去完一次就會感動嘅cafe💙因為鋪頭所有嘢由佈置、食物到服務都有心機。中環地段但全部主食都只係$80左右，超好服務但全日免加一，值得encore👍🏻 餐廳環境行木系風格，行入啲仲有室外花園座位感受吓清新空氣🌼 餐牌每款菜式都好特別，仲會列出曬卡路里同營養含量（放心睇完只會更加想食，因為全部都偏低卡）食物都色彩繽紛真係名副其實做到eat the rainbow喇😆🌈 首先來個開胃菜 - 煙三文魚牛油果沙律🥑份量比我想像中大，牛油果新鮮柔軟，配上爽脆嘅蔬菜口感一流；藍色螺旋藻乳酪🥣天藍色嘅賣相未食先開胃，仲有香蕉、士多啤梨等水果同脆脆地嘅蕃薯片，唔鍾意食水果嘅我都食咗好多😂；最鍾意係佢地嘅紅菜頭廣島蠔微辣貝殼粉，廣島蠔好大粒飽滿，而且貝殼粉味道濃郁唔會太淡.ᐟ.ᐟ 各方面都平衡得好好 佢地嘅latte都十分有驚喜，唔單止拉花超級靚，綠茶味唔會太甜有回甘，竹炭味都好香濃，口感醇厚👍🏻技術同用料都有質素The shop endorses eating healthily and every item on the menu comes with nutrients and calories d

The shop endorses eating healthily and every item on the menu comes with nutrients and calories details, this is very thoughtful and helped us to make conscious food choices (Don’t worry! it’s never TMI as they mostly are with low fat).
We had 🥑𝚂𝚖𝚘𝚔𝚎𝚍 𝚜𝚊𝚕𝚖𝚘𝚗 𝚊𝚟𝚘𝚌𝚊𝚍𝚘 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚖𝚒𝚡𝚎𝚍 𝚜𝚊𝚕𝚊𝚍 ($82) as our appetizer which is so refreshing, the creaminess of avocado pairs with the crispy veggies so well. Topped with various kinds of fruits and sweet potato chips, the 🥣 𝚂𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚞𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚊 𝚜𝚖𝚘𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚎 𝚋𝚘𝚠𝚕 ($78) is delightfully presented with its sky-blue base.
My favorite goes to their 𝙱𝚎𝚎𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚘𝚝 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝙷𝚒𝚛𝚘𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚖𝚊 𝙾𝚢𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚒𝚗 𝚂𝚙𝚒𝚌𝚢 𝚂𝚊𝚞𝚌𝚎 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚌𝚑𝚒𝚐𝚕𝚒𝚎 ($82) that oysters are huge, plump & juicy, while the pasta is being flavourful with the creamy sauce.
We rounded off our meal with 🍵 𝙾𝚛𝚐𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚌 𝚖𝚊𝚝𝚌𝚑𝚊 𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎 ($44) 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚌𝚘𝚊𝚕 𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎 ($50). The cup of Matcha was definitely potent - extremely rich, thick with a slight bitterness. The charcoal one is also quite balanced with coffee flavor with a long aftertaste. Not to mention their latte arts are so fancy!
