食法有點像喝湯一樣 食材是蛋清配蘆筍加芝士🤔然後需攪拌均勻 個人來説挺喜歡的☺️😳有點新鮮感又認為真的挺有意大利菜的特色！ 吃慣了普遍西餐羅宋湯 忌廉湯 龍蝦湯的你 來點不一樣的吧！
Strongly recommend this course! It looked like soup, but it was a soft-boiled egg with white asparagus, Parmesan foam, and baby spinach! It is special and different from the usual western dinner soup and appetizer, but it is a good difference 👍

手工意粉🍝現在好像已經是必須的 Wild 🐗 Boar 野豬肉煮得非常軟身 入口即融的感覺
Homemade pasta can’t lose, and the texture of wild boar was such a soft and perfect texture 🫣

因為看到menu有很多前菜 主食就不點太heavy 的course了🤣爐魚味道也很不錯 很開胃口味的sauce但也沒有搶過魚的鮮味 魚面上層烤得很脆薄👍
So full after the 🍝 so sea bass was a good choice for something not so heavy.

經典甜品Tiramisu 🙌🏻tiramisu 對我來說 我不太喜歡太甜和espresso與酒味一定要突出🤤這裡的完全符合我的口味 口感又不會太實 又creamy☺️
I love the tiramisu here 🤤I could taste the espresso and wine from it, and the taste was not so sweet! Creamy texture 🫶🏻Perfect ✨

非常喜歡這款橙味蛋糕口感的Tart😆🤣鬆脆餅底 作為飯後口味又不會太heavy！
Strongly recommend this orange-flavored dessert☺️crispy tart and not a heavy flavor for the end of the brunch course.
