聽講呢一檔嘅海南雞係大酒店嘅大廚出嚟開架喎，所以呢特登就去試吓。平時排晒隊今日我12點前呢就去到啦，咁就唔使排隊，一人搭枱而家都仲有屏風，我覺得都幾好！落單後上菜速度超快，至於食物嘅質素，啲雞呢食落去真係好玩，但係我就嫌佢呢多咗少少肥榚(脂肪)，個雞飯醬呢我就覺得辣咗少少，不過都好好食！This shop is opened by a famous chef from a very famous brand hotel. I think the texture of the chicken and the taste of the chicken are very good, but some chickens has a little bit more fat.
