自從鰹烏冬在逸東酒店地庫的Food Court開設分店, 就係成了我在香港吃烏冬的不二之選, 比起觀塘的本店不用等電梯, 也不用等座位, 而且空間感更大. 炎炎夏日, 就是吃冷烏冬的最佳時間. 烏冬外面軟滑, 咬下去內裡口感厚實, 簡單鰹魚汁的鹹鮮味已夠配搭, 上汁均勻, 新鮮手打的製作就是信心保證. 配菜點了炸廣島蠔和汁煮牛肉, 前者廣島蠔鮮味夠, 肉厚多汁, 外面炸皮酥脆金黃, 只是有點厚, 但如果沒有如此厚度, 也許就會被濕潤的生蠔弄得軟糯起來. 汁煮牛肉洋蔥味甘甜, 其實就是連鎖牛丼店的做法, 但無論是份量和牛肉的質素, 當然也會更高. The deep fried oysters and the stewed beef are also fresh and can feel the heart from the chefs.
