放假去食吓好嘢,去咗中環M88呢間餐廳食個西班牙靚brunch,有幾個組合可以揀,我哋就梗係揀食齊晒所有野㗎啦:5款tapas、任食西班牙suckling pig、海洋paella、甜品。一坐低冇幾耐送上welcome snack,蕃茄餡酸甜酸甜開胃。Plate of Spanish cold cuts & cheese with crystal tomato bread各款西班牙火腿加上芝士真係不敗,火腿油香豐富,甘香甘香,再慢慢品嚐下芝士好正。Steak tartare呢個steak tartare好順滑,落咗啲洋蔥粒同埋一啲蔥簡單調味,好新鮮,配上鬆軟嘅麵包一齊食。Scallop ceviche, avocado mousse, shallot-lemongrass vinaigrette帶子刺身好鮮嫩,配上炸蒜、橄欖油,仲有墊底creamy嘅牛油果醬,感覺好味又輕盈。Perfectly Pink-ish, chili-garlic prawns "ajillo"呢個蝦超級香,有勁多蒜蓉,好惹味。配上微脆法包用嚟沾蒜蓉牛油一齊食,勁正。Truffle & cheese bikin

呢個係餐廳其中一個signature dish,趁熱食真係好正,多士焗得外脆內軟,然後係軟綿拉絲嘅松露芝士,黑松露味係勁濃勁香。
QM suckling pig
食到咁上下店員推咗隻熱辣辣乳豬出嚟,真係原隻㗎喎,我哋客人影完相之後再切件serve。乳豬係任食,供應到3點,真係好抵。擺盤都幾靚㗎,皮脆卜卜,肉質嫩嫩,伴碟嘅南瓜蓉同埋烤薯都好食,我哋都忍唔住encore咗兩round。
Barcelona Seafood paella
呢個paella又係好食,好多海鮮,大蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚樣樣新鮮,飯夠晒香濃,好似有啲蝦膏定係濃郁蝦湯咁,又熱辣辣好香。
Basque burnt cheesecake, raspberry coulis
芝士蛋糕好綿密香濃,配上紅莓醬中和咗膩嘅感覺,我哋食咗咁多嘢都食晒。
Churros with chocolate dip
西班牙經典甜品,熱辣辣嘅西班牙油條有啲玉桂味,沾上朱古力醬,簡單又好食。
