Tapas款式頗多,而且每一碟份量都唔細。經典嘅Plate of Spanish cold cuts & cheese with crystal tomato bread,整體質素都好唔錯,巴拿馬火腿鹹香濃郁,辣肉腸好Juicy,芝士🧀亦食得出係靚嘢,細膩濃滑。剝好曬殼嘅chili-garlic prawns "ajillo"扎實彈牙,亦係配酒嘅佳餚,微辣微辣的,幾開胃。鮮鮮甜甜的Scallop ceviche就係Tapas中,我最喜愛嘅一款。裏面加入咗質感柔滑嘅avocado mousse,仲有shallot-lemongrass vinaigrette Truffle & cheese bikini作調味,酸甜開胃,帶子貝柱亦厚嫩。Hamachi Salpicon (Add $68)亦有驚喜,刺身嘅鮮味,混合特調西班牙醬汁,令油甘魚嘅鮮味變得更富層次。

PAELLA加入咗大量嘅龍蝦汁黎煮,鍾意飲龍蝦湯嘅一定鍾意,喺出面食西班牙飯好多時都會覺得米飯過硬,但係呢一間就冇呢個問題,啱啱好適中嘅硬度,加埋少許嘅飯焦位,同鮮甜嘅海鮮,雖然佢令我食唔到太多任食嘅乳豬,但係我都依然願意比呢個空間去食佢。

然後就係任食嘅乳豬,佢哋定時就會燒原隻乳豬出嚟,然後再分比客人,新鮮燒出黎,唔好食都難,皮脆肉嫩,啖啖都細細嫩嫩又熱辣辣加上綿軟嘅roast potatoes同帶自然甜香嘅pumpkin puree,好出色,但前面已經食得好飽,所以最後淨係encore咗一次。

最後嘅甜品可以選擇Basque burnt cheesecake或者Churros,我地就選擇咗各一,芝士蛋糕芝士味非常突出,鹹鹹甜甜,加上raspberry coulis嘅酸香,味道平衡得不錯。Churros 上面就沾有朱古力醬及黃糖,炸得外脆內酥,雖然邪惡,但卻是令人欲罷不能。
