喺上環以前磅太太嘅位,開左間好低調嘅法國bistro Bouillon,鋪仔細細但係已經非常之受歡迎,法國生蠔非常新鮮,輕海水味重帶有淡淡嘅金屬味同鮮甜,grilled bone marrow 配麵包食非常邪惡,相反pate en croute 同 escargot 就失色啲。油封鴨都算正常發揮,全晚最好食嘅係佢個甜品,香脆嘅 profiteroles 加上綿滑嘅雲呢拿雪糕,正!佢嘅Wine Menu都有好多選擇,絕對係豐儉由人。Bouillon was a newly opened French bistro in Sheung Wan (the previous location of Mrs. Pound). The Parisian grilled bone marrow was perfectly fatty and flavourful. The pate en route and escargot were so-so though. The highlight of the night would definitely be the profiteroles with vanilla ice cream - every bite was so balanced! Their wine menu was also very well curated - with a lot of great choices of French wine!
