價格偏貴左少少, 平日tea time原來有set($3~4x), 可惜我唔係港島番工, 與我無緣了

自咖X弄慘弄的經歷後，就一直想找找其他waffle店對比一下，男友在雜誌看到過這特色Belgian waffle小店，早已想來看看，但始終未有機會，今天本人剛巧到銅鑼灣來做treatments，就在兩個treatments中間的空檔特地過來嚐嚐它  因是下午三時多，店內並不多人，但店子本身不大，只有數張二人高枱，相信繁忙時段很快便會爆滿~因只有我一個人，不能一次吃得太多，故先點了特色的鹹waffle，選了Beef Guisado Waffill，即叫即製，上桌時，店主很細心，waffill本身已用紙盒裝著，但仍用紙巾墊著給我拿，還叮囑我要小心熱  撕開紙盒，的確整個waffill仍是熱騰騰的，小心咬開了一口，內裡隨即冒出煙來，餡料是墨西哥式的辣牛肉碎、薯仔粒、洋葱和芝士等混合而成，鹹、香、辣皆備，份量亦不少，充滿了整個waffill；而waffill外層厚薄適中，帶點硬脆，可惜欠缺一點蛋香~ 但整個配搭頗新鮮，可以再嚐 因本身沒有吃中午飯，故吃了一個鹹waffle仍有點意猶未盡，但再吃一個甜的Brussels waffle又實在有點吃力，看到它有個Liege waffle，比較傳

上一次去Via Tokyo的時候，留意到這裡很特別的waffle。除了一般的甜味waffle，還有BBQ pork, chicken satay等4款咸的選擇。這夜特地來試試。用紙盒裝著，方便外賣，吃起來也不會狼狽。waffle欠蛋香，少少硬的口感，中間放了餡料，少了實心waffle的那份鬆軟。而且近餡料的waffle呈淡白色，很粉，未熟透。點了沙嗲雞，餡料幾多，吃到很多雞肉，沒有沙嗲味，卻有點泰式咖哩味，味道可以。雖然很特別，但基本的waffle因放了餡料而被忽略了。下次可以試試原始的甜味waffle，才能看到實力。值得一讚是店員態度友善，笑容可嘉。

想食個tea又唔想甘飽？依到既窩夫岩哂「抹茶列日窩夫」$24份量有手掌甘大，即叫即整熱辣辣拎上手，窩夫入口鬆軟，蛋糕質地甘，抹茶味好足甜得黎帶點甘香，茶味較重，食到最後小小既澀會徘徊口腔一陣！比較出乎意料啊，效果好好即刻無甘膩

Waffill 已經係to-eat-list 一段時間，咁岩去開softree opening event 就食埋！Waffill係正via Tokyo 旁邊，多人都崩潰！但都無阻我想試咸waffle嘅心情！今次食左pulled pork waffle 。等左不陣就有得食！外觀好有特色，雖然係堂食，但係都係用盒仔裝好，比你自己撕開！Waffle 唔會太厚，都較脆身！豬肉好稔身唔會太老，仲有薯仔粒，少量青豆同芝士，但內面嘅饀可以再多d同咸d。其實夜晚十點幾枱枱都係食緊甜waffle,下次可以試下！
