看見食評不錯,我訂了枱。在荃新天地內看不見食店,打電話到餐廳,經理親自在商場帶我去。星期六7:30進去時,顧客稀少,心中有些猶豫。但坐落叫了一個二人餐。坦白說,食物質素真是不錯,味道也好。頭盤是軟殼蟹白咖喱意粉,差不多可以當主食。海蝦蟹籽沙律,沙律新鮮。沙嗲串燒味道不錯,肉質嫩滑。黑毛豬就不夠淋。 最後經理還多送1分甜品。經理態度10分友善。有些擔心他們是否能維持下去,商場租金始終貴,還有員工工資。希望下次還能見到他們。 繼續閱讀

吃膩了平時西式下午茶的hightea, 今得知Deer Kitchen 有Thai Fusion Tea ,都好特別應該唔會同西式下午茶一樣掛、唔洗係到估啦,搵了住係荃灣嘅朋友一齊試下咪知囉!⭐️泰式酸辣鳳爪有別於平時的鳳爪,酸酸辣辣又彈牙,吃起來又多肉呀⭐️酸辣柚子沙拉柚子酸爽,又不油膩,非常適合搭配炸物一齊食用。⭐️煙三文魚卷煙燻夠味的軟嫩三文魚配上酥脆餅乾,好正。⭐️香脆雞翼脆而不硬,肉質香嫩,讓人忍不住一口接一口。⭐️香芒蟹肉酥盒外盒整的好酥脆,配上蟹肉和芒果的新滋味,一定要嚐嚐。⭐️脆脆黃金蝦餅蝦餅炸的啱啱好,唔會太硬,口感既脆口又紮實。⭐️沙爹雞肉串燒軟嫩雞肉配上沙爹醬讓人難以忘懷的味道。⭐️紅咖哩薄餅彈牙的薄餅配上香辣的紅咖哩,當作下午茶嘅份量,啱啱好。⭐️木糠布甸軟綿的布丁,配上瑪麗餅碎,香濃滑順好好食。⭐️迷你芝士蛋糕芝士味道香濃,綿密的口感,喜愛芝士的朋友一定要試⭐️迷你芒果糯米飯好地道的味道,令我想起上個月去泰國玩的香濃芒果糯米飯用餐環境真的好有特色 繼續閱讀
