友人生日,看鼎食聚此西餐廳高分, 又有海景, 比起其他嘅高級餐廳算唔貴, 就篤定嚟呢度, 該晚市套餐$498包一杯cocktail,因未看到此優惠,就加咗$380一支白酒。餐廳整個環境好寬敞又唔嘈雜,差不多每張枱都看到香港夜景,當晚還看到彎彎的月亮。裝修唔係豪華那種但係好新穎特色而高檔。Cocktail 種類繁多, 親切笑容南亞裔女侍應, 遞上透明紅色格仔盒,每個格仔裝咗一種cocktail味道,可以噴在纸條上,畀你聞聞,幾特色,好似揀香水,我要多酒味,點Haan Neng mung,以為有malt whisky就酒味勁的,但一般清檸汁, 那old fashioned酒香濃的:一般插片橙, 此杯擺放朱古力果仁片 , 最重酒味係 lotus Manhattan, 溝埋飲到high high哋,另一款 mango Colada, 芒果椰汁水, 但好香芒果味賣相擺盤值得讚!頭盤: 三文魚他他,黑鑽色算盤子形厚身瓦質器皿盛上, 上面白色泡泡形成對比, 泡泡微酸,有2粒魚子,煙燻三文魚,又滑又新鮮,青瓜,柚子汁,引領入魂另一個係海鮮他他,粒粒Cod fish 魚生,咸鮮魚子, 芥蘭頭小片,微酸汁,fresh,開胃,愛上西班牙黑毛豬, 三分一係肥膏,令焦香更濃,肉質口感良好,伴脆炸羽衣甘藍, 爽甜菜頭,甜滑红蘿蔔泥, 出水紅菜頭,薯仔, 法國芥末提味,甜甜些利酒汁,中和豬的油膩,加多一層次。燴牛面頰肉,好腍,彈吓彈吓咕,部分牛羶濃,牛肉燒汁, 惹味 ,喜歡牛的一定喜。檸檬撻-檸檬雪葩,脆脆餅,鬆鬆海綿蛋糕件,好正, 雪葩充滿fresh檸檬味, 變檸仙, 我平時係唔食雪葩,呢個真係正百利甜酒芝士蛋糕,榛子朱古力脆脆餅包住濃濃芝士實心蛋糕,食一口,舔一啖百利甜酒雪葩,滋味無窮, 舐舐脷!咁靚環境,有質素食物,包一杯cocktail<一般要百多元>,更係低,無得輸,還有好招待侍應!

Avoca餐廳位於Mondrian酒店38樓,環境優雅極具現代感,設計時尚。幾乎每張桌子都能享有壯觀的維港海景,景觀舒適開揚。座位間有足夠距離,私隱度高,好適合聚會打卡,摸住酒杯底傾心事。DJ駐場播放音樂,用餐的氛圍絕對是一流。DEEP FRIED SEAFOOD WITH MOROCCAN SPICES選用多種海鮮,例如魚塊、大蝦、魷魚圈…炸至金黃酥脆,搭配摩洛哥香料,沾上柠檬蛋黄酱,非常惹味。FISHERMAN'S STEW WITH AIOLI馬賽風海鮮湯,配上濃郁的蒜味醬,味道層次分明。用咗魚肉、青口、魷魚、薯仔,洋蔥,鮮甜中又有濃郁的奶香和微酸的口感,口感層次豐富。BOSTON LOBSTER LINGUINE擺盤充滿藝術感,非常高質嘅食材系賣點之一,龍蝦肉質彈牙,明顯感覺到佢嘅鮮甜,用咗濃郁醬汁,令意粉入味而且吸收晒龍蝦嘅鮮甜,口感煙韌順滑。COD FISH WITH POTATO CAKE, SMOKED EGG YOLK GLAZING鱈魚表皮微脆,內里非常嫩滑,入口鮮甜有口感,用咗63度煙薰蛋黃做底,伴碟系茴香,搭配薯蓉加強口感。咁好環境氣氛梗係要嗌杯飲嘢嘆吓,呢度啲Cocktail/Mocktail最出名,選擇又多又靚!Roselle & Lychee用咗洛神花同荔枝調配,荔枝的天然香氣同洛神花好夾,口感滑順,甜而不膩,色澤鮮豔,帶有明亮的紅色,賣相出眾。Strawberry Lassi以新鮮草莓為Base ,帶有淡淡的酸甜味,濃郁yogurt口感滑順,酸甜適中非常解渴。Dry Guava Bellini用咗無酒精汽泡酒調配,充滿番石榴清香,非常爽口,甜而不膩。Beet It用咗紅菜頭做Base,帶出鮮豔的紅色,微酸口感清新自然,賣相討好。Passion Fruit Lava Cake呢個絕對要order! 非常有驚喜,新鮮烘培,所以可以提前20分鐘order。熱情果朱古力蛋糕外層烘焙至金黃色,內部卻是流心的熱情果醬,內餡流心,甜而不膩,蛋糕的口感柔軟綿密,熱情果香味突出唔假。搭配一球冧酒味Gelato!實在系勁正!

Heard many reviews about this place and finally got to try it.When you find the hotel, the entrance of the hotel is on the left but don't go there. You should see that the parking area has marked Carna/Avoca and that's where you should go.When you enter you would be greeted by this stunning bar and the amazing view.We only ordered the cocktail free low package as there was already a lot to try from. The unlimited appetizers was definitely awesome. We basically ordered 2 rounds of everything and basically tried all their cocktails.For the 6 cocktails, the first 2 Pickled cucumber gimlet and the Haam Neng Mung (Salted Lemon) was my favorite and unique. I felt the Apersol Spritz was a bit too syrupy though.All the seafood based appetizers were delicious but due to the hot autumn, I preferred the salmon and fresh curdo the most, being the most refreshing. Had I tried it at winter, I likely would have preferred the Fish cake.The tiger prawn was my favorite. I love how their used the chorizo's stronger flavors to highlight the prawn's own flavor yet without overwhelming it.The desserts look mini but each packs a punch in terms of the flavors. My favorite was the Opera which tasted of aromatic coffee without being too sweet.
