最近想食返啲中菜,約咗朋友去銅鑼灣行街,正好走上去莆田食飯油煎大閘蟹 $138秋天當然要食大閘蟹,今次有三款大閘蟹可以揀,分別係清蒸、油煎同埋熟醉款,揀咗油煎大閘蟹,蟹膏煎封之後濃郁帶煙燻香,加上鮮甜蟹肉,入口美味,食完仲有杯薑茶可以飲添蟹黃炒米粉 $138蟹黃包裹住純米製造嘅米粉,米粉幼細,炒得乾身,用上唔少配料,包括有蝦、香菇、五花腩條等,食落香口美味,喺道地嘅福建菜蟹黃燜豆腐 $118另外叫咗碟燜豆腐,豆腐口感滑嫩,部分口感更帶有焦香,整體帶有蟹黃嘅鮮味,再加入蔥花,胡蘿蔔粒作點綴,口感有層次蒲田荔枝肉 $98荔枝肉係福建嘅傳統名菜,食落酸甜,亦都用上瓜類、紅椒等配料,感覺有啲似香港嘅咕嚕肉,同樣開胃鮮貝燴絲瓜 $98絲瓜食落濕潤,吸飽咗新鮮貝柱嘅鮮甜味,帶淡淡嘅鮮味,入口清香美味

Despite this accolade, the restaurant continuously strives for improvement by introducing new dishes and frequently utilizing seasonal ingredients to create innovative menus, often surprising guests with their offerings.福建特色紅糟鰻 ($88)Eel in Fujian Fermented這個燒鰻魚,外表有點像港式的燒肉,口感同樣地是十分香脆,沒有油膩的感覺,鰻魚的肉身非常彈牙,所以沒有油膩的感覺,另外鰻魚亦非常新鮮,不過紅酒糟的味道不太突出The grilled eel appears similar to Hong Kong-style roasted meat, with a delightfully crispy texture that lacks any greasy feel. The eel's flesh is very tender, contributing to its pleasant mouthfeel. 今晚終於來朝聖這間米芝蓮一星餐廳「莆田」,主打地道福建菜。銅鑼灣分店環境寬敞開揚,店內設計裝潢舒適,坐得好舒服,店員服務都很貼心到位。清蒸大閘蟹 $138/隻必食‼️到了食大閘蟹的季節,當然要叫番隻大閘蟹過下口癮🤩我選了蟹乸,簡單清蒸,蘊含著濃濃的蟹黃同蟹膏,蟹黃同蟹膏入口軟綿細膩,蟹肉都好鮮甜,yummy‼️福建特別紅糟鰻 (例) $88紅糟是由紅麴酒製造發酵出來,醇厚的紅糟醬裹著炸好的鰻魚🐟,肉嫰多汁帶酒香,食落紅糟醬不會好鹹,口感香脆彈牙❣️閩南五香卷 (例) $68將豆皮包裹住肉餡🐷及馬蹄,先蒸後再油炸,外酥內嫰,口感酥香。椒鹽豬手 $39/件 (2件起)椒鹽豬手是選用豬前蹄🐷,瘦肉比例較低,先滷後炸,吃起來很香脆及帶滷味的香氣,外層鹹酸焦香,內層軟嫩,食落很有膠質感。莆田地道燜豆腐 (例) $88逢年過節必吃‼️使用熬煮8小時的大骨高湯燜煮,將豆腐及山珍海味搗碎,食落好嫰滑🤩蟹黃炒米粉 $138使用的莆田興化米粉比較幼細,口感絲滑有嚼勁,米粉炒得均匀,除了配料干貝、蜆肉、蝦等, 仲有冬菇片、紫菜花生、炸蒜得調味配料, 再加入蟹黃🦀,黃味道突出,味道濃郁‼️

餐廳環境很好,上菜速度很快,晚上7-8點還需等位,整體乾淨整潔、食物味道不錯,清新爽口,尤其是紅菇海鮮滷面很好吃,,比較精緻,份量也很夠兩個人吃;就是冷氣風大,菜很快被吹涼
