還記得我第一份工作的時候, 要去葵涌附近工作, working lunch也是在這小鍋米線店店吃, 十多年前一碗兩餸小鍋米線只收二十多元, 現在一碗則要五十多元, 其他意外的改變也不大. 湯底依然的濃油而赤紅, 味道夠麻夠嗆, 米線煮得收味而偏腍, 但不會糊化. 配菜以雞絲及螺旋藻最為出名, 前者就是單純的雞肉絲, 口感細緻, 雪白可歡, 如此雪花般的雞絲吸汁能力強. 螺旋藻煮得夠軟溶, 吸汁能力同樣出色, 當然也更健康. 這令我想起貴緣的雲南米綠, 同樣的成名配料, 也是差不多的味道和風格. 另外它的滷豬耳夠麻, 少辣而夠爽, 作為佐酒小食相當不錯.Yuen Nan Rice Noodles at Kwai Chung is one of the most visited one when I have worked in my first company.
