呢度既溏心蛋白夠實而蛋黃熟度剛好呈流心非常出色🤤 粗身既拉麵幾有咬口亦好掛汁🤣 可惜由喜馬拉牙山、意大利及沖繩出產之塩組合同塩味醬汁調配而成既鹽味豚骨湯底就唔太啱我口味喇😭 店舖寫白冇用任何MSG 但鹹既過鹹都令我頸渴咗成日🥵 加上本身以為配檸檬會好似另一間店舖咁清新🍋 點知食落似裝飾多過提升湯底既層次😮‍💨 如果呢個質素絕對唔值得排咁耐隊食 感覺有啲名過於實🤧
The egg was marinated and cooked nice😍 Whites were firm and the yolk was very jammy🥚 Ramen was thick and clingy too😚 Handmade Salt Sauce with Himalayan, Italian, and Okinawa Salt Ramen, however, was too salty for my liking🥹 Although the store stated that there’s no MSG in the broth, I still felt super thirsty after having it🫠 Besides, the lemon served with the soup had a huge difference with the lemon ramen from another store🤥
