第一次寫食評本身無諗住去呢間野到食，諗住去隔離上樓食野，點知樓上無位，見人地係門口食鐵板野，好香好吸引，所以就膽粗粗入黎試下野食係唔錯，好有中東特式，最緊要係發現有我最喜歡飲嘅irish coffee!正！而且呢間野環境幾唔錯，幾有特色，雖然啲音樂有少少嘈，整體黎講係幾舒服！(不過我唔記得影啲野食🤣)

Made a delivery order on foodpanda and the shakshouka arrived as a mere portion of scrambled eggs with pieces of red and green pepper, with no sign of any "flavoursome tomato sauce" which they had put in their description, and a small side of tahini sauce. Without knowing much about the area but in the mood for mediterranean cuisine, we picked Zooba for lunch on Sunday. The decor is beautiful inside but the atmosphere is more bar/party oriented and not so much for lively Sunday brunch. Smoking is allowed, the music was quite loud. For lunch atmosphere, we were the only ones there in an otherwise empty restaurant. As for the food...The vegetarian mezze was delicious and well worth it! Had a wonderful time with a girlfriend there for dinner. I just searched “Middle Eastern restaurant in TST” and there were 2 results - the other was Kennedy 7 PO - passed! At Zooba, staff were friendly, welcoming & food was delicious! Starters: Falafel (served with a Tahini sauce and some greens - nice texture (not dry! Well seasoned) Hummus served with Pita bread (Hummus had great texture but a bit bland - we added salt/lemon!)Main:We shared a Lamb Tagine & ordered a side (not included) of Pita

First attracted by their interior then realized they served shisha as well. Shisha on fleek on the first time, Wookah pipe they used. Thick smoke and strong flavour, charcoal was burnt evenly. First change of charcoal after 45 minutes.However, my subsequent visits were disappointing, the mixologist left the bar, leaving the shisha tasteless and choky. A 15-minute old shisha tasted like a burn-out. Requested for charcoal change and did not help, the Wookah should have helped but unfortunately it

近排經常食西餐，我都覺得悶悶地，難得星期日放假，不如就揾下其它餐廳，食下吾同菜式啦，免得老細向我投訴啦所以黎到酒吧街搵食🍻枱上有蠟燭燈裝飾，幾靚呀✨成舊卷既表面已經燒到乾乾地，硬硬地，入面有雞肉同飯，飯係一粒粒，吾係淋飯，雞肉不過不失，卷本身冇咩味道，所以沾少少酸辣汁，配埋橄欖一齊食好味好多，份量啱啱好我覺得味道算吾錯鍋入面係三文魚，要小心食魚，因為三文魚骨未處理好，魚吾會過熟，汁杰身，亦吾夠多，吾夠沾彩色餅皮，彩色餅皮上菜時仲熱，味道會吾會吾同？只有綠色果塊有香料嘅味道，其他幾塊差唔多其實我都唔知係乜嘢湯羅勒？綠色嗰啲嘅味道我係鍾意㗎，只不過湯實在太重香料，亦都好重胡椒粉味，所以飲咗三份一已經停手似乎今餐唔合老細口味唔緊要啦，新嘗試麻，我覺得味道還可以

夜晚諗住同朋友去寶勒巷飲野 於是乎我喺附近睇下有啲咩食Zooba bar裝橫富有強烈嘅東南亞特色，播住輕快嘅民謠音樂，而且仲有水煙 ！Hummus 鷹咀豆蓉+烤餅開頭就咁睇有啤似係腸仔😂食法係將佢好似醬咁搽係烤餅，味道幾特別幾香口，又唔會好濃味，配埋烤得香脆嘅烤餅一齊食，口感好match!Salad沙律菜好新鮮，食落好爽口鮮甜，加埋檸檬汁味道酸酸地好開胃，份量亦大份夠晒2個人食！芝士磨菇茄子飯飯同醬汁係分開食，裝嘅器皿都超得意！滿滿嘅芝士舖面，中層係熱騰騰嘅磨菇，底下仲有烤至軟滑嘅茄子，而飯粒係乾身粒粒分明，味道非常不我地水煙揀左青蘋果口味，甜甜地好清新，加埋舒服嘅氣氛，真係好relax!

It’s a beautiful place for Arabic appetizer and food lovers lot of choices for grill style food... and appetizers are very rich in taste and reasonable prices as compare to Hong Kong others Mediterranean restaurant.All the staff are very nice and cooperative.

尖沙咀既 Soho Tower 樓下附近不嬲都勁多特色餐廳，今次選左未食過既中東菜，而且環境佈置都超有氣氛，紅紅的燈光再上異國風情既桌面同餐具，真係置身中東既某一個國度咁。見好多人 happy hour 都入黎 Shisha ，但我和朋友對食物更有興趣，點了兩杯cocktail，分別係 luka killer 同 Cleopatra's Poison果然是地道有點烈又特別。食物方面，appetitzer 選了 Hummus with mushroom and Roas. 好地道既菜色豆蓉上面有調味過既蘑菇，用類似 naan 既扁包沾黎食。main course 就係 Egyptian mixed grilled for two, 原來埃及人既燒烤係特別啲，有雞扒，羊架，牛肉既腸，食得出唔係平時港式燒烤既做法，多左火既味道。值得一提，廁所分左男女廁，方便大家。

