位於啟德Airside ，唔知你食過未，但係我就幾鍾意。將牛肉用吉列包住，外脆內嫩。炸到個皮脆脆地，佢應該講過係用180度嘅油溫炸30秒。❤️但係如果你覺得太過生，你可以叫佢俾個煎pan你自己再煎，煎15秒已經可以冇咁生。This is a delicious Japanese dishes, cutlet steak, they told us that they deep fried the cutlet steak for 30 seconds with the oil of 180C, the steak is still raw, will not over cooked, but if you like it more cook, you can request a pan and you can cook yourself!
