PORTON喺元朗No.1 cafe日頭咖啡店晚上變成西餐廳，裝修以灰色水泥牆為主調走工業風路線✌🏻係型嘅，周圍都系打卡位，門口仲有bar枱位過嚟打卡就啱，原來仲係寵物友善餐廳，可以坐住門口位打卡~午餐好抵食80幾蚊已經包主菜，沙律或餐湯，餐包，嘢飲仲有半價，性價比幾高。伊文士汁安格斯牛柳粒意大利麵超級推薦，職員話係燒汁溝忌廉，自家做嘅汁，真心好香濃好好食，意粉係比較粗身口感軟滑，可以掛到好多汁👍🏻頭先餐包未食曬，放落去點啲忌廉汁食就更好食，牛柳粒大大粒咬落去鬆軟幾香口。燒西班牙黑毛豬鞍配燒新薯沙律菜佢哋嘅黑毛豬安超級厚肉，賣相好掂😌食落去同樣好正，肉質鮮嫩，邊邊位焗到有少少脆，整體感覺都好好。側邊嘅燒薯仔，邊邊位置脆好好食。芒芝雪山有Croffle雪糕芝士蛋糕同新鮮芒果，佢哋嘅雪糕入邊有雲呢拿籽係靚雪糕可以放心食，croffle夠脆 配上芝士蛋糕同雪糕好好食，新鮮芒果酸酸甜甜做點綴。Yuzu latte比平時嘅latte多了種淡淡柚子香，同時中和左咖啡嘅酸味，啡得黎帶清爽感。

之前同朋友去咗元朗嘅 Proton Cafe 食lunch，裝修簡約有格調，坐得好舒服。我哋叫咗兩個set，想試多啲唔同嘅嘢。我揀咗烤M7和牛野菌流心蛋手工意大利麵，和牛真係好香，油花分佈平均，入口即溶，配埋野菌同流心蛋，成個麵嘅味道好豐富！手工意粉都好有咬口，唔會太軟爛。朋友就叫咗烤半邊龍蝦蟹籽龍蝦汁手工意大利麵，半邊龍蝦都幾大隻，肉質彈牙鮮甜，龍蝦汁好濃郁，撈埋蟹籽一齊食，口感一流！頭盤方面，龍蝦湯好creamy，飲落好香龍蝦味，牛油果煙三文魚沙律就清新開胃，牛油果好滑，煙三文魚嘅鹹香同牛油果嘅油潤好夾。甜品方面，Lemon Cheese Cake 嘅檸檬味好突出，酸酸甜甜，解膩一流，朱古力蛋糕就夠晒濃郁，朱古力味好香，啱晒鍾意食朱古力嘅人！飲品方面，柚子菠蘿梳打好清新，柚子同菠蘿嘅味道好夾，蘋果紅菜頭梳打就健康啲，飲落酸酸甜甜，都幾特別。Proton Cafe 嘅食物質素高，環境舒適，服務都好好，價錢雖然唔算平，但係都物有所值，啱晒同朋友聚餐或者約會！

星期六在元朗同朋友食完lunch，想找個地方飲咖啡食甜品，朋友就帶我來了這店手。在住宅區的這小店，正正就是好坐到可以hea一整天那種。我點的cappacino，$35，用心的拉花，大大杯，只售$35！比連鎖店還要便宜！味道也好！ 綠茶tiramisu，打咭一流，超靚，超「上鏡」！但就似加了green tea cream 白餅乾，多過tiramisu。但作為一個用來hea的地方，還要是在元朗區，已屬難得，也值得推介。