响寶勒巷做完嘢，同事話不如响附近飲杯野食晚飯，又好啫。 行過赫德道，見到呢間餐廳中門大開，望入去情調幾特別，原來係食中東菜嘅。中東菜對我嚟講好陌生，咁有緣，一於體驗吓。 因為未食過，都唔知叫咩菜式好，唯有睇餐牌介紹食物有咩材料、煮法、調味料方面嘅資訊嚟決定......據說阿拉伯地區盛產香料，因此中東菜比較多用香料。Shish Taouk前菜係雞肉串燒，伴有沙律菜同埋蒜蓉醬，沙律菜新鮮爽口，又好食。串燒雞肉有3件，由洋蔥、甜椒隔開，味道口感都唔錯主菜叫咗2人埃及燒烤拼盤，拼盤配有菜湯同中東碎米。店員教我哋將中東米撈勻，分放响碟上，試吓就咁食，個人覺得都係撈湯好食。個湯有紅蘿蔔、薯仔、黃芽白等蔬菜，好飲。Egyptian Mixed Grilled Platter for two燒烤拼盤有羊扒、雞胸、免治羊肉做的Kefta、羊肉香腸、薯角、蕃茄同雜菜沙律，加埋中東白芝麻醬。肉類用特殊香料醃過再燒烤，羊扒同羊肉香腸一啲都唔羶。飲品係熱情果特飲同Mojito，兩款都清新解渴，好飲喎。一邊聽音樂，一邊傾謁，歡樂時光好快過，一個唔錯嘅嚐新體驗。

又係去咗尖沙咀搵食，今次同同事收工去咗尖沙咀諗住relax下，見到呢間中東菜嘅bar restaurant。餐廳環境好靚仲有蠟燭係枱面！。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。呢度仲有好多款唔同嘅酒飲，不過我有啲唔舒服所以淨係叫咗一杯無酒精fruit punchhhh。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。呢度佢嘅主菜其實唔似平時食嘅意粉西餐，佢哋用一啲唔同嘅配搭作為主菜。例如好似呢個餐，上面會有一啲牛肉整成嘅肉丸，仲有好特別嘅腸仔，味道有啲似德國腸。仲有羊肉粒，感覺上都唔錯。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。Lamb shane呢個係我真係最推介嘅一道菜式！羊膝肉質軟熟，有羊肉個股味，真係好正

今晚口淡淡想吃一點特別一點的菜色，女朋友上網找到這家Zooba Bar & Grill，就來試試中東風味。餐廳環境裝潢獨特，以埃及紅色作為主題，燈光柔和，環境有情調，十分適合Happy Hour。餐牌選擇多樣，更有不少從來未見過的食物，今晚也抱冒險精神試一試，另外也有不同的特色cocktail。Niletini/Cleopatra's Poison女朋友點的Niletini，以尼羅河改編的Martini，特別地加入了青瓜在傳統的Martini之中，入口多了一份清新微甜。而我的Cleopatra's Poison以Tequilaequila及Pimm's No1作為底酒，故有琥珀的色澤，入口有水果輕輕的酸甜味。Hummus with Mushroom and Roasted Garlic with Pita Bread中東菜系最經典的前菜非Hummus莫屬，以鷹嘴豆打成沾醬，加入芝麻醬、蒜泥，以檸檬汁及香草作點綴，口感極度綿密，味道豐富有層次，香氣十足，配上熱烘烘的Pita Bread，非常開胃。Egyptian Mixed Grilled Platter主菜貪心點了大堆頭的Grille

朋友很久沒見，打算相約在尖沙咀中心地帶，打算吃一下地道中東菜。發現一家環境新淨，裝潢滿有氣氛的店。店舖主打中東菜及酒水，選擇雖然不多，但食材較全面，總有些合適的。Shish Taouk 店家先調味醃製雞肉，再與洋蔥辣椒等相隔串起，在印度式烤爐中烤熟。肉汁豐富鮮嫩，咬下彈牙，味道較香濃。洋蔥及辣椒等蔬菜嫩而清脆，水份充足。Egyptian Mixed Grilled店家會配以藜麥及自家製鮮湯作副食。藜麥烘乾香炒，質感更香口，麥香更濃郁。鮮湯香而不咸，淋在藜麥上更豐富。主要以羊作主食，包括羊肉腸、羊肉餅、羊架及雞胸等。每款均以燒烤方式，外皮燒至香脆，油脂滲出，肉香濃郁。House VodkaGrey Goose檸檬薄荷水煙本人對水煙不算情有獨鍾，但偶爾也會嚐一下。店家推薦檸檬薄薄荷口味，吸下清新中帶清涼感，飄逸檸檬香，整體來說還算不錯。

香港好似無咩中東菜 今日路經 就膽粗粗入去試試😂😂Appetiser 梗系揀小編至愛嘅 Nachos Mozzarella cheese 令到成個dish都好香好好食加上avocado sauce 同 sour cream.....哇!!!!! 真系伴酒一流😋😋😋 再黎個Egyptian mixed grilled platter 好大碟 有lamb, chicken, sausage, grilled potatoes......真系足夠兩個人食Drink 方面 可以一戰Zooba special 😍😍呢道嘅shisha 都好有意思 Mint chocolate 😍😍

第一次喺香港食中東菜，上次去過土耳其，感覺同土耳其餐好相似，今次嚟食中東菜，我地點左一個前菜，一個主菜，主菜係Egyptian food.間鋪裝修得好中東好好地道，還有當地的感覺，好的骰，餐廳的服務員招呼得唔錯。又同我地介紹食物，還不斷來訪問我哋嘢食好唔好食。我唔飲得酒精所以點左一杯無酒精飲品，叫virjin colada. 都幾好飲係我平時鍾意飲嘅味道.呢間餐廳嘅嘢食真係好地道好有風味.如果鍾意食中東菜嘅人一定要嚟呢間餐廳都是試試。
